Brought my 2000 VW Jetta in to get the driver side fixed after an accident. Jeff looked it over and told me it was going to be more than the insurance estimate, and that he would work with them to figure it out. I told him that I was concerned because it is an older car and the insurance might just total it out. He told me not to worry about it and that he would work with what he got and keep me informed if there were any issues. I also needed a couple of other minor things done that he took care of (that maybe were not so minor after all). Bottom line, I just had to drop my car off and drive away in a rental that he provided, come back a week later and pick up a perfectly repaired car. Really great job, great communication, thorough... I really can't say enough good things about the total experience and will definitely use them again in the future. read more

Everyone here was BEYOND amazing. After my first accident I was really shaken up and the staff was very kind. Initially my insurance company thought my car was repairable but after a supplemental claim it was pronounced totaled. Steve and Jeff gave me great advice about how to get a fair value for my car from my insurance company. Also, seeing that I was sentimental as this was my first car, they gave me the emblem off my bumper as a memento. Though they had nothing to gain because my car wasn't getting repaired after all, they answered all my questions very promptly and were there for me through the entire process. Though I hope I don't have to get my next car repaired in the future, I will definitely go to them if I ever do! read more

After backing up in my driveway in my wife's car and hitting the front of my car, I had two cars that needed some body repair. When I found out from my insurance company that this was a moving violation and that I would be billed a surcharge for 7 years (love this state!), paying for repairs in cash became the plan. The whole staff was friendly, professional, responsive.....and the work done on both care was excellent at a very fair price. I was very happy and relieved to get this all done. I have not dealt with an auto body shop for decades. If you need one, I would definitely go here. BTW, I found this shop on Yelp and the reviews are spot on ! read more

I have been here twice now and had an awesome experience both times. The first time I got into my first car accident and needed some body work done on a side door. I wasn't very familiar with the whole process and Jeff was very helpful in helping me understand it and communicating everything that was being done. Jeff is really great, he made the overall experience much less stressful than I expected. He definitely shows that they care for their customers. The second time he touched up a scratch/dent on a side door. This was done really quickly and efficiently. I will definitely keep coming back here and would highly recommend. Thanks! read more

I had a car that ran great that was my mom's who passed away. The thing was the rocker panels were rusted. This was a 2001 Buick. I went to another Auto Body shop who wouldn't do it. Jeff explained to me the options and when the work was done it was fantastic. And very affordable. I now have a car with my mom's memory that can pass inspection. Point is, Jeff and Steve do excellent quality work, they listen to the customer, and put a human touch to the great work they do. I would recommend this Auto Body Shop over others in the Area. They are top-notch. Thanks Jeff and Steve. Bill T. read more

My husband and I have used Middlesex Autobody for years. They have consisently done a great job. Easy to work with and with a good eye to quality. They have made the process of working with insurance appraisers really transparent. They always provide options to lower cost and let you know what will look good and what will be cheaper but ok, etc. They are always willing to go an extra step to make sure everything is great. These guys are awesome: reliable, trustworthy, flexible, personal, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I wouldn't want to use anybody else at this point! read more

Over the years I have had to bring several different sedans/minivans/SUVs for repair to Middlesex Auto Body. This most recent need was for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee that needed front end and hood repairs due to an accident my daughter was in while driving the Jeep. As always, Jeff Williams took the time to explain all the issues, met with and spoke to the insurance appraisor multiple times, and made the whole process headache-free. The repairs were done on-time and the car looks perfect. I recommend this business without reservation for all car repairs. Abe G. read more

Excellent Work and Fantastic Service - I've used Middlesex Auto Body twice and I can say without hesitation that this team really cares about the vehicles they service, as well as their customers. I am one of those people who are obsessed with details, and always expect high quality results. I have to give considerable credit to both Steve and Jeff for not only making repairs "like new" but addressing every concern I had both during and post-repair. I certainly recommend and will not hesitate to return (if necessary...)! Awesome job!! read more

I've had work done here twice now and it has been outstanding. Not only has the quality of work been awesome, but the customer service was also great. On both occasions, I was unfamiliar with the insurance process and how this was supposed to work. Jeff patiently walked me through the steps and advocated for me to get what was best for me. Also on both occasions, you literally cannot see where the original damage was because the body work was perfect. I would never even consider going somewhere else for future body work. read more

I've twice had repairs done to my car, and both times they came out great. First was to the front bumper which they painted and popped back into place. The second was just recently, and they repaired a rear bumper, filled in a couple of puncture holes, and painted scratches. I'm not kidding to say that it looks not just better than before, but perfect and you'd never know anything hit the car. They're really easy to work with too, so I'm sure if it comes up again I'll bring my car back for any future repairs as well. read more

I am very grateful for the personal attention and excellent advice I received from Jeff Williams an staff at Middlesex Auto Body. I recently had an accident which left my car damaged beyond repair. Jeff took the time to inform me as to how to best negotiate with insurance companies for a fair, honest price for my "totaled" car. Because of Jeff, I learned what my vehicle was truly worth and was able to to get considerably more money than was originally offered. Needless to say, I highly recommend Middle Auto Body. read more

Middlesex Auto Body is the best at what they do. If you love your vehicle like I do, after an accident you worry that it will never be the same. Worry no more! I brought my vehicle in and the owner, Steve, went over each detail and explained exactly what they were going to do. He really knows his stuff and it shows. He completed the job when he said he would, he went over the work that was done and my vehicle looked like new. I wouldn't trust anyone else! read more

Over the past 15 years I have had multiple occasions to use Middlesex Auto Body, from small repairs to major body work. The work is always extremely well done -- fast and perfectly executed. Everyone has been not only great to work with -- first Steve and Trish, and most recently Jeffrey. Scrupuously honest in their work and pricing, and they never do work that is not required. I recommend them without any reservations whatsoever. read more

I cannot say enough about what a positive experience I had at Middlesex Auto Body. To start - Kerrie the office manager could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Jeff was extremely accommodating - even meeting me on a Sunday to drop off the car and get a rental. They dealt with my insurance co. and even got the work done sooner than expected. My car looks fantastic! I would highly recommend this business. MM read more

Awesomeness comes to mind. Jeff handles the not so pleasant situation of being involved in a car accident and makes it as good you can. He handles the insurance claim and all associated paper work involved in the accident and fixed the car in a timely manner. My car looks like new and they gave it back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. Great experience on more than one transaction (unfortunately) read more

We would definitely recommend Middlesex Auto Body and they are the only place we'd bring our vehicles for repair. They just repaired one of our vehicles and their work, communication, and turnaround time are great, but in addition, they were so helpful dealing with the insurance company. They made the whole process easy (even when the insurance company was difficult to deal with)! read more

Middlesex Auto Body is the best in the business! They are honest and so trustworthy. They do an excellent job and explain everything thoroughly to you. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Whenever my vehicles leave there, they look brand new. Steve and Jeff certainly know how to take care of their customers...Thanks again for another great job! read more

My father has been going to Middlesex Auto Body quite a while. When I had an accident, they were very good about taking care of everything for me in an efficient but friendly manner. They always kept me informed and had great communication. Steve and his son are great - would return again for any auto body needs! read more

Jeff and his father, Steve, are great business men. They are prompt, thorough, and honest. They were able to provide me alternate transportation, through insurance, the same day. They had me in and out and driving my repaired car the next week. I would definitely recommend this shop, I was very happy. Good luck! read more
