I started my day at the end of my driveway in a car that wouldn't start for whatever reason, I had ten minutes to get to work, and just one friend to help me push a big heavy Saab into a spot where a tow truck could get it, and I had no idea where it was going from there. I felt pretty stuck, until Vinh Ly showed up! This guy just came out of nowhere and offered his hands to help. Not only is this guy a good samaritan but he also owns a garage! I went from pretty stuck to pretty set within about ten minutes thanks to Vinh. Within an hour a tow truck was at my spot and I was able to get into work for the rest of the day. To tell the truth I thought my car was a goner, it's been through the ringer more than its fair share and an honorable death is all it deserves now. Vinh brought it back though! Within a day too, AND he replaced a headlight thats been busted since before I bought the thing for free! Vinh is a great guy and I'm glad he lives in the neighborhood. We broke down on the Mass Pike driving home to Maine. The AAA wrecker driver called the owner and explained our predicament and was told to bring us right over. We were met and as soon as lunch was over (10 minutes or so), work began. We were on our way in under an hour with the most of the time spent awaiting the delivery of the needed part. The owner, as well as the rest of the staff we dealt with, were extremely friendly and intent on doing things right. As I listened to him speak to other customers, I could tell this was the way they do business. They made room for our rambunctious Lab and since his presence with Louie, the office dog, was making for an unbusinesslike atmosphere, Louie was sent outside to guard the perimeter. Louie was just as friendly as the rest of the staff and he and Henry played outside like two long lost friends. I highly recommend 3B Auto for all of your automotive repairs. I had my car towed here and Amanda and Maggie not only let me know when the car arrived but kept me updated every step of the way..they sent me a quote stating "this is the MOST it will be" which it ended up being a little more than half...then when I came to pick up my car the owner Vin introduced himself and told me if I had any issues down the road to give them a call and they would do their best to help...it's not every day that you meet GOOD honest people but 3B seems to be full of them..everyone here went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much. if you're looking for good, honest, hard working people then look no further ~Melissa P. read more

So i went to this shop to get my car fixed after someone hit me. I would never recommend this place, they cut my roof to put a quarter panel in and smashed my back window and the top of my back seat were all cut up there was glass in my trunk and they cut my back leather seats and out hand prints on the roof in my car. They have a bunch of kids working for them with no experience at all do not go there unless you want shit results. They told me if I gave them a good help review they would waive my deductible this is why they have so many good results believe me your not it's your car read more

Right when I walked in I was greeted by the owner and other employees. Very down to earth people and genuine. As a woman sometimes you can feel like your walking into an auto repair place and guys are going to throw a ton of foreign terms at you and push car issues on you. This place seemed just happy to do my oil change I purchased on Groupon. We did discuss other services they offer and because of their professionalism I'll be going back with other auto repair needs. I have nothing bad to say about 3b Auto, only good experiences thus far. The owner is very friendly and nice, charges really reasonable price and waves some fees for returning customers. Every time I bring my car in they always know what the problem is and fix it. I have never left the shop feeling unsatisfied. The staff there are also very professional and friendly.
