Purchased 2 limousines months ahead of time. Both cost $1200 a piece. I rented the new Cadillac Escalade & the Porsche, both advertised on their website. On 7/22/17 which was my wedding the Escalade arrived to pick up the Bride and her bridesmaid. But, an old beat up smelling Escalade *not the PORSCHE* came to pick up the Groom and his groomsmen. My heart instantly dropped because I was raving about the Porsche to all my friends and family. I asked the drive who spoke a limited amount of english what happened to the Porsche, and he stated the AC was not working well. How can something all the suddenly like this happen on my wedding day?? How is it that they never got the vehicle check days before my event?? I was torn, but I knew I had to get it together because it was my wedding day. Not only was the limo in bad condition, but there was no ice where the champagne had been placed, and the AC was not working that well either. The excitement inside the limo wasn't there either. My groomsmen just knew I wasn't happy about what was going on, and I felt totally embarrased. I never received a phone call from anyone at Rockstar regarding this issue. Instead I had to be suprised. The driver did not know where he was going at all. I had to provide him with direction which took my time away from enjoying myself with my groomsmen. As we arrived to the chuch the driver was suppose to pull out the red carpet which was expected, but never happened. *This is promoted on their website* The driver was also not very happy, or helpful at that as we sat in the back trying to get the bluetooth to work, so we can put some music on. My wife also never got the red carpet treatment either. After the wedding was over we went on our honeymoon that Monday. I still never received a call from Rockstar on behalf of what had happened. So, once I returned back I called one of the managers who I was told to call provided by the driver of the limousine. I wanted to let her know we were not happy at all about what happened. I was told this lady was the lady to speak with about issues like this. To this day I still have never heard from this lady. Since this lady did not reach out me I emailed one of the other associates that I was dealing with through out the payment process. She informed me that management was aware, and that they would be reaching out soon. That same day a man that I never heard of sent me an email stating that I knew what was in the contract. I was shocked that he used that as an excuse for what had happened, almost as if it was planned. I just knew this was a setup. How can a company get away with this on the most important day of someone's life?? This man told me he would give me a $100 giftcard, and joked about me being able to use it at his facility. This only made the problem worse as I did not see this as a laughing matter, and knew $100 was not worh the price of the limo that showed up. I specifically did not want that limo. I seen it advertised at other limo locations for as cheap as $400, and for me to have to pay $1200 for that limo was so direspectful. I emailed that same guy back and told him no we would not be taking your $100 giftcard and will be looking into taking other actions. I warn you, if you want to be happy on your special day whatever it maybe do not use this limo company. The customer service is horrible. They show absolutley no empathy! I would give them 0 stars if I could, but since I can't I guess I will mention it in this review. Again becareful with Rockstar Limo they are not a good business. We rented a trolley for our wedding party and coach bus for our guests on our wedding day, and couldn't be happier with our experience. The vehicles were clean and and drivers were friendly, professional and always on time! I would highly recommend Rockstar Limo for any special occasion. It made the 30 minute trip from the church to the reception venue fun and picture-worthy for us all. The rates were reasonable and they even sent us a hand-written thank you note the week after our wedding. Great cars, great service, great people! read more

This company doesn't take responsibility for lost items. I was in a wedding where the party bus broke down so the driver moved all of our belongings to the new bus/limo while we were in the church without asking. They lost my Fitbit and refused to reimburse me or take responsibility for losing it. They also didn't pick us up as planned at my sister's wedding so 60 of us would have been left at this barn in the middle of nowhere around midnight if we hadn't called multiple times. Very unreliable and poor customer service. read more

I used this service for my wedding, and got a call the day before the event that the original vehicle I had requested was double booked. They did not offer a discount until I had to argue with the sales representative who was difficult and unapologetic. The two limos were clean and comfortable, however, the drivers were unprofessional and somewhat rude- not offering assistance when loading or unloading the vehicles, and perturbed by the multiple location requests between the ceremony and reception. Do not trust this company with your event. They are disorganized and tardy. A limo service should be on time or early and this company was late and the drivers did not even know how to get to the venue they were hired to drive to! My guests were an hour late to my wedding. They were phenomenal for our wedding on Memorial Day weekend. We rented a shuttle for the guests, and a trolley for the wedding party. I'm awful with names, but I would especially like to thank the driver of our trolley. She was SO ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. So sweet, so helpful, went above and beyond for me, my husband, and my bridal party. Rockstar was reasonably priced, on time, and a great company to work with - always answered emails and phone calls promptly, followed through with everything we agreed upon - and having plenty of not-so-great vendors for our wedding, it was definitely appreciated! read more

