I am here to write about my satisfaction with this dealership. I was in a 3 year least on my 2015 Dodge Charger that I got from Elmwood Dodge as I have gotten the past 5 cars from them. I was over my miles a little bit and went into Elmwood to see what my options were. The only options that they had were at a payment higher than I could afford with at least $5,000 down. Feeling discouraged, I explored other options and that is when I was contacted by someone at Grieco. After explaining my situation, I was asked to come in and see if they could do anything for me just to help get me out of my current lease. After stopping into Grieco one night, I was approached by Joe DonFrancesco who talked with me for a little bit to get some information from me about the current status of my lease and what I was hoping to get out of it. Joe just wanted to understand all points of view and he got his manager Steve Mello involved. Between the two of them, they treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable and at ease with them being that it was my first time in their dealership. Steve and Joe were able to find me a 2018 Charger Indigo Blue, which was the color I wanted with my previous Charger but they didn't have any available at the time and this was the only 1 in New England so I kind of lucked out. Steve and Joe kept working and grinding the numbers for me to get me to a payment that I believe I could afford and with only putting down a little bit of money which I can understand and was happy to do in order to get the car that I truly wanted. All in all, Joe and Steve were great throughout the entire process. Even after Joe and Steve did their job, the gentleman that I did my paperwork with, Anthony, was exceptional as well and had everything ready for me to sign so I could take my wife out to a nice dinner in my beautiful new car! Ive spent 6 thousand + dollars you've had the car over 2 weeks and I still cant get a call back telling me when the job is done. I jave to call every day only to hear you havent finished the with an alignment. I would not recommend this garage to anyone. read more

Any time I've need an auto place after 5 or 6 theses guys had gotten me through but last night I was desperately trying to get a light change then it turned into 3 light then the bill It only took the guy 10 min to change 3 bulbs and they charged me 114.00 dollars and I don't think it's the money that bothered me as much as the owner or sorry not sure if ur name but I heard him tell one of the guys I got one for you. I took that as being taken advantage of and over being over charged. I hope I just got my wires cross sir. Thank you betty read more

I stopped in late on a Friday afternoon with a flat tire, and the whole team was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They even took the time to top off my oil which was low. I can't recommend this place and the staff here enough! read more

Great experience with Place Motors. Came in unexpectedly with a flat tire they were very nice and repaired my flat quickly and had me back on the road in a short time. Got 2 12 inch subs installed last year. told me that these 2 jbs would be louder then the ones in my car got truck back and the audio "scott" guy had alresdy went home. I had some questions for him and I wanted to know why they were not as loud as my car. called in next day told me to just stop by so he could hear them. took me a little while to stop by but when I did they wanted to charge me just to turn them up and schedule a appointment for all that could have sch when I talked to him the 1st time. install looks good but customer service is terrible they also are no where near as loud as my 2 12 ls in my car like he said they would be. be worry of this company. read more

Twice I have had my car serviced there. First time they replaced a slightly leaky seal with an even more leaky defective one that dumped most of my oil, and I was lucky to make it home from a trip to NYC the next day. Second time they charged me for transmission fluid as part of a repair, and also charged me to top it off, yet my transmission fluid was bone dry 2 weeks later although no leak. Also charged me to top off power steering fluid, and that was empty too. Horrible service, and it is but by the grace of God that I didn't break down in the middle of nowhere. read more

This place is great. I do a lot of my own repairs but if it's a time consuming job or it requires special tools or it's just a service bulletin/recall issue, I take my Explorer over there and Doug at the counter takes great care of everything. He is always calm and cool and makes you feel at ease. The most impressive thing about their service is that they don't try to sell you something you don't need and they don't BS their customers. Doug will tell you what you need now and what can wait. He works well with the extended warranty company to get you the lowest out of pocket costs for you if there is a deductible. I highly recommend Place Ford Motors for convenience and great honest service. read more

