Shame on me for not checking the reviews before using this company…read more They replaced my windshield last year, and just a few days later, while I was driving on the highway, a piece of the windshield molding flew completely off. I contacted them immediately and was told a replacement part had been ordered. Fast forward ONE YEAR LATER, and the molding still has not been replaced. Every time I call, I'm told the part is "on backorder." I have been dealing with Darline throughout this process, and she has never once returned any of my calls. On the rare occasions I have been able to reach her, I receive the same response that the part is still unavailable. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was able to find the part available from multiple online suppliers with a simple search. I also left a message for Steve, the manager, requesting a callback, and I have never received a response. This is, without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A one-year delay, lack of communication, and repeated unfulfilled promises are completely unacceptable. I will not use this company again and will strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

When I went there, the front office lady handled everything smooth, communicated directly and well with as far as handling the payment process which I was most likely concerned about. Once I told her my problem and booked the appointment with them, I took my car in for repair, waited in the office and not too long as I expected, they fixed my windshield in a matter of an hour which I was highly impressed by. And even gave me a discount for the repair which was amazing, too. I brought the…read morebroken glass into National and they had a piece with a similar shade and cut it at the same size and I was in and out in minutes. unfortunately when I got home and tried to insert the new glass into the frame it cracked which was my fault. I brought the broken piece back to National to have them cut a new piece at the same size and I was planning to pay for another piece but they didn't charge me. I would have been fine paying for another piece since it was my fault but they were kind enough to cut another at no cost. very nice business!