My wife and I used Rockstar for transportation on our wedding day (4/16/16). We could not be happier with the service that was provided from start to finish. Meagan was friendly and professional with her booking and confirmations which put our minds at ease that the transportation would be nothing short of spectacular. Our Trolley driver Donald was tremendous as well-- he arrived 15 minutes early, was incredibly friendly and very open to drive us anywhere and everywhere for pictures following the ceremony. Liz drove our getaway car following the reception and not only made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable ride home after a long day of celebrating, but she also drove us to three different McDonald's to find one that was open which was greatly appreciated! If you're looking for transportation services for any event, this should be your first and only call-- they far exceeded even our lofty expectations from booking all the way to end of the night drop off. read more

I can not say enough about not only the professionalism and meticulous nature of the staff and fleet that Rockstar offers but more importantly just how generous and kind hearted this company is. John Olinger is an amazing person who did my family just about the kindest deed we could ask for. I hadn't seen my sister in over a year and in that time we both had children that hadn't met. She's undergone health issues and recently became a single parent to her 5 children. Because she lives in NJ and fallen on rough times (no vehicle), traveling was not an option within our price range with such a large group. John worked with me to ensure travel at cost/forfeited his own profit. This was our Christmas miracle. The core of any company's success is their brand and what it stands for. If you want to book your wedding with this vendor, I am urging you to think twice and not be fooled by all the raving reviews on this website, as I realize that they are most likely simply connected to the vendor themselves writing their own reviews! Let me start by saying that this vendor was the WORST NIGHTMARE any bride and groom can have on their wedding day!! Firstly, the limo driver who picked us up was dressed extremely sloppy with his shirt wrinkly and untucked. When he arrived at the House to pick up the girls, bride, and father, he did not even greet them INCLUDING myself (the bride)! The entire ride to the church, he kept his window up and did not even put on any music or AC, not to mention it was a 90 degree day!! We could not ask him any questions whatsoever since he had his blocker up the entire time. Upon exiting the church, it was raining out and you would not believe it when I tell you but he did not even offer the bride or bridal party an umbrella OR help the bride or bridesmaid into or out of the limo!!!! Can you believe how nasty and mean??? Well if it can get any worse, on our way to the reception, he still places his blocker up so that we couldn't even fill him in on changes of photo plans due to the rain issue. When we got to the venue he was simply impossible to talk to and extremely rude, dis mannered. Now here is the part that is so unsettling and disheartening till this day..I was so utterly embarrassed for my bridal party on his behalf for his behavior and for them to see that I picked such a self seeking and irresponsible company on the wedding day. The limo driver actually left us on the site of our pictures so we had to call the venue to send an escort car to pick is up in multiple trips. Luckily I did not allow the treatment of Rockstar to get to me on the wedding day but after the event was over I new exactly what they did was so obnoxious that I don't even have words to describe it. BEWARE!!! Try your best to stay away from this limo company. Me and my wife are from New York and had our wedding in Newport, RI in June and ever since we have decided to go with Rockstar Limo it has been nothing but a mess! I do not want to bother with a long drawn out review because we are exhausted already from battling it out credit card company trying to dispute these charges. On our wedding day we hired Rockstar limo to get two SUVs and one old Rolls Royce limo. The Rolls Royce broke down multiple times with my wife and her parents in the car on the way to the church on main roads with the car rolling backwards down hills! After the church my wife and I were supposed to take the Rolls Royce to meet my photographer for photos at the mansion called the Elms and we never made it there due to how many times this car kept breaking down! We were on main roads once again in a tux and her wedding gown sitting on the side of the road broken down! Luckily we kept our spirits high and did not let this ruin our wedding day. The day after our wedding we called rockstar immediately to be compensated for them ruining our pictures and they denied everything! It is now 6 months from our wedding and we have been disputing this charge ever since. The owner keeps claiming that we did not make our photos at the mansion because of how long we took at the church for photos but he knows the truth about what happened. This is a terrible business and please understand that they could care less about what type of experience it is that you have! I don't like writing bad reviews but I think it is important for other brides to know. We used Rockstar limo for our wedding and I was very disappointed. The service I received from the sales managers was poor. I would leave messages and no one would get back to me. I finally had to call the GM, who was very nice. When I received a call back from the sales manger she was very curt and annoyed. On the actual day, the driver was late picking me up essentially making me and my bridal party late to my own wedding. It was a very stressful start to a very important day. The driver apologized which I appreciated but on a rainy Saturday driving from RI to Boston you should factor in time for traffic, better to be early than late. When the bus finally came I was very nervous to board the because it was a little dirty and I didn't want to get my dress dirty before the ceremony, the floor was extremely slippery which made it hard for everyone to walk on and it smelled like stale smoke, it was really gross. The refrigeration "coolers" were so tiny that a half sized water could only fit in them and we were told other beverages would fit this was not the case. The pictures online make it look a lot better than it was. This would be fine for a bachelor party or tailgating vehicle but not for a wedding where people are all dressed up. My mistake for not going with a more elegant company closer to the city. Lesson learned Brides Beware! read more
