recently moved to shrewsbury and needed to take my wife's car in for an oil change. posted a…read morerecommendation request on shrewsbury's community FB page and received multiple posts for a-tech automotive. i wanted to find an honest and trustworthy place since we are new to the area and per FB many in the community felt a-tech was it. cody, the service manager, was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. i opted to wait on site for the service in their comfortable lounge, but many people just drop off their cars. note: if you wish to wait there for an oil change make sure to call 24hrs before. the oil change was completed in 30minutes and cody gave me a quick overview on the status of my wife's vehicle. he did not try to up-sell any unnecessary services or pressure me into a service i did not need and i appreciated that immensely. i cannot speak on behalf of their other auto/repair services, but i would feel comfortable bringing a car here if it needed more than just an oil change. thank you cody and the technician working on our car today. UPDATED since spring appears to be finally here (we hope), i opted to swap out the winter tires i got for my wife when we first moved here. since i had such a great experience at a-tech i figured we could have them take care of it here in shrewsbury rather than drive an hour to the costco where i got the winter tires. cody was great again in helping me schedule an appointment on short notice. couldnt be happier with their work and service. thanks again a-tech!

HANDS DOWN the absolutely best place I have ever gotten work done on any of my vehicles. First off,…read moreas a first time customer coming in to get work done the owner himself does a free, FULL, precise, all point inspection of everything on your vehicle down to the thickness of brake pads and tire tread itself. This alone at a dealership would be $150 easy and he does it FREE. Second, I did not get the pleasure of meeting the sons behind the name of the company but I did get the pleasure of meeting Scott and Mike. Both men had wonderful customer service and were always looking for any way possible to help or accommodate their customers whether it meant staying late or squishing someone's car in quick into the 15 minute break they got that day with how busy they were. These guys blew me away in every way possible. Every customer I saw come in there or even that called weren't just customers to them, they were family. I couldn't help but stay and talk to Mike the whole time my Jeep was being worked on instead of sitting in the heated office with TV because he was just so kind and easy to talk to! Last but not least, I went in here with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited which at this point I had brought to 3 Jeep dealerships prior to find an antifreeze problem. All 3 dealerships prior to these guys waved it off, it was nothing, and sent me home when whatever else was done. Well 10 minutes on the lift and into the air at Scott and Son's and they found my problem which actually ended up being a huge crack in my radiator which could have lead to some SERIOUS damage if kept unfixed. After a diagnosis and Mike's magical work with my third party service contract which no one else wants to touch anywhere the VERY NEXT DAY my Jeep was in and fixed THAT DAY! And at the end the owner/mechanic himself took a test drive with me just to make sure everything worked perfectly! I would 110% recommend this auto shop to anyone and everyone! I will no longer be taking my vehicle (or future vehicles) anywhere else ever again and neither should you! P.S. Picture in comments showing my old radiator with the leak everyone else (including 3 Jeep dealerships) missed until Scott found it within 10 mins!!
