After an unfortunate 'run in' with a pickup truck my insurance requested that I drop off my little Hyundai Elantra at Long Collision. The estimate was quick/easy/painless and I was able to to be added to their very full schedule within 2 weeks (which was totally fine since it was just rear bumper crunchiness). Long Collision called Enterprise to set up a rental drop-off (covered by my insurance - yes!). So when I dropped my car, there was one on its way to me (it was a little late on arrival, but that's on Enterprise). The day before the projected pick-up date I received a call from Long noting that there was additional damage not seen on the initial estimate and asked if they could keep my car a little longer to make these repairs (obviously...yes please!). They called Enterprise to extend the rental date (yay!) and my little Elantra - - - - ready by the second projected pick-up date! Not only was my car all fixed up, but they had done a basic detail (exterior wash and polish, interior va and polish) which made me feel like I had a brand new ride. Great and fast service, fantastic communication, and great results. Hopefully I won't have to visit these fine folks again soon.....but if I have to, I'll be happy to say hello. read more

I had the misfortune of using them for a replacement windshield a few years ago. While the windshield installation was good (no leaks or anything). they left a mess on the front seat. My complaints fell on deaf ears. They are under new management now, so I would probably give them another chance. You have been warned. read more

These guys did a great job on my car a year ago. I just had a light fail on me and I brought it back, turns out it was a wiring issue. Unknown whether it was related to the incident before or not. Without even questioning it, they repaired it free of charge. I have never had a company stand behind their work to such a high degree. You can't go wrong with long!!! read more

I am SHOCKED at the amazing service I received today. I have a 2011 VW Jetta Wagon. My check engine light was on and of course I am due for an inspection sticker. I called my dealer and was told that it is $108 for a dianostic test and that my 30k mile warranty is up. SO i took my car to Auto Zone and had one done for free.. Which is pointless cause no one can use it all shops "have " to do their own. I called another place in town who stated they would look at my car for $102.00 for the test + cost to repair. I made the appt, but then thought what the heck I'll call Long Collision as i had used them in the past. Not only did they do my diagnostic test for FREE, but once the Service Mgr. saw the problem HE GOOGLED THE PROBLEM, Called MY Dealer for me, Checked my Warranty for me, and BOOKED an appt for me. Dario from Long than called me back to let me know what was going on and that I should be able to get this done for free.. Sure enough I brought in my car and they did everything... The HONESTY I received from Long Collsion and outstanding customer Service from DARIO was by far the BEST i have ever received! They went above and beyond to help me get this taken care of for FREE!!! Every other shop only saw $$ signs. SO THANKFUL!!!! Dario at Long just saved me a few hundred dollars.. The price was within range and the repairs done in shorter than estimated time. My vehicle was returned to me in a spotless condition inside and out.
