5 STARS is not enough!!! I decided to do some DYI autobody work, (few good sized dents and a couple of rust spots), to my my ford F-250 pick-up, I plan on selling it, and thought I could save money by doing the majority of the work myself with the intension of having a pro paint it. I decided to go to Millis Collision Center here in Millis and Victor comes out to greet me, big smile with a hardy handshake. I told him what did and my plan and he took on the job, and I left it with him. They have had it for about a week, I was not in a hurry, but I was curious, so I stopped by yesterday to take a peek and get an update... OMG!!! They went above and beyond, I am not just saying this, I mean this! They went over my work, I didn't say I was proficient in bodywork, but tried and well, they took care of what I missed plus. So, I was expecting an ok, clean job, but that is not what they did. They treated that 10 year old, well used truck to a factory finish! I was utterly shocked at thier work ethic as well as their work period. OUTSTANDING! They do care about what they do and how they do it and this flows down to their clients, this is why they have noting but 5 star reviews. They have a great staff and the facility is clean and organized like their lot out front, how a business takes care of the business is a testiment to their work. They are reasonable all the way around, I will never take my vehicles any place except for Millis Collision Center and you should too! read more

I don't often give reviews, however, my experience with Millis Collision was so easy and with great results that I am making an exception. Dan was professional, courteous, experienced and made the process very easy. He said the car would be ready on Friday and it was. I received several updates during the week about the progress made and felt like they really cared about my experience there. When I picked up the car there was a thank you note and candy on my dash. I live in Millis, I damaged the latch for the tailgate on my 2019 Subaru Outback by using the car to pull out a very well established quince bush with extremely stubborn roots (I attached the rope to the metal fitting the tailgate latches on to). The result was I got the bush out but the tailgate would then not close. I took it to Victor at Millis Collision Center this morning and he fixed it for me. His charge was incredibly reasonable and everyone at his shop was so kind. I recommend them highly. read more

A white picket fence ran into the side of my car and left many large white stripes. I tried everything to remove the paint but couldn't get it off.
