I contacted them after my car was got hit in the parking lot of my apartment building. The process was simple and straightforward. I requested an estimate online, received a quote via email, and made an appointment with Peggy to repair my car. After they started working on my car, they requested a second review by my insurance company and an appraiser came to their shop. It is nice that they offer a shuttle service (thanks Don!), so I didn't need to take UBER or taxi to get back home or come back to pick up my car after the repairs were completed. All repairs were completed quickly and I only had to pay my $500 deductible. The back of my car now looks like new again. read more

Al Brodeurs - After the repairs were finished :-) - Body Shops Near Me - Marlborough, Massachusetts

See all

Just had body work on both my front end and back end done due to being rear ended and being hit by a boulder of ice off of a truck. I have never had such an amazing experience with any car related services. The shop has such a buttoned up process for intake, arranging rentals, dealing with the insurance company, etc. It's the easiest and most comfortable experience. Everyone is kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. You get regular updates as to the status of your car throughout the entire process without having to ask. And even better is that it's women owned and run. I definitely recommend and while I hope I don't have any more need for body work, I will definitely return if I do. read more

Everything was amazing from start to finish! I had been in an accident the night before and called a couple shops in the area to see about getting my car's damage looked at. Everywhere else said they couldn't do it until the following week, but when I called here they told me to come on over and I got it looked at the same day. They worked directly with my insurance and the rental car company to make it as easy for me as possible. On top of that, the repairs done were excellent, and they were finished earlier than the timeline they initially quoted me. They kept me in the loop via text throughout the repair process, as well, so I was never in the dark. Getting in an accident and dealing with insurance/repairs seemed stressful at first but they made the entire process incredibly easy for me! read more

I want to give a shout out to Al Brodeur's Auto Body in Marlboro Ma. My experience with Al Brodeur's auto shop was the best service experience I have had in my adulthood. They walked me through the repair shop and the insurance companie's process. I literally had to do nothing but drop off and pick up. They took care of everything!! They offered to manage a rental if needed. They updated me every other day on my repair progress. They beat a very aggressive completion date, and my 2016 vehicle looks as good as the day I purchased!! I'm ecstatic with their service, attentiveness to detail, and look forward to using them again, if needed. I highly recommend them! read more

There are not enought words to say Thank you for a job well done. From the moment you open the door to walk into their office you are greeted by an array of folks, who look like they are happy to be there The office is neat and tidy a good sign. I got a quick informational on the how to file a claim, first one in 45+years of driving. Came home call the insurance company they said that I had choosen a great place to have my car repaired I had many questions, about payments etc...once explained I was ready to begin Dropped my car off on Monday and was told due to 3 step process paint job it could be two weeks ...fast forward it's Friday 5 days later and its back in my yard As good if not better than new. Being an mature women and not as steady on the feet as I was back in the day how happy was I when they offered car service to my home and yes they delivered my car to me when finished You all made this mature lady very happy. I promised if I ever know of anyone who needs your services you'll be the first they will call If we were not in the midst of a icy and rain storm I'd post a photo of the before and after... it's amazing read more

I was pleasant and patient. I even nicely chatted with you and explained to you that I was disabled with a brain injury. Im sure you saw the handicap placard in my car. Check with the ADA. Although it's your right to be dismissive and rude you could have been more compassionate and understanding. It certainly wasn't my fault that you were busy. That's the job. During my 40 year career I always treated people with kindness and respect regardless of stressful situations. I hope you are kinder to the people who help your business thrive. Kindness has no fee. read more

Had my bumper and a bit of my rear undercarriage of my vehicle repaired by the team at Al Broudeurs in July/Aug 2019. Car accidents are always stressful and frustrating to deal with and the team at Al Broudeurs understand that and do their absolute best in providing a great customer experience. From excellent communication, smooth process, to quality and top teir workmanship. They even went above and beyond and were kind enough perform a very small repair unrelated to the accident, free of cost, removed a few scratches w touch up paint, detailed the entire interior of the car and washed the exterior. On top of all that they even gave me a small bottle of touch-up paint. I don't even remember the last time my car was this clean! The only thing to note is they get really busy. Had to wait several weeks to get an appointment slot. So be sure to book ahead. The wait was definitely totally worth it though. Highly recommend them for any body work. Thanks again! read more

