Michelle was exceptional from start to finish; courteous, knowledgable, responsive, and very patient with my many questions. She got me in for an appointment fast and the job was complete a little more than 24 hours after my initial call to them. Replacement window came out great. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they vacuumed up every spec of the broken glass that was in the truck when I dropped it off. Crazy efficient, competent, professional, great communication. I'm shocked at how easy replacing my windshield was. It's looking good 1+ week later in rainy weather (and post-state inspection). I had originally scheduled a repair/replacement with another glass repair shop near me. The appointment fell through (shop suddenly closed), but they recommended Warrior Auto Glass. Jason called me within minutes of receiving an email from my insurance company, asked clarifying questions about the nature of the crack on my windshield to determine the appropriate service needed, and set up an appointment for just 2 days later. Derek actually came to my workplace (not close to their shop), and completed the repair in the parking lot while I was at work. I think it must have taken an hour or less. He even left me replacement 3M velcro adhesives for my EZ Pass transponder. I was bracing myself for the worst after my experience with the original shop, and reading online reviews for Safelite. But Warrior Auto Glass made everything so easy; I feel like they went out of their way to help me. Amazing!! From the moment they picked up the phone it was clear these guys know how to run a business. Great communication and very nice! I had a slightly complicated situation. My SUV windshield needed to be replaced due to a highway foreign object hitting it. Warrior explained that my vehicle had to have some special calibration work because of the cameras and the HUD that is part of my windshield. Initially my insurance said they wouldn't cover factory glass. To make things more complicated I was leaving on a business trip and needed it completed while I was gone. So I was reassured they would do their best to work with my insurance company to explain why it was important I had the factory model glass. They took my husbands phone number and worked with him to get it all done right in my driveway including doing the calibration. This was all completed within 24 hours!! Came home to a perfectly replaced windshield that even included the tint I wanted. All the shards of glass were vacuumed out of my dash and front seats! Highly recommend!! read more

This is the first time I've used Warrior Auto Glass in Holliston and I am very impressed with them all-around. Derek was able to get me scheduled the next day for the large crack in my windshield and recalibration. I also had a flat tire with a screw in it and Authentic Autobody is right next to them so it was easy and convenient that they both worked together to help me out. Derek was both knowledgeable and helpful. He went ahead and conferenced in my auto insurer during our call to make this claim seamless and way less work for me. It was easy to communicate during the job through text when it was too busy for me to answer the phone. Though I hope to not have this problem again, I will definitely go back to them in a heartbeat! A rock hit my windshield in May and I went online and set up an appointment with Safelite in Franklin Ma. I took first appointment that was two weeks out. Just as my appointment approached they canceled without explanation. There are no local numbers so I called their call center number and they said that windshield was on back order with VW. I asked when they expected it however they told me they were not sure and would contact me. I waited a month and tried again but once again was told not available and don't call us, we'll call you. In August I went online and found Warrior Glass in Holliston Ma had good reviews so I went online and completed their online order. The owner reached out to me within 30 minutes and told me the glass needed to be ordered with VW and I confirmed I wanted to proceed. He sent me a text with a copy of the order he placed with VW. Within a week he had the glass and offered me multiple appointment slots. I took the first one which was in just two days. Glass was installed perfectly along with calibration of safety sensors. Safelite was a total waste of my time. Look for a reputable locally owned installer like Warrior Glass in Holliston where you can work with the owner and not a robot at a call center! By the way I never mentioned the issues I had with Safelite. Warrior Glass in Holliston performed flawlessly. It is just the way they do business! read more
