Jerry (the owner/mechsnic) was very friendly, personable, and knowledgable. He was able to replace the pan underneath my car while I waited. He informed me that the Dealership did not replace hardware (a botched job) which resulted in the pan coming loose while I was driving on the highway. He replaced the hardware and secured the pan to the underbody of the car to make it more secure and his rates were more than resonable. I would highly recommend him. read more

Decollibus was great in getting my Corolla back on the road after a collision left my front end in rough shape. Max and his grandfather were responsive and even got my car back on the road much sooner than originally anticipated in their busy schedule. Highly recommend for any body work needed. read more

Decollibus did a great job on the bumper of my old Honda CRV, and my car was ready sooner than expected. A pleasant surprise - they also replaced the cloudy panels over the front lights, which wasn't part of the expected work. No one wants to get in an accident, but this shop made for a smooth recovery! read more

So my 2006 minivan got sandwiched on Rte 9 and I'm happy to say everyone walked away from a 5 car mess! Witnesses reported that there were 2 other vehicles that caused the accident and left the scene. The police, tower and finally the insurance - said my van would be totaled out but these days it's hard to know so I wanted to do my fact finding and not have any 2nd thoughts or regrets. Many locals are members of the Frambor email list so based on high recommendations I called and brought it over for a 2nd opinion. Eric greeted me and was welcoming and friendly. He gave me wonderful advice within 5 mins and agreed that it should be totaled out and I should invest in a new van. Although he'd love my business he was honest. Based on his experience he warned that even if he were to fix the "look" there could be many hidden things that may not have been broken before that may be broken from the impact of the crash. Coming from someone who actually does the work on a daily basis vs. an adjuster behind a desk made me feel more comfortable in the decision to total it out. Eric also recommended Amica for auto and home coverage. He deals w many insurance companies and Amica is the fastest and has the best service, in his opinion. I'm going to check it out. So 5 Stars for being so incredibly helpful and friendly when he could have turned me away. The Frambor reviews about this place is spot on! read more

I used Decollibus for an insurance claim because I saw the positive reviews online and because they also worked with my insurance company. I'm glad I did as they did a great job on the body work repairs on my car. The paint color matching was excellent as well, you can't even tell. They were professional throughout, worked with my insurance with no issue, and called to provide updates. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work. read more

I had such a great experience with Decollibus! I was stressed about the whole process of getting my car fixed after being involved in an accident, but they guided me on the steps and made everything so easy. I was struggling to install a car seat into the rental car, and one of the gentleman even helped me figure it out. They repaired my car in a timely manner, and it looks amazing. I would definitely recommend them!! read more

Excellent job taking care of a minor fix, aftermath of a fender bender. Walked in, and Jerry got into business right away with his tools. Very honest, and great service. I am so thankful for the referral and now a customer for life. Go there, you wont be ripped - that is for sure. read more

The most helpful car experience I've had to date. My car had some significant frontal damage and Tony at DeCollibus was helpful and a resource to me through the whole process. He guided me and helped me decide if I wanted to repair/donate/sell my car. And when I decided to sell my car, they called me after giving me a check stating I got more for the deal. Very honest and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be returning to them for any and all auto body needs I have. read more

Decollobus worked seamlessly with my Arbella Insurance. They stuck to the deductible I owed, and anything over the estimate they were able to easily get paid by insurance. Their team helped all along the way, making sure my car got towed to their shop by a company they trusted and also had it meticulously detailed and covered by insurance. I told them it was the best my car had looked since driving it off the lot. Their front of house guy was easy to reach and get updates from. Hopefully I wont need their repair work again, but if something happens its good to know their a place to be trusted. read more

Best Autobody shop IMHO. I have been taking my cars to them for 15+ years now and I haven't had a single bad experience with them. They are honest, knowledgeable and do great work. read more

The best, most affordable auto body place around. They are honest and reasonable, and if you're fixing something out-of-pocket, they will give some options for saving money. For instance, I was mere months away from a zero insurance step-point (for the first time in my 19 years of driving), so I didn't want to file a claim, when I hit a post with my new car. Instead of replacing the whole front bumper fascia, they were able to refinish the old one and find a way around using the broken clips, saving me a few hundred dollars. It's secure, and you can't tell unless it's pointed out, and both sides are compared. They are also quick, almost always in and out in under two days because they all work together on the same car. read more

Honest, hard working and all around great guys. Helped me after an accident, went above and beyond-5* from me and I use to work in the auto industry so I have options :) read more

I am skeptical of auto repair companies and didn't know what to expect when I brought my cars to Decollibus. Thankfully, I hit a winner when I found them. The team at Decollibus worked with me to reduce the amount of money I would pay for repairs that weren't covered by insurance. Yes, you read that right! They advised me how to contact my insurance company to get money back that I needed to repair my car. They told me how the insurance company was weaseling out of paying me what it cost to repair my car because I had some pre-existing damage, that wasn't even on the area of the car that was damaged by the claim I had filed. And since, I had the good fortune (not so much) recently to have both my cars struck by other vehicles and damaged, they repaired, not one, but both of my vehicles. The repairs where done quickly and my cars returned to me, washed and looking fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Family business, ethical business people. Congratulations, Decollibus on winning my collision repair business for life! read more

I cannot recommend these guys enough! First rate everything- explaining the damage, helping figure out the insurance, fast as heck and amazing magical skills. It's a family business, which is obvious from the warm comfortable atmosphere in the shop which seems to extend to the customer as well. Getting my car smashed up is not my favorite thing but with a place like this, I didn't mind it ( hardly) at all! Thanks guys! read more

