The bus was clean, the staff was professional & polite, and we did get where we were going.. eventually. We waited over 45 minutes outside of Logan for our bus to return us back to Framingham, in 90 degree heat. Others whom I spoke to waited longer. Two times, empty busses with "Logan Express Framingham" went by without picking up anyone. And weirdly, the driver told the crowd that this was the last chance to get back to Framingham that day, even though it was 4pm. read more

The worst on so many levels. Buying tickets online is a hassel. They do not take used tickets off the site and there is no indctaion on the digitial ticket that it's been used. So you are left stanidng in line going through your tickets to find one that's unused and you're holding people up. The website is impossible. They have asked that after 8/1/2025 people re-register. I have now had to do twice. They do not process the new registrations so you have to keep re-registering The drivers often time listen to loud musc of their choice - very annying, esp after a long trip. Logan Express Framingham is TERRIBLE!! Yes, it's cheaper than parking at Logan. But in Framingham they have their overly-small facility shut down for construction/expansion. They've dedicated a couple levels of the old Wegman's parking garage F at the Natick Mall for Framingham Express parking. But when those floors are full they put out a very small sign telling you to "ask the agent about overflow parking". What agent??? Where is the agent??? Turns out he's snoozing inside a trailer on the 1st floor. So you have to double-park, go inside the trailer, and find a tiny sign saying that overflow parking is at 21 Flutie Pass. Why not put a big sign outside that says OVERFLOW PARKING: 21 FLUTIE PASS??? By the way, when you get to 21 Flutie Pass and grab a parking ticket, note that the bus picks you up at the OPPOSITE END OF THE PARKING LOT from where you entered. You guessed it, no sign at the ticket kiosk pointing to where the bus stop is. So you can wait until the bus is in sight, then run to chase it. I guess you get what you pay for with Logan Express. I recommend avoiding the Framingham location altogether. Maybe one of the other locations is worth the drive. read more

Well it's fine for a bus ride to the airport and back but our recent experience was not great at all. I will say the bus driver in this review was great and friendly even though I did not get his name. My wife and I booked a trip and decided this would be the easiest way to get to the airport. I checked the site before hand and everything seemed to be good. Turns out the location is closed due to renovations but the website does not do a good job at all explaining that. So we luckily ran into a bus driver parked in shoppers world. We approached his bus and he told us to follow him to the temporary location. We did just that and got dropped off. Then this very rude (insert other words) rent a cop started berating us about being stopped behind the bus and would not even let us explain. We got tickets and the kind bus driver held the bus for us. No real signs anywhere explaining the move or what to do. Not to mention the terrible mall cop with a bad attitude. Hate your job but don't take it out on stressed out customers that were trying to figure out how to catch the bus. read more

I feel compelled to warm people about this company. After three weeks in three countries, one of the worst experiences on my entire trip (aside from the lousy Birmingham, UK airport departure process) was with Logan Express Framingham upon my return. The good - I visited the Framingham facility a week before my trip (about an hour from home) to ask questions and understand how things worked. Unlike other facilities I've used in another state, you cannot reserve a parking spot, so it's a gamble if you'll be able to park your car. If it's full - then what? You HAVE to have a back-up plan for your parking and ride. I ended up in the overflow lot, which was fine, but I had to prepay in the office first. I allowed plenty of time, so that was fine, but wouldn't have been clear if I hadn't stopped by early to learn their process. I returned three weeks later in Terminal E, but it isn't clear where to wait for the bus if you exit the airport at the forward-most door near baggage claim. First, a sign shows the waiting area as further down the sidewalk, so we walked, then TWO signs had left pointing arrows directing us across the departure lane traffic, so we went out to the median strip (some people are picked up there by other services/people) and walked down that to the end. No pick-up area. Then we saw a group of people back along the building under the Logan Express signs. Then, the "every thirty minutes" pick-up which should have occurred based on their website and our arrival date/time, didn't happen. Many Framingham busses labeled "Drop off" only passed us - why? They'd save a lot of gas taking people both ways. Some people had waited much longer than we did (it was one hour for us). Things got ugly - some people started getting very livid in the waiting area, and yelled at Logan Express' drivers from other lots (Woburn, Peabody, etc.). We also saw a family of four left behind 'cause they didn't fit on the Peabody bus, and were told it would be a long wait 'til the next one. They were so tired, and looked crushed. (There were tears.) With the long wait, the heat, and the lack of service, people were angry. Finally, an empty Framingham bus arrived and the whole group fit, minus the people who took taxis or Ubers in frustration. I don't feel the drivers nor the company value their customers' time - at least not on the return process. When traffic is bad (at it was), you use more buses. It seems like a large company that should have a better handle on logistics. I will not use them again, but gave them two stars 'cause the arrival process wasn't bad. read more