I went in on a Friday morning to get an estimate for some minor work on my fender where someone had 'bumped it gently'. I got an estimate quickly from a very pleasant many and was in and out in 20 min. or less. I was offered several times for the repair to be done the following week. Since it was such minor work I was able to wait for the work to be done but was offered a ride home if I needed it. The time estimate was 1 hour, but they took the car right in upon my arrival and it was done in about 45 min.! Cost was far less than another shop had quoted. I am very pleased with the work they did and with the whole experience. read more

This place is a class act! Every person I talked to there was friendly and kind, and the work done on my car was top notch. You would never even know there was any damage. I received phone calls with updates, and my car was completely detailed when I picked it up. I highly recommend Al Brodeur's Auto Body to anyone who needs work done on their car! read more

Do NOT go here. Ever. I won't darken their door ever again. Granted, my experience was some years back, but come on... they had FOUR tries to get my station wagon (which had been rear-ended) water-tight and never managed to do so. Their incompetence ruined a laptop computer which had been in the under floor compartment in the rear when it rained. And a year later, when the same car got rear-ended again, the other autobody shop I took it to asked me who it was who had repaired the car before and used a TWO BY FOUR as part of the repairs!! No, I will never, ever use these clowns again, and I don't recommend that ANYONE do so. edit - I see they're claiming that I was never a customer of theirs. In a word... bull. This occurred sometime between 1997 and 1999 (closest I can put it since I simply don't remember any closer), so perhaps they don't have those records any more. I've replied to Molly's message privately, so I'll have to look closer and see if she'll admit that yes, they did work on my 1993 green Mercury Sable station wagon. read more

My husband took our car to Al Brodeur's to repair our Volvo rear hatch damage and was totally impressed with the professionalism shown from the moment he walked in and spoke with the front desk to the finished job. The quality of the work was exceptional. read more

The team here cleaned spots that I never thought would be free of dirt again. Great work - even better people.

This place is great! I've had two cars repaired here as a result of an accident ( neither my fault) and the work has been top notch! However, this review is in regards to getting a car towed. I needed a car towed from one property to another so I emailed the office. Molly got back to me immediately with the exact information I needed. Prices are very reasonable and the tow driver was a great guy. Very nice and professional. Al's is a great business, could not recommend them any higher! read more

I have had my share of car repairs over the years and getting body work done can be the worst. Not in this case! I had to have the left rear quarter of my truck repaired. Al looked it over and gave me a date to bring it in. He worked with the insurance company, did the work in the 3 days as promised, and gave me the truck back polished and shiny. All I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. He also fixed a few scratches on the tail gate that he didn't have to do! I would definitely recommend. RJWOODY4 read more

Al Broudeur's is top notch. A few years ago they repaired my 2006 Tundra that was in an accident. The truck came back looking brand new. Recently, a tree dropped on my new 2018 Ford F150. Rear quarter panel, two doors, roof, windshield, dashboard, hood, wipers and headlight was damaged. I sent it to Al's based off previous experience and I was not disappointed. 100% professional. On top of everything. I received calls 1-2 per week to give me updates. Truck was delivered on time and better than new. I saw some spots on the driver's seat that I questioned and I turned around and there were two detail cleaners scrubbing the seat. If any if may cars need work, I will be going to Al Brodeur's. My thanks to the team at Al's. Excellent work. read more

Stopped by Al Brodeurs in a jam.. had just received a company car and it was disgusting inside. It was my only ride home so I started searching the Marlboro area for someone to clean these seats ... nobody was available. I stopped at Al's and Molly the manager came and looked and had her guy take it in (despite the fact it was almost closing time) to help me out and do what they could. Based on the service alone I would recommend this Al Brodeurs highly! They also have delicious cookies and drinks available in the waiting room (with A/c and a nice restroom) really overall I am completely satisfied and will be back for auto work read more

Amazing job every time I have had them work on my car(s)!!! Their work is excellent and I would recommend this Auto Body shop to anyone. I live in Newton and still take the time to go to Al Brodeur's Auto Body because they are reliable, and the service has always been reasonably priced. They are ery neat and clean. My car is returned looking better on the inside, as well as the outside. Thank you for your professionalism. read more

