ABOVE & BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE! My car suffered front end damage in an accident and I had Best Auto Body repair it. This is the second time I had used this auto body shop. Upon return of my repaired vehicle, the front driver's side headlight stopped working. I called to ask if Best Auto Body would check it out. Mike Hanc, the owner, said they would happily fix it. Most likely the bulb had come loose from its connection. They did that but here's the amazing part of the story. Mike asked if the car could be brought there that day. I said the car was parked at the MBTA commuter rail station and that a set of car keys was available at my house. He went to my house, received the car keys from my neighbor, picked up and returned the car from the MBTA parking lot, returned the keys to my neighbor and fixed the issue. AMAZING. read more

I could not have asked for a better experience. Mike responded immediately after my insurance company contacted him (Monday)- and I brought the car in the next day - his team ordered the parts, they came in by Friday, and on Monday, I drove there where my insurance rental was waiting. 10 days later, a call that the car was done - the job was perfect, and i dropped off the rental that afternoon. It was absolutely painless - Mike's coordination with Mapfre's E-Z Car program just made it a piece of cake. I hope i don't see him again for a while, but if i need auto body work done - he's the guy! If i could give 6 stars i would. read more

My wife has had a love hate relationship with her 2005 Nissan Quest. We have had the folks at Best repair our van two or three times for minor accidents with great satisfaction. We recently stopped by when the door handle (outside) came off. Not really sure how that happened, but Best fixed it without even charging her for it. Just a customer friendly business that understands people will keep coming back when good service is given. I have also had my car in for repair and found Best to be an exceptional business that treats you fairly. read more

It's so impressive to find such an honest, helpful group of employees. From the front desk to the repair workers, nothing but responsiveness and respect! I urge folks to use them for all your cars' bodywork. They have renewed my faith in great business practices! Hats off to this honest business. read more

I don't wish car accidents on anyone but if you are unfortunately dealing with the aftermath of one, I can't think of a better shop to bring your car! They took all the stress out of it and worked 100% with the insurance company. They had the rental waiting for me, they were personable and thoughtful and made what would have been a really dreadful experience, amazing! Alexa at the front desk was so nice. She knew I was coming in first thing in the morning to pickup my car, so she had it warmed and ready for me. Mike did a fantastic job. My car was new (3 months old) when it was hit from behind and his body work is so good you couldn't even tell. I hope I never have to go back (unless it's just to visit and say hi) but if you need an auto body shop, this is read more

Very happy with the service from Best Auto Body. Quickly repaired my vehicle, replacing the catalytic converter after it was stolen off my car. Best got me right in and even cleaned inside & outside the car before I picked it up. read more

When I read their name, "BEST Auto Body," I wondered, "Really?" Yes, yes and YES! They are the best! They have helped me in three accidents and they always go ABOVE and beyond. I give Best Auto Body the highest recommendation! read more

I was in a car accident a couple of weeks ago, and the front end of my car was badly smashed in. My insurance company gave me a list of approved body shops, and Best Auto Body was first on the list (alphabetical, I suppose?) I called and spoke with Mike, who turned out to be the owner. He sent a tow truck immediately, and then came to my apartment a couple of hours later so I could sign the form to permit them to work on the car. He called me the next day after conferring with the insurance adjuster, and informed me they had decided not to total the car and would authorize it's repair. (This was a pleasant surprise considering the car is 12 years old.) I picked the car up tonight and was blown away by the quality of the work: 1) The front end looks like the car that rolled off the assembly line. 2) The interior of the car was cleaned to levels it hasn't been in a decade. 3) The car runs as well or better than it ever has. It even feels like she has a few more horsepower under the hood! 4) They even fixed my loose gas cap cover without even asking or charging! Mike is one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting in a long while. He and his employees show an outstanding level of courteousness, professionalism and workmanship. I hope I never need body work on a car again, but if I do, I know damn well where I'm going. read more

This is an incredible place to go for auto body work. Their communication is excellent, the staff are super friendly, professional and do a great job. My car looks better than when it went in! I highly recommend them. Hopefully I will not need them again, but if I need a body shop I will definitely go to them. read more

There are few worse feelings than your car being hit - especially when the offending driver is a friend and the last thing you want is drama! I was lucky we decided to resolve the issue without insurance so I set about looking for a reputable and reasonable body shop near my home. I chose Best Auto Body based on reviews alone and was NOT disappointed! They were super accommodating to my schedule and provided a quote via email that I could easily share with my friend. They ordered my part and let me know when it came in so that I could be without my car for the shortest period of time possible. When I got my car back, it looks NEW - maybe even BETTER than new. The additional detailing and cleaning didn't hurt either. Their price for a new bumper and the work was not at all ridiculous either. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Thanks to Best Auto Body for making this experience as painless as possible! read more