I hate this bus. I hate it so much. It is so unreliable. I have to take it from Framingham to Boston and vice versa like once a month and I could be waiting up to an hour. One time it took so long to come that it was faster for my brother drive all the way to Boston (45+min) than for me to wait for this stupid bus. And when they do pull up at the Boston airport sometimes they're just dropping people off and they'll just yell at you when you try to walk up. I was waiting this most recent time for about 30 min and it said it was 5 min away and then that bus got here and was drop off only. Did not tell us when the next one was coming. Just drove away and the screen said it was 40 min away again. And it costs $9! I would pay $20 every time to never take this stupid bus again. read more

The attendant John, who claims to be a supervisor, was giving some people spiels about where to park, not to park, about people not reading the signs. When it was my turn, I said that I was returning in a week. He bypassed me for the next customer because I "didn't give me a date, I need a number not a day". He has multiple calendars on his desk. He was extremely rude and needs customer service training. Supervisors don't behave like that. I have been a supervisor and manager. That type of behavior is unacceptable. Terrific value, super easy to access, and 100% traveler-friendly and flexible. During month of October 2021 the round trip price is reduced from $20 to $18 to and from Logan Airport. One way trips are also reduced from $10 to $9. Purchase online; get ticket/QR code emailed to you...and ride it whenever you need. No need to specify dates of travel. Totally doesn't matter as the ticket is good forever. Amazing value and incredible flexibility in an era of travel where flexible options are rare. Look for the Logan Express sign on first floor of each terminal. Busses run every 30 minutes from 0230 to 2300 daily, with some minor weekend exceptions. Easy, convenient, quick, cheap, flexible... doesn't get any better... Mahalo for reading my review. read more

I had seen and heard about the logan express and decided to give it a try on a recent trip to Europe. It was a great experience! I had an 11:00 PM flight and simply didn't want to drive all the way to logan and pay airport parking prices and who knows whether it's going to snow and all that during the trip etc. It took a minute to figure out the process and it ended up being pretty easy. I purchased my r/t shuttle ticket to the airport on line for $18 and then you just drive to framingham, park in the garage, and take the shuttle in. They run every 30 min. Hop on the shuttle to get back and the parking is $7 per day. The garage is about a mile off the mass pike. It's pretty seamless and I'd definitely use it again when flying through Boston. read more

The best thing it has going for it is that it's convenient alternative to get to Logan. It used to be a very inexpensive alternative but the value isn't quite there anymore. The past two times at Framingham we had to drive over to the overflow lot and wait over 30 mins for the shuttle. That could have been due to poor timing, but I doubt it. What was due to timing though was the rush hour traffic. Plan your trip according to avoid 4-6pm. The bus isn't magic and waits in the traffic like everyone else. read more

The bus driver on the L9 bus for 7am-7:30 (July 28th) drop off to Framingham was extremely rude and inconsiderate when I was trying to navigate my drop off. I'm not from here but my friend who lives here was planning to pick me up from the Framingham station. When she was in route the bus driver announced that he would be going to the Overflow lot first. My friend said that was abnormal, she's known them to stop at the station first, but since she was passing the Overflow lot she decided to pull in. There was a man getting off so I got off behind him while still on the phone with my friend who was behind the bus. The bus driver then proceeds to aggressively and with a grunting noise, unbuckle his seat belt and stomp off of the bus. He proceeds to asks me, "Do you even know which suitcase is yours?!" Still using the same amped up tone while flailing is arms in an unnecessarily confusing manner. I tell him which suitcase he tells that it's too far back and throughout this time I'm asking him if there is a problem and explaining that I'm not from here and I am confused as to why he offered to come to this lot if he was unwilling to retrieve my luggage. This experience was not what I expected to deal with at 7am. As someone who works in customer service, I know that there was a better way that he could have handled this. I do also want to highlight that Shewit witnessed most of this incident and was very polite to me during and after this interaction. I haven't got a response from this complaint so I guess the overall customer service just sucks. Very disappointed. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service! I have been taking Logan express buses for years. I bought some non-refundable bus tickets to take a 6am bus before an international flight. They were too many passengers to fit on a single bus. So instead of using the other bus to transport the remaining passengers to the airport, the driver pulled our luggage off and told us to take the next bus (in an hour). Worried that we wouldn't get to the airport on time, we said that 7am would be too late & suggested that they use the additional bus for the additional passengers. The bus driver said that it wasn't his problem and refused to help us. So then we had to call an Uber, which cost $90, which they refused to compensate. And then the icing on the cake, they also refused to refund the tickets that we now couldn't use. They really don't care about their loyal passengers at all. read more

