I went through my insurance, and they helped me through the whole process. They explained everything clearly and were really patient with me. They even helped me get set up with a rental car. Throughout the whole repair, they kept me updated and told me exactly what was going on with my car. When it was ready, they made sure I was 100% happy before I left. The work they did on the exterior was perfect, and both the exterior and interior were spotless. The car looked brand new and even smelled amazing. Even after I picked it up, they followed up with a call to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied. I'm really glad I chose them. They made a stressful situation so much easier and were great to deal with from start to finish.

They are consistently professional, courteous, and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Most recently, I brought in my car that had been in an accident due to somebody running a stop sign. When I picked it up, it looked like new--flawless body work, paint matched perfectly, and everything done with precision. Throughout the process, they kept me updated on delays due to parts, which I really appreciated. It's rare these days to find a shop that communicates this well and truly respects your time and concerns. First time I went there, I met a nice person, who introduced himself as the owner, and was really nice!! He easily convinced me to do an out-of-pocket repair as well. Despite this, I was planning to bring in my second car for an estimate after the first repair was completed. However, after picking up my car, I called to get the contact information needed for my insurance claim. The receptionist was again so blunt and unpleasant to speak with that I decided not to bother him again--including asking my follow-up question about the second car. This place may actually be good for repairs, but I will not be returning because of how I felt every time I walked into the office.
