Update 2026: still a 5-star service!…read more Bill's Transportation Services gives me what no Uber or corporate service could: true piece of mind and the feeling of community. I feel very safe using this service to pick me up in the wee morning hours at the airport and get me home safely, and as a single lady that is very rare but of utmost importance. I have been using this service for almost three years now and the quality has always been top notch. The service has grown to include several more drivers, of which I've had two newer ones, both of whom were polite, courteous and professional. If you're reading this looking for a ride, I encourage you to give Bill's Transportation Services a try, whether it's an airport run, drop off/pick up from a doctor visit you won't be able to drive back from, or any other ride you'll want to schedule in advance.

Hired Bill for trips to and from Logan airport and could not be happier with the caliber of…read moreservice. Bill was early for pickup to Logan and super nice on the way there, making the ride enjoyable. The brand new van offered a very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride and we had plenty of time to spare at the airport. Before departures Bill even offered a courtesy check to make sure we had all the important items like passport, wallet, phone etc. Arriving home, our driver Tony communicated his ETA and called us to confirm the precise pickup point even down to the inch. Tony was so nice and we had good conversation with him and again the van was super comfortable and clean. Tony even helped carry suitcases directly to the door. I appreciated that both Bill and Tony communicated multiple times in text with confirmations, ETAs etc. Sent photos of the vans well in advance with license plates which was a really nice touch, so that we knew exactly what vehicle to look for. Bill and Tony easily accommodated an itinerary with multiple stops which made our lives SO much easier and saved us from unnecessary driving and coordination. Everything was done via text/phone which is way better than dealing with a clunky website or corporate office. Price was very reasonable and very well worth it for the level of professionalism you get. We will be booking with Bill's Transportation Services in the future for sure.

Finally their pricing was exactly what I expected it to be. Thanks Rich!

When I went to put everything back in the car i noticed half the car was untouched. I tried calling and texting to be left unheard for hours and then texted back that it was miscommunication. I wish I had trusted the existing Yelp reviews, because my experience was exactly the same…read more Ultimate Limousine (also operating under Royal Limousines) was a nightmare from a financial and communication standpoint. After canceling services, I was told multiple times by Laurie that my refund had been "processed." Weeks went by. No refund. No receipt. No paperwork. No proof of anything. Laurie comes across as sweet and reassuring on the phone, but that tone does not match the follow-through. I never received proper documentation, receipts, or confirmation emails unless I repeatedly chased them down. Each time I followed up, I was told the refund was already handled. It wasn't. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank to recover my money, despite being assured over and over that the refund was complete. Only after escalating externally did anything move forward. What's most frustrating is realizing this is a pattern, not a one-off mistake. The reviews warning about double charges, delayed refunds, and deceptive communication are accurate. I experienced the same thing step by step. Getting your money back should not require a bank dispute.

Well, I was able to book myself and a group of friends to get a SUV (Chevy Suburban with 3rd row…read moreand trunk!) to head up to Gillette Stadium for the Cincinnati vs. Patriots game this past Sunday! I must admit - I've been to many games over the years but this one was even more fun since no one had to worry about driving! Being able to catch up with friends without having to pay attention to the road was great! We requested Glenn as our driver (based on my coworkers previous experience and recommendation) and he did not disappoint! He had no issue with our request to stop at Dunkin for ice and coffees on the way up to the stadium! Bonus! Glenn is a wicked nice guy who does his job flawlessly! He didn't flinch when we asked if he could take a few group photos and even gave us business cards with the parking lot number / row info and his cell number so we would be sure to find our way back to the SUV after the game! By the end of the night I am sure we were all pretty silly - but Glenn took it all in stride! My man was concerned that we wouldn't have enough room for all of our tailgate gear and 5 people - but we managed to fit quite the haul of gear and still had a comfy ride up and back! We had 2nd row so it was just us two in comfy leather relaxing with a huge flip down center console with cup holders! (Example of what we packed along with 5 adults - 2 hibachi grills, a fold in half banquet table, 3-4 coolers, a duffel full of cooking utensils, plates, paper towels, etc.) My only regret? Was not packing corn hole set up because we thought it wouldn't fit!! (A normal sized bean bag toss set or can jam would have fit - of course the guys at work built there own huge version of corn hole!) Having the SUV and driver made this a carefree experience for us all and I would highly recommend it! As I told a few people who asked (we were grilling afterwards and people waiting in traffic seemed either hungry or completely dumbfounded that we had a chauffeur!) - I told them - Hey, it's a LOT less expensive than a DUI and WAY more fun!!! Side note - huge props to the company for providing a multi charger - everyone in the group was able to charge their phones after the game while we tailgated right in the back tailgate! Very convenient!