A defective grate, caused part of the undercarriage of my car to hang down. I took my Car to Mercedes Collision in Ashland. The "adjuster" who analyzed the outside of my car said that it would be a minimum of $1100, but " probably more" because they would have to put it on a lift when the insurance adjuster arrived. I took my car for a second opinion at DeCollibus Collision on 135 in Framingham, Mass. The total price for the "damage" was $47!!! Yes, I said forty seven dollars. The repair was done in 5 minutes. The Tow box ( plastic) was hanging down, and nothing else! The gentleman who performed the work was wonderful! read more

Love this place! Great pricing and really honest people. I was hit while pulling into my drive way last year, snapped my rear tire rod in half, they personally drove to my house in Ashland to look at the damage then came back to tow it to their garage..super nice guys. read more

I've had body damage my car repaired here several times, and the guys at Decollibus have been totally helpful, professional, honest, and great to work with. Most recently, they even prodded the at-fault driver's insurance company when it was slow to make payment so my repairs could start, and as always, they did a beautiful job making my 11-year-old car look new again. I would come a long way to get my car fixed at Decollibus - I'm just lucky I live not far away. Highly recommended. read more

Wonderful company & people! My father in law's car was rear-ended last month. He was of course upset and confused as to the best place to get the repairs done. They did an excellent job repairing my Ford F-150 after I crunched the fender. The damage was in a tough spot, but they've restored it to what appears to be the original condition. I was very pleased with the price of the repair, the customer service and the job they completed! If you wreck your car and need body work; go to Decollibus! read more

I stopped in with our 2001 Honda that we've kept for our teenage sons. It had rust and a bent out fender, which most places wanted to charge about $2000 to fix. We just wanted it to pass inspection. On the spot they put tape over the rust and fixed the fender. Really nice people, understood what I needed, and didn't even charge me! This is the place I will recommend to anyone! read more

As the parent of two teenage drivers I've been in need of recent auto body repairs more often then I'd like. The silver lining in all of it is the guys at Decollibus Auto Body. A well run family owned business that does exceptional work! Excellent communication with setting expectations on when my vehicles would be ready. The quality of the repairs have been outstanding, the people are super nice and easy to deal with, but most importantly to me is they are honest. I can't say enough about them and I HIGHLY recommend them for any auto body work you may need. read more

I recently had some work done on my pearl white Subaru Outback at DeCollibus. (I had an unfortunate meeting with the side of my garage and was paying out of pocket for the repair.) Rob and Jerry were both extremely knowledgeable about what would need to be done to my vehicle. They were also very candid about what it would entail to match my existing paint to the new coat. It was not necessarily going to be an easy job, but they walked me through the process and told me what to expect. Their complete and total honesty was what swayed my decision to go with them for the work, and it turned out great! Based on my experience at DeCollibus I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend them. read more

Customer service is top notch !! Had my car in on Tuesday night for rear bumper repair , they call me on Thursday to pick up my car , it was washed and clean . I was recommended by my friend to come here and I will do the same if someone ask me where to go for a body shop in framingham read more

Finally I have luck to have a auto-repair that I can trust, Thanks again " Rob" Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family and Happy 2015! read more

I took my car to Decollibus after I was in an accident that smushed the front end of my car. My car is at least 10 years old, it was my first (and only) car, and it's been with me through high school, college, and 3 jobs--so I have a lot of sentimental attachment to it! :) They were very proactive and helped us sort out some miscommunication with my insurance company (that had delayed the whole process) and when we finally got everything approved and the car to them, they turned it around in a matter of a couple days (instead of weeks like my insurance company estimated). I was so happy and relieved to drive my car again after having to drive a rental for almost 4 weeks. The awesome people at Decollibus were great at communicating everything to us throughout the process, were very flexible and let us drop the car off the night before, and explained everything in a transparent and matter-of-fact manner. I highly recommend to take your car to Decollibus to get it fixed! read more

I visited DeCollibus weeks ago to get an estimate on a fairly large dent in the back of my car. They recommended me to a local gentleman who does paintless repairs, as they thought it could be less costly than doing it themselves. I used this person and the results are beyond my expectations. I did not work with DeCollibus, but was very impressed that they were willing to lose business to make me save money. So a 5 stars for outstanding work ethics and honesty! read more

My son was rear ended while I was out of the country. My van was towed away by Ted's and locked in their lot for $35 a day until I came home and was able to retrieve it. I had it towed off to DeCollibus after speaking with them on the phone ( I had heard good reviews). They checked it over and told me honestly that they could fix the collision damage, but the undercarriage of my 16 year old van was in rough shape and not worth the repairs. They stored the van for me for FREE for several days until the insurance was sorted and the van could be hauled off. Their honesty was refreshing, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring another vehicle to them. read more

This time after 3 years I have to visit Decollibus again for the snow storm when I was driving on the road, A tree fell in front of me and the branches smashes around and one of the branches go right into my fog light.......... so I drove to Decollibus and they really have a good heart just charge me the parts and not the labors, every time when I was in the waiting area, it just gives me home feeling, Thanks again and again, ROB!! Nice people who do great work. Honest and very fair pricing

I had my car repaired twice in the past 3 years at DeCollibus. Both times they did exceptional work and were delightful to deal with. They made sure the car was fixed correctly both times. This involved working with the insurance company to get OEM parts when the aftermarket stuff didn't fit. Everything about the experience of getting the car fixed was top notch. They work with the auto repair business next door which is convenient when your car needs more than just body work. This is the kind of business that you wish there were more of.