I used Al Brodeur's Auto Body several times and they were great! Service is top notch and they take all the stress of dealing with the insurance company off your shoulders. I repaired my VW Passat CC and my Touareg with them. Both came out on time and you cannot tell the difference between the old and new paint. I would also like point out that I had a mechanical issue that was very hard to diagnose and even the official VW dealer couldn't deal with (VW of Watertown). Al Brodeur's were able to allocate the source of the problem and pointed the right direction on how to solve the problem. Thank you Al Brodeur's! Would highly recommend. read more

I rarely take the time to write reviews online, but I just had to shout from the proverbial rooftops how pleased I am with the service here. A few weeks ago, I was rear-ended in my brand new car by a Semi on the highway. Molly and Bob have taken such great care of me throughout the process of repairing, getting in a rental, and keeping me up-to-date on the timeline for return of my vehicle. It made a painful process that much less painful. Thank you, Al Brodeur's! Fine job all around! read more

If I could give this company six stars for their auto detailing a would. Simply put, when you pick up your car after an auto detail there is not a bit of dirt or dust anywhere to be found. Trunk, engine compartment, seats, every where totally clean and shining. They even cleaned were the spare tire is kept. Had both inside and outside done, and it now looks like a new car out of the showroom. Amazing !!! read more

I just bought a camper van. It had some rust so I took it to Al's for an estimate. Al himself looked it over copied my registration and told me he would have the estimate for me the next day. I couldn't get back for a few days but when I did get back I learned Al had left for vacation without preparing the estimate. I found out when he would be back and told them I would give him plenty of time. I went back a week an a half after his return date. The fellow in the office remembered me and told Al I was there. His manner and his voice expressed irritation and I was dismissed as if I were gnat flying around his head. I think it was because I am a woman and in Al's opinion not worth the effort. Why didn't he blow me off in the beginning instead of wasting three weeks of my precious time. I do not recommend this business to anyone especially women. read more

I needed my Acura RDX detailed. I had a great experience with Al Brodeur a few years ago when my Honda needed body work, so when I saw a coupon for $25 off a car detail at their new second location on South St, I made the call. Wally & the guys there took great care of my car & I couldn't be happier! I will definitely come back for detailing AND (if needed) body work. Great customer service & care! Thank you! read more

Great! Brought my car in convinced my brakes were squeaking, and it turns out I still have 7,000 miles on them. More car places will just replace them to get the money, but now I trust Al Brodeur's for all my car care needs! read more

I just had (2) front fenders repaired by Brodeur's Auto Body after being referred to them by my Insurance Agency. I walked in , was greeted by Molly Brodeur who took all my information and walked out and viewed the damage to my car. She brought me back in to the office and worked up my Repair Quotation and reviewed with me. I already had two other quotes from other shops and her quote was the best price and most value add. I scheduled my appointment and had my car back in the time quoted. My car looks fantastic, paint match was right on and they even touched up some scratches on my fender. I would highly recommend that you visit Brodeurs for your repair work and you'll be as pleased as I am. read more

First time auto body consumer receives first-rate customer service and flawless work~ Post-accident, I brought my vehicle here for front end repair. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle, I had two toddlers in tow. A generous-hearted employee insisted on installing all three car seats in my rental car after it pulled up to the business' door. The protocol regarding my insurance company was explained and achieved. The car looked beautiful when I picked it up and was detailed as well! I would highly recommend this business. read more

Wonderful, friendly and professional people to deal with. . I didn't have to worry about anything, they even set up a car rental for me. I brought my car in for a new bumper, and when I picked it up, it looked brand new! I would definately use them again and recommend them to everyone. Excellent work! read more

Everyone in the shop was very friendly, including the owner Al who did my initial estimate. After getting more damage before the initial repair I met Bob the shop mgr. who literally made me feel like I was family. He did the full estimate on both jobs. When I scheduled my appt. to have the work done, Bob was there to greet me, but said he was going on vacation for the next few days. During that time the work was done. When I picked up the car I wasn't completely happy because the work done was great, but everything hadn't been done. I called and spoke with Bob. He said there was a miscommunication between the different estimates and because he was on vacation at the time he wasn't around to ask. I brought the car in again. Bob was very apologetic and made sure the car done to perfection. I was very happy with the final result Things happen and good companies take care of them. They did. read more

I was more than pleased with the service I received here. Thankfully a friend had recommended this shop to me after someone rear-ended my car. They were able to fix my car in no time and were so very easy to work with. When I picked up my vehicle they had also washed the outside of my car and detailed the inside (I didn't expect that). She was sparkling and better than before. Hopefully, my car will not get hit again but I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of professional body work! Thanks to everyone that worked on my 2012 WRX :) read more

