I was EXTREMELY pleased with Damaris, who provided exceptional customer service and followed up weekly until my refunds (two) were credited back to my credit card vs a AAA credit. She was sympatric and understanding of the issue and apologized many times on behalf of AAA's mis information. If I have any issues again, I hope my next agent is a friendly, polite and knowledgeable!

Late post, but I didn't want to not post how my experience was with ShuttleFare. It's the first…read moretime I am using and it was great. The website was super easy to use in making reservations. It had clear directions on how to complete and the price was fair. I received a text message before boarding the plane and when I landed the communication was great. I am not much of a phone talker so the text messaging communication was great. As soon as I landed i texted ShuttleFare as they have instructed and almost immediately I received a text back if my flight landed and where I should go. They already had a vehicle in route to the pick up location at the airport. Once, my ride got there, i received another text message 1-2 mins later asking if I was in the car. This was great that they made sure I got to my ride okay. It was my first time in NYC and I was a little nervous since I don't know the area. I could not believe the traffic. Then again I've seen worst here in Tampa, FL. Anyway, I made it to my hotel and I received another text message if I made it to my destination. As my vacation comes to a close, I texted the dispatcher the night before to make sure all is set for my earlier departure the following morning and I was advised it is and just to text back when ready the following morning when I am ready. I did text and within 5 mins they have a vehicle on the way to pick me up. Overall experience was OUTSTANDING! I will use "ShuttleFare" again when I come back to NYC. Not sure if this is use in other parts of the states but definitely recommend it when/if you go to NYC.

No one answered the phone number that was on my confirmation, so I had to send an email. It took over an hour for a response. By that time, the driver was already there to pick me up. Basically, I was told that I didn't give a 24 hour notice and since the driver was there - I was charged. How was I supposed to know 24 hours ahead of time that my flight was delayed? What kind of SCAM operation is this? NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Beware of this scam operation!!!
