I hit a pothole a week ago and the bottom splash/engine guard was hanging off and scratching the road. I called 20 other auto body shops (no joke) before I called central auto body and no one would fix it for me because there was no damage or leaking problem. The manager said he will fix the cover for me but since I was concerned about the cost, he offered to remove the cover completely so it wouldn't scratch the road (FOR FREE!). I just couldn't believe it. I drove there and not only did he fixed the shield for no cost, he didn't even ask me to write a review for him until I asked for his card. It was very refreshing to see that places like this still exist who believe in customer service. I would trust these guys to repair my car at any time. I recently brought my 2016 Toyota Tundra to Central after a serious accident. I had it towed all the way from the Cape Cod because they were the one place that said they could complete the work quickly. I tow a fishing boat with the truck and not having the truck meant no boating for most of the summer. They did a beautiful job and really advocated for me with the insurance company to do a real quality job. I own a business with vans driven by under 21 year old drivers, so I've bought a lot of body work! I never realized how much quality varies from shop to shop. Central's work was really first rate and done faster than I expected. They also cleaned and detailed my car to a high standard. It really looked new. I couldn't recommend them more. Brought in a rim that I curbed and had it back to me super fast and again looked better than when I got it from factory. Their attention to detail is amazing!