I am very satisfied with the service, best auto body had to offer. The guys are very professional, humble and easy to do business with. Mike (owner) is a very helpful person. Knowing my situation and date by when I needed my car, he made sure the car was ready on time. It was Black Friday and even though the shop was closed, Mike was in the shop for car deliveries- which was impressive. There was a minor issue with the hood alignment that was identified while I was there for a pick up. Few days later guys from Best Auto body picked my car, fixed it and brought it back. Issue was fixed without any hassles. I chose my auto body shops based on their customer service and will definitely recommend these guys for the very same reason. read more

I had my car wrecked on a Saturday. There was no other auto body shop open until 1pm. MIKE from Best Auto Body waited for me to arrive and helped me in all ways possible! I had minimum paperwork to worry about....they co-ordinated directly with my insurance company. My car was perfect when I picked it up from Best Auto Body. I would recommend them strongly for their quality of work and service! Thank you Best Auto Body! read more

These guys are great and Mike took the time to get to know my case individually, and my car was returned looking like new as well! In addition to fixing my car at a price that was $600 below what a different auto body shop quoted, they touched up scratches in another area, vacuumed the interior, cleaned the outside, and even got rid of some pesky sap on my windshield, all free of charge. I was in an accident where the other party was at fault, so they worked with me in keeping in contact with that party. Excellent service! I will definitely be going back. read more

Best Autobody did a wonderful job fixing a dent in my car after a minor bump. The customer service was without fault and my car was returned to me looking as new! I've used them 2 times now and their service was amazing on both occasions. Highly recommended. read more

I had a phenomenal experience with Best Auto Body after both my rear and front bumpers were damaged in a 3-car accident over the summer. This shop came recommended by a friend, so I dropped my Subaru Impreza with Michael and crew at Best Auto Body, and I could swear I got back a brand new car in the end. It took a little more than a week, but they kept me updated the entire time on their progress, and even communicated with the insurance companies involved regarding my rental car. Not only was the outside spotless, but the inside was clean and detailed as well. It was well worth the wait, and I have been telling everyone that my car looked better after the work then when I bought it in! Would definitely recommend Best Auto Body to friends. If I could give them more stars, I would! read more

I had a great experience at Best Auto Body. They gave me an estimate within 10 minutes and the part needed arrived the next day. They were able to fix my car the next day and were so friendly. They even offered to share their pizza lunch with me! I will definitely be returning here for any of my auto body needs. read more

I've had the unfortunate experience of needing an auto body shop twice in less than year. I had the great fortune to find Best Auto Body. I can't recommend them too strongly. Their work is flawless. My car looked as good as new. Not to mention they are reasonable priced and fairly quick getting the job done. My car had salty winter road grunge all over it when I dropped it off and was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. I hope I won't need the services of an auto body shop again, but if I do, I know where I'll be going! read more

My van was worked on again by Best auto and it comes back better than when I bought it! Great service, great people. I will never go anywhere else! read more

Not only do they do top quality work, but they are honest, honorable, fast, and conscientious. We had been going there for many years for body work, and hadn't been there in a while; there had been no need. I went in a few days ago to have something minor done, and Mike recognized me, had the problem fixed right away, and insisted on taking no payment. I couldn't believe this kind of service. I so highly recommend them. read more

Over the past five years, we have had body repair work done to three different vehicles at Best Auto Body in Shrewsbury after various minor accidents. In each case, the cars looked as good as new after being repaired here. Best Auto has modern auto repair and paint equipment, and they do very high quality work. We've been very pleased in each case and would readily recommend their services to anyone in need of auto body repair. read more

My first time needing repairs after a minor accident, my insurance company referred me to best auto body and I'm very glad they did. It was a very simple and painless process, and they helped me coordinate a rental car. Just got my car back today and not only was my bumper and headlight fixed (looked brand new!) my whole car was super clean inside and out, which was so nice this time of year where everything is salty and sandy. Every time I talked to Mike on the phone or in person he was so friendly. I will most definitely trust best auto body again with my car and future cars! Thanks guys! read more

I have used Best Auto Body a couple of times over the years and have always been very satisfied. They are friendly and professional in their dealings with me as a customer, the work is top notch and is done on time. Although the damage to my car was to the front end only, they also repainted the door that had an old scratch. If you have an issue, talk to Mike, the owner, and he'll make sure it's put right. Whenever anyone asks for a recommendation, this is where I send them and that's not about to change. read more
