Unfortunately, after seeing recent reviews, it looks like my experience wasn't an isolated incident. I brought my 7th-generation Honda Civic in to have all four speakers replaced and a new head unit installed. The owner recommended speakers from his shop and suggested a radio that would improve the overall sound, so I trusted his recommendations. When I dropped the car off, an entire day went by and only the rear speakers had been replaced. I was then told the speakers I had chosen were defective, so I had to wait another day before he even began working on the front speakers and radio. After spending around $1,000, I expected quality work. Less than six months later, the front speakers started cutting in and out. About a year later they stopped working completely. I also ended up chasing a parasitic battery drain that killed my battery, leading me to replace it before discovering the real issue. An automotive electrician later found corrosion in the speaker wiring and wiring leading to the doors, along with poor installation work. None of these problems existed before the shop worked on the car. Looking back, I should have brought it back under warranty, but after the experience I had, I wasn't confident I wanted anyone there touching my car again. What also left a bad impression was the constant complaining about working on my Civic. A 7th-generation Honda Civic is one of the most common and straightforward vehicles for aftermarket audio work. Hearing that he "didn't want to work on another Honda Civic again" after the job was finished was unprofessional and didn't inspire confidence. Sun & Sound just doesn't feel like the same shop it was when they were located in Worcester. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

When I went there, the front office lady handled everything smooth, communicated directly and well with as far as handling the payment process which I was most likely concerned about. Once I told her my problem and booked the appointment with them, I took my car in for repair, waited in the office and not too long as I expected, they fixed my windshield in a matter of an hour which I was highly impressed by. And even gave me a discount for the repair which was amazing, too. Shout out Kyle and the whole team for having my windshield repaired quickly and effienciently, as far as giving my windshield a quick wash and my interior smelling like a brand new car. There automated system sends out reminder texts and emails and asks you to confirm, at least 2x, confirming the time and date. Right in the middle of the arrival window I get a text Confirming My Appointment Has Changed! Like it's something to be excited about. Supposedly all the windshields in the technician's vehicle got broken that day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to reschedule a week later. Same thing, 2x or so confirmations prior to the arrival, and right in the middle of the window get another exciting reschedule confirmation. I called to speak to 2 different reps that hung up on me, one stating they were booked for the day, somehow that's my fault, and the other they put in the system to report to the insurance company that the window they ordered was damaged- likely to hide the scheduling conflict that is the real issue. Had I read other reviews prior to this, I would not have even tried. The customer is supposed to trust something that is to keep you safe, and they can't even get out of their own way? I dont think so......

They had us return once for the recalibration that we were supposed to have gotten, but they could not accomplish this despite trying for 45 minutes, they said we needed to see a dealer. The dealer said "There are fingerprints all over the camera lenses, they have to be replaced, $3000, here is a report to take to the auto glass people as they should pay for this." And we call every month or two to ask about this and are always told "a message will be sent" and we will get a call but nothing ever happens. I just called the number I see on some of the other reviews about this, but it's just the main switchboard and so the same people who have told me for months "a message would be sent". If you have a car with any kind of cameras in the windshield, avoid this place.
