Town Fair told me that it was going g to be about $220.00 total where Good Year was a bit more than half of that. Town Fair told me the cost was high based on the fact that I didn't buy the tires there. Regardless of where I bought the tires, the work required is exactly the same. They reek of used car salesmen. Honestly, I was extremely pleased to end up at GoodYear as they looked my car over with a fine tooth comb which was appreciated. Their technicians are trained mechanics rather that just tire changers. I won't be going back to Town Fair.

I left it there and got a call 2 hours later that if I wanted the filter changed, the price would then be $845!!! To drop and oil pan and change a filter that is easily accessible?! $235 becomes $845??? I will give a second star only for the girls at the counter. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I doubt I will ever visit this shop in the future. I ended up just doing it myself. Value and honesty could improve.

They suggest everything needed with pictures and explanation, but never pushy about it. Today I called for a slow-leak in my tire due to a nail. "Come on in" they said. 10 minutes after I arrived, I was driving away, all fixed up, AND NO CHARGE. I was over my miles a little bit and went into Elmwood to see what my options were. The only options that they had were at a payment higher than I could afford with at least $5,000 down. Feeling discouraged, I explored other options and that is when I was contacted by someone at Grieco. After explaining my situation, I was asked to come in and see if they could do anything for me just to help get me out of my current lease. After stopping into Grieco one night, I was approached by Joe DonFrancesco who talked with me for a little bit to get some information from me about the current status of my lease and what I was hoping to get out of it. Joe just wanted to understand all points of view and he got his manager Steve Mello involved. Between the two of them, they treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable and at ease with them being that it was my first time in their dealership. Steve and Joe were able to find me a 2018 Charger Indigo Blue, which was the color I wanted with my previous Charger but they didn't have any available at the time and this was the only 1 in New England so I kind of lucked out. Steve and Joe kept working and grinding the numbers for me to get me to a payment that I believe I could afford and with only putting down a little bit of money which I can understand and was happy to do in order to get the car that I truly wanted. All in all, Joe and Steve were great throughout the entire process. Even after Joe and Steve did their job, the gentleman that I did my paperwork with, Anthony, was exceptional as well and had everything ready for me to sign so I could take my wife out to a nice dinner in my beautiful new car! The entire process took 2 days.
