While it took a few weeks to get an appointment, the team walked me step by step on how to get a rental through insurance. They fixed the dents in a few days and to my delight detailed the car inside and out. They even took care of return of the rental car. Horrible collision repair. Avoid at all costs. Took them twice as long to repair my truck, cost me hundreds of dollars if not thousands in lost time and rental. Missed paint and parts several times in several different areas. Instead of going to bat for me with insurance they claimed 'it was like that before'. Now after going back several times to install parts they missed, I have a mysterious rattle coming from the rear end they repaired. Absolutely cheap half-a**ed work. Shame on them read more

Absolute fantastic body shop for repairs. While their wait times for an appointment may be long, it is definitely worth the wait. Their attention to detail (paper floor mats to prevent dirtying the interior and the thank you card post-repair) is fantastic. I have had my '10 Corolla repaired by Pierce 4 times, and shame on me for continuing to return to them for service. The business staff are very nice, and extremely helpful, but I don't think their mechanics bother to go back and check the little details. The last three times I have been there I have had to go back to have little things fixed (ex. They forgot to put a screw into my bumper and it started to fall off). This time was the last straw. They put my windshield wipers back on incorrectly, so when I was driving during a down pour today only the top half the windshield was cleared. This created a very dangerous situation because I couldn't see! When I brought it back in they fixed it, but continued to blame it on the company that did the windshield. I was more upset about their lack of accountability than the error they made. I will not be returning to Pierce and I would not recommend anyone use them. read more

I recently had my 08 accord worked on by Pierce Collision after I struck a turkey on Rt1. I'm always nervous getting expensive work done on a car as I've been worked by too many car dealers or mechanics in the past, leaving me with annoying ratles or squeeks or other problems to be discovered later. I'm happy to say it has been a couple of weeks since I got my car back and can confirm that the job was done fast and delivered as expected. They made everything as convenient for me as is humanly possible, did excellent work, and returned my car to me looking better than it did before the accident! Brought my car in here after being rear ended, and it was such a pleasant experience I almost didn't believe I was dealing with an autoshop! Customer service is A+++, they were actually extremely nice people, and took care of everything with the insurance company quickly and efficiently. My car was done much faster than I thought it would be as well. Just a really nice stress-free experience, I will surely come back if I need other work done to my car. Oh, and my car was returned to me in a much nicer condition than when I dropped it off! They did a great job detailing everything, and I swear they washed my car too. Excellent service and repair on my 2010 4Runner. The rear quarter panel was replaced and I couldn't be any happier with the outcome. The estimate was exactly what was paid, which I found to be very reasonable and they even went as far as detailing it inside and out upon delivery. As if this wasn't enough, they dropped off my rental car for me. Hopefully I won't need service in the near future but they have secured a customer if and when I do. Great work! read more

I just picked up my Toyota Corolla from Pierce Collison and it looks brand new not only did they fix the body damage I had after being hit in a parking lot . but I had a piece of plastic that held my seatbelt to the car and it was broken and they fixed that as well, The car was washed vacuumed etc, such an extra service which was much appreciated.
