When he returned all he said was, well, with a bit of an attitude, we'll get it done. Then a day or so later I realized that the back up camera was not working on my truck. which is in the tailgate. (they had the tailgate off to spray it) When I called back all they said was well it was working when it left. I checked the wires and found that they broke the camera plug. When I told them that the plug was broken they said well we had a hard time getting it apart. I would never go back here.

Thank you Safelite!…read more I had a really bad crack on my windshield, needed a fix ASAP and was wondering how I was going to be able to fix it. When I went there, the front office lady handled everything smooth, communicated directly and well with as far as handling the payment process which I was most likely concerned about. Once I told her my problem and booked the appointment with them, I took my car in for repair, waited in the office and not too long as I expected, they fixed my windshield in a matter of an hour which I was highly impressed by. And even gave me a discount for the repair which was amazing, too. Shout out Kyle and the whole team for having my windshield repaired quickly and effienciently, as far as giving my windshield a quick wash and my interior smelling like a brand new car. The repair on my windshield was so clear, it felt like as if I'm seeing a whole nother planet Thank you guys again and would highly recommend y'all to come to this location if anyone needs any repairs on their windshield.

They had us return once for the recalibration that we were supposed to have gotten, but they could not accomplish this despite trying for 45 minutes, they said we needed to see a dealer. The dealer said "There are fingerprints all over the camera lenses, they have to be replaced, $3000, here is a report to take to the auto glass people as they should pay for this." And we call every month or two to ask about this and are always told "a message will be sent" and we will get a call but nothing ever happens. That's not something I could easily ask of anyone again. The owner acknowledged he'd seen my truck sitting there all day, but told me he'd expected the key to be dropped in a box with an envelope, something he never once mentioned to me. The installation had not been done. When I brought up my two calls and the voicemail, he checked his phone and claimed he had no record of them. Given that he already knew it was my truck, since we'd spoken twice by phone beforehand, it's hard to understand why it never occurred to him to simply call me back and ask where the key was, especially after seeing the vehicle sitting there untouched all day. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer this way. This cost me an unnecessary round trip and a full day, for a job that still wasn't completed. I can't recommend this shop.
