My family and I have purchased cars here at Linders for decades. Our last purchase was for my elderly mother. Although the service department typically repairs her car timely and accurately, her Linder's extended warranty has yet to cover any of her costly repairs during the past 4 years. Lesson learned: before you purchase a multi-year warranty from them which could cost several thousand dollars, READ THROUGH THE FINE PRINT and see what is covered. Otherwise, you might end up paying for expensive car repair (labor hour cost is expensive) in addition to an extended warranty which can cost thousands of dollars. Linders also has a loaner car program for customer. When your car is being repaired you can request a loaner car while they are fixing the car. It is a good policy, however I found it difficult for my mother to obtain a loaner car when she needed one for a repair. She typically ends up waiting for the car or someone drops her off and picks her up. At times when I arrive at Linders to pick her up, there appears to be numerous Linders Courtesy cars lined up in the parking lot not even being used. I don't understand that. Honest mechanics. I went here because I thought I had a transmission issue on my jeep. They ran it through multiple tests and found no issues. They could have charged me way more to replace things that didn't need to be changed, but they didn't. read more

When my grandmother needed a new car we came to linder's. We chose Linder's due to being rated the best used car dealer around. Its very easy to believe that the earned it with there friendly understanding atmosphere and wide vehicle selection. My grandmother didn't want a new car, but due to a hit and run, she found a car with the features she needed at a beautiful price with the great help and hospitality of Linder's. We arrived on a rainy day and they had brought cars into the large garage for us to view rather than in the cold rain. They understand your needs and find solutions. It's a junk yard people. Almost all of the 1 star reviews I see are from people who have never been to a junk yard before! I work with them on a wholesale level and buy parts from them often. When I have an issue with something I've purchased, they always take care of it with a refund, exchange for another part, or pay me to repair this issue. Went here with my Papa today in order to look at a Corolla and Escape that I saw online. Greg was awesome and not pushy in the least! He let me test drive the Corolla and Civic as the Escape had been sold. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or as if I was being cheated or lied too. Linder's is great! We bought a car here and use the service department. Ron found exactly what we were looking for and the experience was easy and pleasant. We found Linder's to be honest and fair and the car has been exactly as promised. We also have an older car that requires lots of repairs. Mike in service is terrific. The Chevrolet dealership tried to sell us a new engine but Linder's has kept the car working well for a fraction of the price. We never worry about being taken advantage of here.
