I requested an estimate online, received a quote via email, and made an appointment with Peggy to repair my car. After they started working on my car, they requested a second review by my insurance company and an appraiser came to their shop. It is nice that they offer a shuttle service (thanks Don!), so I didn't need to take UBER or taxi to get back home or come back to pick up my car after the repairs were completed. Just had body work on both my front end and back end done due to being rear ended and being hit by a boulder of ice off of a truck. I have never had such an amazing experience with any car related services. The shop has such a buttoned up process for intake, arranging rentals, dealing with the insurance company, etc. It's the easiest and most comfortable experience. Everyone is kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. You get regular updates as to the status of your car throughout the entire process without having to ask. And even better is that it's women owned and run. I definitely recommend and while I hope I don't have any more need for body work, I will definitely return if I do. read more

Everything was amazing from start to finish! I had been in an accident the night before and called a couple shops in the area to see about getting my car's damage looked at. Everywhere else said they couldn't do it until the following week, but when I called here they told me to come on over and I got it looked at the same day. They worked directly with my insurance and the rental car company to make it as easy for me as possible. On top of that, the repairs done were excellent, and they were finished earlier than the timeline they initially quoted me. They kept me in the loop via text throughout the repair process, as well, so I was never in the dark. Had my bumper and a bit of my rear undercarriage of my vehicle repaired by the team at Al Broudeurs in July/Aug 2019. Car accidents are always stressful and frustrating to deal with and the team at Al Broudeurs understand that and do their absolute best in providing a great customer experience. From excellent communication, smooth process, to quality and top teir workmanship. They even went above and beyond and were kind enough perform a very small repair unrelated to the accident, free of cost, removed a few scratches w touch up paint, detailed the entire interior of the car and washed the exterior. On top of all that they even gave me a small bottle of touch-up paint. I don't even remember the last time my car was this clean! The only thing to note is they get really busy. I went in on a Friday morning to get an estimate for some minor work on my fender where someone had 'bumped it gently'. I got an estimate quickly from a very pleasant many and was in and out in 20 min. or less. I was offered several times for the repair to be done the following week. Since it was such minor work I was able to wait for the work to be done but was offered a ride home if I needed it. The time estimate was 1 hour, but they took the car right in upon my arrival and it was done in about 45 min.! Cost was far less than another shop had quoted. Do NOT go here. Ever. I won't darken their door ever again. Granted, my experience was some years back, but come on... they had FOUR tries to get my station wagon (which had been rear-ended) water-tight and never managed to do so. Their incompetence ruined a laptop computer which had been in the under floor compartment in the rear when it rained. And a year later, when the same car got rear-ended again, the other autobody shop I took it to asked me who it was who had repaired the car before and used a TWO BY FOUR as part of the repairs!! No, I will never, ever use these clowns again, and I don't recommend that ANYONE do so. edit - I see they're claiming that I was never a customer of theirs. In a word... bull. This occurred sometime between 1997 and 1999 (closest I can put it since I simply don't remember any closer), so perhaps they don't have those records any more. I've replied to Molly's message privately, so I'll have to look closer and see if she'll admit that yes, they did work on my 1993 green Mercury Sable station wagon. read more

Al Broudeur's is top notch. A few years ago they repaired my 2006 Tundra that was in an accident. The truck came back looking brand new. Recently, a tree dropped on my new 2018 Ford F150. Rear quarter panel, two doors, roof, windshield, dashboard, hood, wipers and headlight was damaged. I sent it to Al's based off previous experience and I was not disappointed. 100% professional. On top of everything. I received calls 1-2 per week to give me updates. Truck was delivered on time and better than new. I saw some spots on the driver's seat that I questioned and I turned around and there were two detail cleaners scrubbing the seat. If any if may cars need work, I will be going to Al Brodeur's. Al looked it over and gave me a date to bring it in. He worked with the insurance company, did the work in the 3 days as promised, and gave me the truck back polished and shiny. Stopped by Al Brodeurs in a jam.. had just received a company car and it was disgusting inside. It was my only ride home so I started searching the Marlboro area for someone to clean these seats ... nobody was available. I stopped at Al's and Molly the manager came and looked and had her guy take it in (despite the fact it was almost closing time) to help me out and do what they could. I used Al Brodeur's Auto Body several times and they were great! Service is top notch and they take all the stress of dealing with the insurance company off your shoulders. I repaired my VW Passat CC and my Touareg with them. Both came out on time and you cannot tell the difference between the old and new paint. I would also like point out that I had a mechanical issue that was very hard to diagnose and even the official VW dealer couldn't deal with (VW of Watertown). If I could give this company six stars for their auto detailing a would. Simply put, when you pick up your car after an auto detail there is not a bit of dirt or dust anywhere to be found. Trunk, engine compartment, seats, every where totally clean and shining. They even cleaned were the spare tire is kept. I just bought a camper van. It had some rust so I took it to Al's for an estimate. Al himself looked it over copied my registration and told me he would have the estimate for me the next day. I couldn't get back for a few days but when I did get back I learned Al had left for vacation without preparing the estimate. I found out when he would be back and told them I would give him plenty of time. I went back a week an a half after his return date. The fellow in the office remembered me and told Al I was there. His manner and his voice expressed irritation and I was dismissed as if I were gnat flying around his head. I think it was because I am a woman and in Al's opinion not worth the effort. Why didn't he blow me off in the beginning instead of wasting three weeks of my precious time. I do not recommend this business to anyone especially women. read more