After expected flight delays due to the 12/17/20 snow storm yielding 18" in Boston, I fully expected to miss the 8pm bus (running hourly now due to COVID). The travel Gods being with me at last allowed the flight to land in time for me to run, on shoveled by icy walkways to the Logan Express pick up location. In those conditions, the female driver waited for anyone approaching and offered to maneuver over a 2 foot snowbank to deal with baggage. Although the roads were amazingly clear (Boston DOT knows how to do it!), the driver safely got us to the Framingham location in great time. Thank you to this driver who reluctantly accepted a generous and well deserved tip during this difficult holiday season. For those who have had experiences that are less than desired on these services - give them another try. No service is 100% perfect all the time. in 23 years of traveling between DC and Boston, 90% of my trips are spot on. Thank you MASSPORT for continuing to offer this service with the decreased ridership. It is an appreciated but under acknowledged staple to the Boston area. You all are front line workers and you are APPRECIATED. read more

Horrible customer service! I rode this for the first time after 11 pm on Friday June 3. I found the pickup stop at Logan airport. When the bus pulled up, I asked the driver if this was the Logan Express to Framingham and showed him my ticket. He told me it was and loaded my suitcase in the cargo area. The bus arrived at Peabody. The driver told me it was the last stop for the night. I asked him why he told me at the airport that it was going to Framingham. He replied it was only going to Peabody and I would need to call an Uber to get to Framingham. I reminded him that I showed him my ticket before boarding. He replied "That doesn't mean anything to me." I explained my frustration and his only response was "It says Peabody on the side of the bus". I am visually impaired, not that it should matter as I asked the driver before boarding. The next day, June 4, I called the 1-800 number on their website and left a message complaining about the driver. It has been over a week and nobody has responded to apologize or at least acknowledge a miscommunication. I would like a response from the company. In the meantime, I would certainly not recommend the Logan Express to anyone. read more

Service is terrible. Terrible communication. Disgruntled employees. Waiting at the overflow lot (why the overflow lot when were many spaces visible in the garage? Because they don't care, that's why.), driver stopped to let people off. We approached with our luggage, he ignored us (a simple, "sorry, I'm just dropping off" would have been nice), slammed the luggage compartments shut, climbed back on the bus, shut the door, got on his phone, ignored our waving, and eventually drove off. read more

It appears that, at least for some of their drivers, your fortunes with Logan Express are left to the mercy of the driver's mood. My family just arrived at Logan extremely weary from a 31 hour trip. We waited patiently for 25 minutes for the bus to Peabody to come. When it did arrive, my wife waved to flag down the driver. We normally just drive to Logan and park, but this time around we wanted both of our cars detailed so we figured the couple weeks that we were in Europe we could drop the cars off and take the Logan Express. Our driver was great! We had a couple of unruly passengers on the bus and our driver handled them well. We left on time, got there when we were supposed to. Logan Express is a fantastic way to travel to the airport without much stress. The buses are almost always on time and the process is very smooth. Upon arrival at the garage, you will receive a ticket for overnight parking ($7 per day) which you'll need to hold on to. Park your car and go into the station and purchase either a one way or round trip ticket ($22) via cash or card and then hop on a bus. The ride from Framingham to Logan is approximately 30-33 min or so. The buses are very clean and quiet. Upon returning home from Logan, you will pick up the bus in the Ground Transportation area and will enjoy another seamless drive to Framingham. Tickets will be collected at the end of the ride. Next, go inside the station to pay for the overnight parking (kiosk available) and then insert the ticket into the machine at the gate when leaving the lot and you are all set. Logan Express is a very economical and easy way to travel to and from Logan Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world. I highly recommend. read more

My family took the Logan Express on our most recent trip to California. The round trip experience was very nice The bus that we were on was new, had no smell and the seats were spacious. On top of this the Express runs on the 30s and got us to and from in efficient time. Less then $30 round trip this is the way to go for all of your airport shuttle needs. Pro Tip: leave your car at home and Uber to the stop. It cost $7 a day to leave your car parked in the garage. read more

I've been using Logan Express since I was a kid since we lived in the suburbs and my parents don't like driving in to the city. It's super convenient and efficient - always on time, and fast. With the cost of tolls, the Logan Express is actually a great deal and eliminates the headache of driving all the way to the airport. I've never had issues with space or crowding. Just be sure to check the schedules as they vary depending on the time of the day and day of the week. It would be much cheaper to take a Logan Express to a location then uber'ing from there vs uber the whole way. read more
