A few hours later I went to leave an my car wouldn't start. I called Edwards, quite upset, and explained what was happening. Russell personally drove to my house to diagnose the problem. These people are crooks. I came here for an oil change a few months ago, thought everything was…read moregood until a few weeks later I started having major issues with the engine, engine knocks and leaking oil non stop. When I took it to the dealer to look at it they said there's no way I got an oil change or that it was done extremely incorrectly because I'd need a whole new engine. In order to honor the warranty they needed me to provide a receipt of the oil change, but when I went back to ask them if they could print one out for me (figured it shouldn't be hard since I paid by card, even provided the exact date of service that I found on my bank statement) they told me they don't keep any records of transactions and the guy specifically said "if it's for a warranty issue I can't help you" super sketchy. Ended up having to pay $7000 for a new engine on my two year old car. Since then when talking to other shops and the dealership I've been told other people have gotten screwed over by these people and have horror stories similar to mine, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ryan, the young man who owns this establishment is courteous, kind, and honest. He fixed the crazy wiring on my husbands truck that was all messed up when someone attached a plow and lights. This was a wiring job that we took to Firestone in Auburn and was told they couldn't figure it out, after they had it for hours and charged us $100. But Ryan did it! I recently called him to ask about new tires for my Camaro. He gave me different options and actually read me the details from one of the tires. He led me in a direction and gave me his opinion but never told me what to actually choose. Good mechanics are hard to come by and honest mechanics, even harder! But if you give Anything Automotive a try, you will find a great young man running a superb business who will be totally real with you and perfectly repair your vehicle!

I have been going here for years for basic maintenance, but after my last visit, I won't be going…read moreback ever again. I had four snow tires on rims swapped out with four summer tires, also on rims, and they also topped up the tire pressure. The next day, I noticed a warning light for low tire pressure, but didn't think much of it b/c the tire pressure monitors sometimes get fluky after a tire change. A couple of days later, I got a dashboard warning "TIRE NEEDS AIR NOW." When I went to fill the tire in question though, the valve was bent and half broken. So after the holiday weekend, I was able to limp back to the shop with the nearly flat tire, told the supervisor guy what happened and got the valve replaced. Unfortunately, I did not have the receipt for the original work when the valve got broken, so I went back the next day with the receipt. I was stunned when they refused to take responsibility for the cracked valve, although I explained to the guy in charge that they had been the last folks to touch the valve before I discovered that it was broken. He was dismissive, told me I should have brought it back sooner, claimed the tire couldn't possibly have held any air for a week, and insinuated that I had somehow broken the valve, essentially calling me a liar. I'm pissed. As I said, I had been taking my car there for years, BUT THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN AN HONEST BUSINESS. It cost me $124 because they refused to admit their screwup and sought to blame me instead. Anyone want to be next?
