I marked the tires beforehand, so when I picked up my car, it was apparent that the tires were never rotated although it was on the invoice. I brought this to their attention, and they immediately took the vehicle back in to perform the rotation. When I got home, I realized that only the driver's side tires were swapped front to back. The passenger tires were not touched. On my wife's car, the tires were indeed rotated, but greasy fingerprints were left on the armrest. I have purchased two sets of tires from Hogan and have been satisfied with their service until now. I don't know if the technician is to blame for this shoddy service or it is a systemic problem with Hogan.

Also it's not ok to park it like shit close as hell to another car in the lot so I can barely open the door / have to squeeze into it when picking it up after spending almost $ 2,000. Don't park it like a half ass dick. Yeah you have a small lot but try harder for your customers!! Never going back here and you shouldn't either !! It's no wonder this place is buried behind 3 other businesses all the way up a hill way out back .... So they can get away with doing shady shit.

I would not have replaced the transmission if they had given a complete evaluation. Car is now on its way to the scrap yard.
