I called Boston Dent Pro after someone backed into my rear bumper in a parking lot and left a huge dent (without me knowing until later). I was hesitant at first that it could be repaired without any sign of damage but didn't want to bring it to an auto body shop that would charge an unreasonable amount to fix. I also didn't want the hassle of an insurance claim. Arthur answered the phone and was very patient with my many questions (late on a Sunday no less!). He was honest about what he could do to fix it, and asked me to text him some pictures. After receiving my texted photos, he assured me that it could be fixed and also made sure to expedite my repair by fitting me into his schedule the very next day! (He initially said he had availability later in the week, but after my asking for something sooner he was more than accommodating - the next day!) He showed up promptly, (actually earlier than expected) and communicated with me via text what his ETA was and where he was coming from. He was extremely efficient, friendly, professional, and above all else did an absolutely FANTASTIC job in fixing my bumper. You'd never know there was ever anything wrong with it! I cannot say enough about Arthur and his business if you're in need of dent repairs. *Of note - I was hesitant and skeptical at first because his business location was confusing to me. I thought I was taking a chance with someone who wasn't local and would be difficult to reach if the work was sub-par. So here I am getting 4 new tires for my beloved 2007 Toyota Highlander at a local repair shop on Route 9 in Wellesley. After the tires were installed, as the car was being driven toward me I noticed that the left front fenders was all pushed in! Exasperated and in horror I confronted the owner, and he said that the dent had been there all along and they had nothing to do with it...yeh right. He handed me a card from a local auto-body shop and said they could fix it. Not on your life. The paint was original and in perfect shape. In a frantic frame of mind, I hopped on the internet and searched for Paintless Dent Repair places. I read great reviews of Arthur V at Boston Dent Pro. I called him immediately, and he responded right away. I emailed him a photo and he called me back within 30 minutes with a quote. He said the dent was pretty bad and he felt he could only get it back to 95% perfection. The quote was $350 and to be honest the dent in my car was so horrific I was willing to pay anything. Incredibly, Arthur was able to come to my house that afternoon (he needs a garage to work in to control the lighting and shadows). After physically inspecting the damage, he revised his estimate down to $250. How is that for honesty! For the next 45 minutes Arthur worked his magic, like an artist creating a fine sculpture. I was incredibly impressed with the result. I would say the result was better than the 95 percent perfect that he had quoted me..... it was more like 98 percent perfect. No one would be able to detect the repair except for me in certain light. I was very happy to pay Arthur his fee and get on with my life. For expertise, I give Arthur a 10, honesty 10, cleanliness 10, professionalism 10, and price 10. I was meeting my friend for a business meeting and decided that it would be a great idea to park next to his car. When I opened my door the wind ripped it out of my hand and put a dent in my friends fender. He was super upset since his car was a month old and he didn't want it repainted. I felt so guilty and had no clue what to do. I have used Arthur and Boston Dent Pro 3 times with 3 different vehicles, and cannot say enough good things about him and his work. My first vehicle was victim of large hail from the Massachusetts tornado in 2011, which required my whole vehicle's hood and roof be repaired (looked as if somebody went around it with a ball peen hammer). Arthur completed it in one day!!!!'my SUV looked brand new, no need for one drill hole to pop anything out. Arthur is AMAZING!! My Mazda Miata had two good sized, deep dimples on the rear fender. Because it is a convertible and this part of the car is very structural, access to this area for repair is very limited. Arthur took his time and figured out a way to access the space to work his "MAGIC"! Arthur is a true professional. Very responsive during the initial contact/conversations to set things up and extremely professional throughout the entire process. I am completely amazed that he was able to remove the dimples completely....you CANNOT tell they were ever there. I used Boston Dent Pro for my 1999 Pontiac Trans AM FireHawk. I had a few dings in my rear quarter which really bothered me especially with it being a show car. When I spoke with Arthur I was happy he could come out to the house so I did not have to leave my car. He came to my home to do the repair which was great (Fixed the car while I watched him!