This is BY FAR THE BEST experience I have EVER HAD getting a car repaired, taking it to the shop, etc. This outfit is organized, has a good work process, and they actually do what they say will do; and my car was done expertly, on time, and exactly what they told me it would be, etc.! Mine was an insurance job, and the adjuster actually got me a little more $ out of the greedy monopolistic insurance company! I am a car guy, and have several cars, of various makes and models. Having my wife's 2012 Audi A4 to fix after some front end passenger side damage, I got referred to Al Brodeur's from my trusted friend and car restorer in Westboro, MA. I can be a picky customer when it comes to anything cars. The experience was great, and they vacuumed and washed the car too! Imagine that?......a company that modestly goes beyond their expected duty, to make the customer smile. I was smiling, and happy. A+++ to this organization. I also called to thank them, and told them I was going to praise them on Yelp. read more

I had an accident and needed side doors of my 3 years old Nissan Murano repaired and repainted. Al's shop was on the recommended list of my auto insurance. I read the previous review after leaving the car at the shop, and was a little concerned! Hopefully, my experience was quite different! Indeed, I could not have been better served. Repairs left the side doors as new, with no color difference with the rest of the car. Al's people are courteous and very helpful, the whole thing took only 4 days (I expected much more, for paint to dry in the middle of winter), and the shop's partnership with Enterprise car rental across the street came very handy. The final price tag matched the quite reasonable estimate (keeps my insurer happy...). Naturally, I hope I won't need their services again any time soon ;-) however if I ever do, I'll have no hesitation to become a repeat customer! read more

Just had my second experience using Brodeur's following a car accident. They, again, did an amazing job on my car. Pretty much the best customer service you'll ever receive. Everyone is kind, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They did a great job repairing my car after I got rear-ended, and were very helpful in advising me on other parts of the process (insurance, rental car) as this was my first time navigating this process. I also really appreciated that they will give you a ride home after you drop off your car, pick you back up when it's ready, or even drop your car off for you if they have enough drivers available. Will definitely be bringing our cars back here in the future! read more

i was a fan of al broduer's my recent experience has been bad, as they have been unprofessional and possibly unethical too. recently, i took in my mercedes to get the hood opened. after approving their estimate, i paid them for the parts. for over a week, they didn't call back to inform parts arrival. when i called they asked me to come after a week. meantime, my car went dead. i got them to tow it (paid service). after two days, when i called, their response was "we have been too busy & didn't have time to get to your car". i had to call mercedes benz roadside assistance to get my car towed to dealership. all this is after i paid for the parts in advance. if you collect money in advance, you have a moral & ethical obligation to proactively follow up and assign top priority. they don't bother to call and when i call they make excuses. there is no dearth of honest bodyshops & auto service centers. i would never go back and wont recommend this dishonest & unscrupulous al brodeur. read more

I recently needed some body work to fix two deep dents. The damage was severe enough that it had to be fixed by professionals, but thankfully it was limited to one door. I got estimates from three shops in the area, and the insurance also did an estimate since it would cost more than my deductible. Ultimately I decided to go with Al Brodeur's, mainly based on location and good reviews from a combination of different sites (although the other two shops also had equally good reviews). Their estimate was also similar in scope of work to what the insurance estimate, whereas the other two estimated more extensive work which seemed unnecessary. The estimating process was easy. I drove up to their customer service center and Toni wrote up an estimate on the spot. They were the lowest price of the three estimates I received. When I was ready to do the work, she took care of setting everything up including reserving a rental with Enterprise. They were able to schedule me in about 2 weeks later. The process of dropping my car off and picking it up was straightforward. They did an excellent job fixing the repaired area and matching the paint, and they also detailed the car inside and out. The work was done on time and everyone treated me in a professional manor. read more

We found Al Brodeur's through a recommendation from a local auto dealer salesman (which says a lot by itself). I needed a right mirror replaced and I emailed a couple local shops. I exchanged emails with Bob and he was prompt and courteous and answered all my questions. Everything was agreed to via emails and we set up a time for my wife to bring the car in to replace the mirror. It took about 20 minutes and my wife called me to tell me what a pleasure it was to do business with them. One of the hardest things to find is an honest, reasonable and reliable mechanic. I think we may have just found ours. read more
