I started off annoyed since I waited 10+ minutes since the place was EMPTY. Like I could have run off with all their valuable car parts and been 10 miles away before they would have noticed. Not that I would have known what to do with said car parts, which is why I came here in the first place. My annoyance quickly went away as soon as I started talking to Herbert. Herbert gave me very thorough and incredibly honest estimate on my repair. My family has been coming here for years, and I used to come her when I lived here. Consistently great service. Just -1 star (really a half) for not leaving a sign while they left to pick up some parts. I had no idea when anyone was coming back and was just about to post a pissy yelp review then walk out when they came back just in time. read more

I'm not sure where to begin with this nightmare. I brought my Pathfinder in to get the roof replaced after a large tree branch had fallen on it. Among a number of issues, most importantly, they did not do the repair right. Within days of picking it up, during rain, the roof started leaking. I brought it back, they worked on it. Next rainstorm, it leaked again (heavy leaking). I brought it back, they worked on it. Next rainstorm, it leaked again. They worked on it. Rain today, and now it's leaking yet again. This will be the fourth time of them trying to fix it and not knowing how to do it. The other issues: When I picked up the car, their were grease stains ALL over the upholstery that I had to scrub for two hours to get out. The repairs also far exceeded the time estimated. They insisted I drop off the car before they ordered the parts, and then the car sat idle for over a week, while I was paying for a rental car because someone was out sick. They eventually gave me a loaner, but the rear tires had leaks, and I had to fill them with air daily. This has been a NIGHTMARE. The only positive I can say is that they are not arguing over their screw-ups, but after four times of getting my car back only to have the roof leak, the customer services almost doesn't matter if they can't even do the work right. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! read more

After being in a car accident, I choose Mosher Auto to be the ones to repair my car. They had my car for two and a half weeks. They did an awful job. When I got my car back, my power outlets were not working(I was rear ended, so I don't know how that happened, also worked fine after accident before I have my car.) the inside of my car was filled with dirt and footprints on the door, my bumper wasn't fully back into place, and my lighting system is all messed up now, when I turn on my headlights my reverse lights also turn on... A hazard for those who drive behind me! They were also very rude on the phone when I would call to check on my car. I am never going back there, I don't understand how someone can call them self a "Collision Specialist" but can't get the job done correctly. read more

Mosher's did a beautiful job of repairing my poor, new, leased 2013 Subaru Impreza that got rear-ended by a Volvo SUV. The work was done in 5 days, right on target. Cannot tell that it was ever damaged. My family has been bringing their banged-up cars here for years. read more
