Every place I called was booked for a week, but they were able to give me an appointment 3 days later. In addition, the woman at the desk was kind and professional. I originally scheduled an at-home repair, but switched to an in-store repair. The day of my visit, the men at the desk were friendly and the job was done quickly (under an hour). As I drove away it began to rain. The windshield wipers had been re-installed in the completely wrong place. They sat higher than they were supposed to and when they weren't clearing rain from the windshield, their "new" resting position blocked my vision. My left wiper would come off the windshield as it wiped. (See photos). Their poor placement easily could have caused any driver an accident. Luckily my husband is car savvy and was able to fix them, however, I did have to replace the wiper blades for $38 as the driver side blade had come apart from wiping so far off the windshield.

When I started going over 30 there was loud wind coming in on the passenger side of the window. After taking apart parts of the van myself, I could clearly see that there were sections that the Technician didnt even seal along the bottom of the windshield.. I filled in as much as I could, however the sound didnt stop. Also, the trim piece on the top of the windshield was starting to come off. I had them come back to fix the trim piece, technician was great. The wind sound was still there so I ended up taking more of the van apart and noticed that there was a whole 1' section of the windshield that wasnt even sealed on the passenger side, so bad that I could see light coming through. I sealed it myself, no more issues. Will not reccomend.

Prior to dropping it off I spoke with the manager who asked if I already had a rental set up if not she was able to provide me the Enterprise Rental company that they partner with. Once I arrived with my vehicle I met with the owner and manager who walked me through the process at that point I knew that my car was in good hands. They took the pressure off of me having to be the middle person between them and the insurance company. Once I picked up my car it looked as though I just got it off of the showroom. I'm unable to take too much time out of work so they drove to my job and fixed it in the parking lot. They did this back in Oct of last year and the reason I'm posting this review now is because I wanted to give my windshield some time under the elements before I gave my final thoughts. Also for reference I have the sensor thing in the front you can see in the busted photo that dark square. They didn't recalibrate it, they only replaced the windshield so that should show in itself how gentle and efficient they were. I haven't had issues at all with my sensors. The windshield itself is still in great condition and KNOCK ON WOOD no chips or damage. I've gone through car washes, being buried in the snow and the heavy rain we've had the past month. The quality of that windshield I would say is 10/10. I would recommend these guys for your window needs!!

Unfortunately insurance wouldn't cover a new one so we had to private pay. I called around for prices and availability. Jesus from Empire was the cheapest by far. He had the window in the next day. They were on time and very knowledgeable! Empire Auto Glass was very professional and I would highly recommend them!