I have to add an update to my last review...somehow, some way Bill LEAVITT, sales manager did the right thing and called my husband the following day to let him know the vehicle he wanted, was available for purchase. My husband was taken back for a minute, but still very interested in purchasing. I am happy to report the sale has been finalized and sales manager made a bad situation into something positive. read more

I would not recommend utilizing the service department at Bertera Nissan of Auburn. Besides the price gouging and dishonesty, when one promises a call back and reassures the customer they will call back and there is no call; just another disappointment. Where ones business is customer base it truly a shame that they cannot even stand by their word of a call back, never mind the dishonesty and prices. I was with Bertera service as I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and my intent was to keep all service work with them. I love the Nissan product, but will not be returning to Bertera for my next purchase. I was able to locate another Nissan dealership who were more than happy to assist me and I will be utilizing them for all my service going forward!! read more

This place is a joke. I was very excited when I found the truck I've been looking for here. I called to see if it was still available. I was told someone was looking at it and they would call me if they didn't buy it. They called 2 days later and said it fell through. I didn't even haggle with the price. I said I will take it. I offered a deposit over the phone, they said it wasn't necessary. We made an appointment for Friday(it was Wednesday). I called Thursday to confirm and Phil Crowley told me it was sold. Very disappointed and deflated. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with any respect. This was a 60K+ truck. read more

Stopped here the other day to have some work done on my mother in laws truck for her. Staff here was very nice and got us in and out. The waiting room here is on the small side, but it does have a TV to help pass the time. There are a few seats on the other side of the waiting room in the show room along with some toys for the little ones to play with. read more

Place motors is not a stand-up company. I have been purchasing all my heavy duty trucks here for many years. Recently I had my truck in for service, and when the Place motors service technician took it out for a test drive, he got into an accident. Rear ended a woman, injuring her, hospital trip, serious harm. Place motors NEVER called to tell me that they smashed up my truck! My insurance company informed me about the accident. The victim sued Place and me, and I wasn't even in the town or anywhere near the truck at the time. Place motors has done NOTHING for me since. I have had to waste a day from work on a deposition and spend many hours on paperwork. Now my insurance company has cancelled coverage on my truck AND my business AND my home as a result of an accident I was not involved in. Premiums at another agency will now go up, resulting from an accident caused by Place motors. Place motors should step up and learn what customer service is all about. The owner, Steven Place is hiding behind the lawsuit and couldn't care less that he lost a good and lucrative customer. I will NEVER do business with them again and have spread the word to other business owners. As a business owner, I would never treat customers the way Place motors has treated me. read more

I've gone to Place for many years. They have always given me great service. Whether I've waited for my car to be fixed or dropped it off for the day, it's always been ready when promised. I've always been made aware of and been asked for approval before any extra work was done. They have often worked on my car without an appointment when something needed to be fixed. The people at Place are friendly, courteous, and dependable. I highly recommend them! read more

Bought a 2011 F250 Lariet 6.7 Powerstroke here the end of Nov, sales was fine but service wont stand behind the product. You would think that a $40,000 vehicle would be completely gone through before selling it but I guess not. They wait for the customer to find the problems and bring it back. It has been in for service 6-7 times in under 2 months. Most of it is stuff that should have been found before selling it. Mostly auto hubs that don't work properly in the auto setting. Fuel filters that sould have been changed (a diesel isnt like a gas vehicle, clean filters are a must). Last what turns out to be a bad tierod end. I asked them twice to check out the front end because I thought something sounded off plus the safety inspection. When the noise got loud enough I knew there was a problem I brought it in and they found it but it was over my Lemon law mileage so now it was my problem to pay for. Come to find out theres a mark from a "paint pen" on the tierod end... Someone found the problem but they didn't want to pay to fix it so they send it back to the customer and hope for the best. They suck and I will tell everyone not to buy there. I get a ton of compliments on what a nice truck it is and I will tell everyone of those people where not to buy.
