Can't recommend Jerry and his team strongly enough. My daughter is in University in Worcester, and…read moreshe was having issues with her car - brand new battery was not turning over. I called Jerry after reading reviews of local mechanics and called him around 5:30pm on Wednesday. I asked for an appointment at his soonest convenience and Jerry had us bring the car in to be seen the following day. Not only did they fit us in, but they found the issue to be a minor one which he fixed immediately. Jerry said, and I quote "I always try to take care of customers, especially students, as I would hope that my own kids were taken care of this way." So thankful that people took the time to rate him 5 stars across the board, as this is what drew me to him! So deserving of great reviews and a booming business. If you have auto repair needs in the Worcester, MA area, I encourage you to check out Speedway Garage! You won't be disappointed. For other out of state parents, it feels great knowing I have a mechanic away from home that I trust... not only in terms of service, but also in terms of fairness. Thanks Jerry!!

Paul is a miracle worker. Not sure how he got to dent and fixed but dent is gone, seriously, like dent never was there. They touched up paint on scratch and is no longer visible unless you get 2" away. If I did not have the scratch, it would be perfect. Convenience was huge, I live in western mass, drove out on way to business trip. Called ahead, arrived at 7:30, out by 8:30. Would have been quicker but they wanted paint to dry. Price was reasonable, a lot less than a body shop. Very happy, highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this place for minor cosmetic work.

HANDS DOWN the absolutely best place I have ever gotten work done on any of my vehicles. First off,…read moreas a first time customer coming in to get work done the owner himself does a free, FULL, precise, all point inspection of everything on your vehicle down to the thickness of brake pads and tire tread itself. This alone at a dealership would be $150 easy and he does it FREE. Second, I did not get the pleasure of meeting the sons behind the name of the company but I did get the pleasure of meeting Scott and Mike. Both men had wonderful customer service and were always looking for any way possible to help or accommodate their customers whether it meant staying late or squishing someone's car in quick into the 15 minute break they got that day with how busy they were. These guys blew me away in every way possible. Every customer I saw come in there or even that called weren't just customers to them, they were family. I couldn't help but stay and talk to Mike the whole time my Jeep was being worked on instead of sitting in the heated office with TV because he was just so kind and easy to talk to! Last but not least, I went in here with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited which at this point I had brought to 3 Jeep dealerships prior to find an antifreeze problem. All 3 dealerships prior to these guys waved it off, it was nothing, and sent me home when whatever else was done. Well 10 minutes on the lift and into the air at Scott and Son's and they found my problem which actually ended up being a huge crack in my radiator which could have lead to some SERIOUS damage if kept unfixed. After a diagnosis and Mike's magical work with my third party service contract which no one else wants to touch anywhere the VERY NEXT DAY my Jeep was in and fixed THAT DAY! And at the end the owner/mechanic himself took a test drive with me just to make sure everything worked perfectly! I would 110% recommend this auto shop to anyone and everyone! I will no longer be taking my vehicle (or future vehicles) anywhere else ever again and neither should you! P.S. Picture in comments showing my old radiator with the leak everyone else (including 3 Jeep dealerships) missed until Scott found it within 10 mins!!

I have a 2003 honda accord with 120k miles on it so i expect i'll need to have some maintenance done to the vehicle at times. However, when i pulled out of my parking spot one morning there was a huge oil spot underneath my car. Scary. I took the car in for a look. Within about 20 mins Tim had diagnosed the issue, assured me it wasn't that big of deal, and was able to provide me a quote on the service that was more than reasonable. I went to him thinking the worst and that i would be having to either replace the engine or get a new car. Due to my own travel i wasn't able to have my car worked on that week, but Tim was open to communicating with me via text message to set up an appointment to have my car serviced and he even provided a loaner vehicle. (I talk on the phone for a living so if i can do anything via text or email it's a huge bonus for me) Most importantly I felt like i could trust Tim. I hate going to a mechanic and they try take advantage of the fact i know nothing of vehicles and try to get you to pay for services that aren't necessary. I was completely prepared to have other services performed but Tim assured me that if i wasn't having issues with the vehicle they could probably wait and saved me some money in the end. He could have easily put some extra money in the shops pocket but instead he created a repeat customer. The shop is way out of the way for me but I would have trouble finding a mechanic I trust so it's well worth the drive. Great job....thanks again Tim.

I left the car from noon to 5 PM and was charged $420 for a repair I now believe was unnecessary. When I picked up the car, I found over 40 extra miles on the odometer and the engine had run for more than 3.5 hours--completely unreasonable for an inspection or exhaust work. It appears the car was used without my permission. No clear explanation, no transparency--just a feeling of being scammed. I do not recommend this shop.
