One hour and ten minutes is insufficient to leave Prague, board the plane to Frankfort, go through immigration control in the line, wait for the shuttle bus to the main airport, and get to the gate (Z) which was the last one in the terminal. Have you done that successfully? If so, how did you manage? I had to take a airport cart to the Lufthansa gate. $$ Lufthansa said there was no way I could have an international flight in that brief amount of time. I then had to take another airport cart to find a taxi. $$$ What was I to do? So, Lufthansa gave me a hotel voucher for the night with meals. However, I had to pay for the taxi to the hotel and back to the airport tomorrow. I do not know the language or the train system. I now have missed my connecting flight back to Las Vegas. I guess I'll have to pay for that new flight. I don't think I have ever had such an unpleasant experience working with a travel agency. Perhaps it would be wise to factor in how much time is needed between flights on international travel. Three hours is the suggested time allowance. Was I the first international customer? I do not mean to sound impatient, but this has been costly and exhausting. I am now rebooked on a Lufthansa flight tomorrow morning. I hope to be compensated $$$ by the travel agency. Please respond. I booked my cruise with them which was my first time bookinga cruise, finally day of my cruise came but we aren't able to go, so I called up my agent and informed her what was going on. I was then informed that I had no insurance. To only be lied to about it (long stor). My trip costs alot of money with everyone claims I paid to much for it in the first place when it didn't include the airfare. Long story short: I would not recommend this company to anyone that is a first time buyer and if you go with this company make sure you tell them you want insurance because they aren't going to recommend it to you. The sales rep was able to get me the taxes back but that's all.

And reconfirmed the day before our flight. They arrived in a beautiful stretch 10 minutes before our scheduled time and in 100 degree weather, loaded ALL of our bags..HUGE help. The car was cool..literally--and stocked with ice waters, sodas and juice boxes for the kids. Just a nice touch on a sweltering day. From Madison, we arrived at the terminal in under 2 hours and the driver was diligent in making sure we were handled at the check-in and everything was loaded. Landing in Rome and again in Calabria, the ride and process through JFK was easily the best and least stressful. Coming home at night we were punch-drunk exhausted; trying to keep the kids, bags and in-laws in tow, and the second we walked out of the arrivals section, our limo was waiting for us. They have a tracking software that tells them the exact arrival of every flight and he knew right where we would be. As we piled in the back, he loaded like 50 bags of ours, and by the time we hit 95, everyone was asleep and we were back home in no time. From price and professionalism to execution, timing, and delivery, we will use Sunset every time we travel whether its abroad or even a night out on the town. Great company.

There is nothing super nor VIP about this company!!!…read more This is the WORST car service in Chicago !!! This was the first, and LAST, time I will be using this service! There is absolutely nothing professional about this "company". Be aware of the fact that you will NOT be dealing with a corporation per se. Instead, it operates more like an Uber service, whereby, hired individuals use their own personal vehicles to charter customers. Here is an outline of my "first time" experience with this service. I called the "company" on a Monday night to set up an appointment for a round trip service for Wednesday of that same week. The gentlemen promised to have a car pick me up at 12 noon and the driver NEVER showed up. Then to add insult to injury, I called the company to let them know and the dispatch person had a less than pleasant personality and was argumentative. The "company" had to send a second driver, and he arrived a half hour later, which in turn made me late to my appointment. The "company" had an I don't care attitude about the whole matter and never offered to compensate me in anyway for THEIR mistake. Unfortunately, I still needed a driver for my return and I had already made the appointment with this "company" (I use this term very loosely) so I had to call them. When the car arrived it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and the driver had ripped jeans on and a nose ring protruding from the middle of her nose, which was very disconcerting. At this point all I had was a prayer that I would make it home in one piece - or at all for that matter. In speaking to her, she turned out to be a kind person but her appearance really needed some work. I don't think she realized that she was representing the "company" very poorly. This is a business and you DO NOT SHOW UP TO WORK looking like you were accosted in an alley. Anyhow, the next day I checked my billing statement and the company had the nerve to still charge the $11 gratuity for the driver that never showed. I called the company to let them know that I did not feel it was right that they not compensate me for THEIR ERROR. I most certainly felt that paying a gratuity fee for a driver that never showed was completely unfair and after having a little spat with the "company" owner he agreed to reverse the gratuity fee but did not agree to make any adjustments to the car service fees. So heed my WARNING my fellow Chicago residents. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT waste your time and money on contracting this "company's" services because you will be sorry. They have repeatedly demonstrated that they are low class people that do not know how to conduct themselves like professionals, which is extremely sad. STAY AWAY from this company and take your chances with someone else!!!

Judy Gallagher was just the expert we needed! Judy was able to give us recommendations based on the type of vacation we were looking for and also stay within our budget. She took care of EVERYTHING, and even added her own suggestions to make our trip extra special. As it turns out, our Punta Cana resort had not disclosed when booking the trip that there was construction happening outside of our room. I had requested a room change from our hotel concierge, but was told that no other rooms were available. The next morning I called Judy and explained the situation. She answered the phone immediately and by that same afternoon we had our upgraded room -- one of the best in the resort!