Everyone in the shop was very friendly, including the owner Al who did my initial estimate. After getting more damage before the initial repair I met Bob the shop mgr. who literally made me feel like I was family. He did the full estimate on both jobs. When I scheduled my appt. to have the work done, Bob was there to greet me, but said he was going on vacation for the next few days. During that time the work was done. When I picked up the car I wasn't completely happy because the work done was great, but everything hadn't been done. I called and spoke with Bob. He said there was a miscommunication between the different estimates and because he was on vacation at the time he wasn't around to ask. I brought the car in again. This is BY FAR THE BEST experience I have EVER HAD getting a car repaired, taking it to the shop, etc. This outfit is organized, has a good work process, and they actually do what they say will do; and my car was done expertly, on time, and exactly what they told me it would be, etc.! I had an accident and needed side doors of my 3 years old Nissan Murano repaired and repainted. Al's shop was on the recommended list of my auto insurance. I read the previous review after leaving the car at the shop, and was a little concerned! Hopefully, my experience was quite different! Indeed, I could not have been better served. Repairs left the side doors as new, with no color difference with the rest of the car. Al's people are courteous and very helpful, the whole thing took only 4 days (I expected much more, for paint to dry in the middle of winter), and the shop's partnership with Enterprise car rental across the street came very handy. The final price tag matched the quite reasonable estimate (keeps my insurer happy...). Naturally, I hope I won't need their services again any time soon ;-) however if I ever do, I'll have no hesitation to become a repeat customer! read more

I also really appreciated that they will give you a ride home after you drop off your car, pick you back up when it's ready, or even drop your car off for you if they have enough drivers available. i was a fan of al broduer's my recent experience has been bad, as they have been unprofessional and possibly unethical too. recently, i took in my mercedes to get the hood opened. after approving their estimate, i paid them for the parts. for over a week, they didn't call back to inform parts arrival. when i called they asked me to come after a week. meantime, my car went dead. i got them to tow it (paid service). after two days, when i called, their response was "we have been too busy & didn't have time to get to your car". i had to call mercedes benz roadside assistance to get my car towed to dealership. all this is after i paid for the parts in advance. if you collect money in advance, you have a moral & ethical obligation to proactively follow up and assign top priority. they don't bother to call and when i call they make excuses. there is no dearth of honest bodyshops & auto service centers. i would never go back and wont recommend this dishonest & unscrupulous al brodeur. read more

I recently needed some body work to fix two deep dents. The damage was severe enough that it had to be fixed by professionals, but thankfully it was limited to one door. I got estimates from three shops in the area, and the insurance also did an estimate since it would cost more than my deductible. Ultimately I decided to go with Al Brodeur's, mainly based on location and good reviews from a combination of different sites (although the other two shops also had equally good reviews). Their estimate was also similar in scope of work to what the insurance estimate, whereas the other two estimated more extensive work which seemed unnecessary. The estimating process was easy. I drove up to their customer service center and Toni wrote up an estimate on the spot. They were the lowest price of the three estimates I received. When I was ready to do the work, she took care of setting everything up including reserving a rental with Enterprise. They were able to schedule me in about 2 weeks later. The process of dropping my car off and picking it up was straightforward. They did an excellent job fixing the repaired area and matching the paint, and they also detailed the car inside and out. We found Al Brodeur's through a recommendation from a local auto dealer salesman (which says a lot by itself). I needed a right mirror replaced and I emailed a couple local shops. I exchanged emails with Bob and he was prompt and courteous and answered all my questions. Everything was agreed to via emails and we set up a time for my wife to bring the car in to replace the mirror. It took about 20 minutes and my wife called me to tell me what a pleasure it was to do business with them. One of the hardest things to find is an honest, reasonable and reliable mechanic.
