Last night, I had an accident while crossing a bridge on a narrow road. I slowed down as I approached the bridge, but unfortunately the driver coming the other way did not. They clipped my side-view mirror, and although I stopped, the other driver simply flipped me off and drove away. I called the police and filed a report, but without the other party being identified, the repair costs would fall on me. When I got home, I called Marc at Quality Auto Body. We had used Marc about a year ago after my wife's car hit a deer. Back then, we simply dropped the car off, and Marc handled all the insurance paperwork, making the entire process incredibly easy. When we picked the car up, it looked perfect. Regarding the mirror, Marc told me to stop by the next morning so he could take a look. Fortunately, I still had all the parts, and the mirror glass itself wasn't broken. Marc spent a few minutes looking at the dangling mirror before deciding to have one of his technicians check it out. About 15 minutes later, I was handed my keys and told everything was fixed. I can't thank Marc and his team enough. I had gone from hearing that a replacement side-view mirror for my Toyota Tundra could cost more than $1,500 to having everything repaired in just a few minutes. I actually felt a little guilty because Marc refused to accept payment for the work they did. Even though it was a quick fix, having that extra stress taken off my plate meant a lot. As I told Marc when I was leaving, he and Quality Auto Body are my go-to auto body shop. This experience only reinforced why I trust them so much. I cannot recommend these guys enough, absolute top tier customer service and work. Let me preface this by stating I've never been in an accident or had to deal with insurance before. My basically brand new car was hit while it was parked in my driveway and after calling my insurance for the first time, they provided a list of recommended shops. I saw Quality auto body listed high up in the ratings and now I know exactly why. From the first moment I spoke with Marc the owner, I knew I would be in good hands. Marc walked me through every step of what was going to be done and explained the process in detail, which for a first timer was extremely valuable information to me. He handled pretty much everything with the insurance/rental for me, the initial "assessment" by the insurance was 3.5k and Marc made sure to fight for fixing everything that was damaged, which ended up being a total of 11k. When I went to drop off the car, they had already handled getting me a rental and he updated me every step of the way during the process. When I went to pick it up, I simply handed him the keys to my rental and they took care of the rest. My car was detailed, washed, waxed and looking like the first day I purchased it, he walked me around the car and explained all the work and the guarantee of his work along with it. Got a customer for life (lets hope no more accidents though) and I will happily refer anyone in the future to Quality Auto Body. Marc definitely has the correct name for his business. I was rear ended and brought my SUV to Quality Auto and I was immediately met by the owner, Marc, who walked right to my vehicle and gave me a very descriptive overview on what was there besides the obvious dent. The next day he helped me by getting on a conference call with the insurance company and literally was more in tune with the process than they were. He directed them on all aspects , including having them set-up the rental to be waiting at his shop when I got there to drop off mine. During the repair he called me multiple times advising me on the successful progress of my vehicle. Upon picking it up, I almost didn't recognize my Rav 4 where it was completely detailed and looked brand new, inside and out. Remember I was rear ended and the detailing was an amazing add-on for the customer. BTW, as we were inspecting the vehicle, there was a small spot that he noticed (spot of polishing material), he proceeded to have the detail guy come out and buff it out perfectly in about a minute. The quality of work is top notch. I had a run in with large rock and tore a piece of siding off my car. I stopped in to make an appointment to get my car fixed. Mr. Bourgeois was very kind and told me to bring the piece in and he would see if it could be fixed rather than ordering new. I did and he had his crew had it fixed within an hour. His crew was very qualified and worked very efficiently. I was very pleased with how it looked and even with the cost of the repair. Quality auto body is the best there is. All the reviews here praising Marc are true. I got into an accident not too long ago, and Marc made the entire process from beginning to end seamless. Everyone knows it can get overwhelmed when it comes to dealing with insurance and rental cars. But Marc made it so easy for us as customers.
