I do NOT recommend W & W Autobody in Westborough Ma at all! My car was sent to them for a small…read morerepair from a dent from a car door. I received my car back and it was incredibly dirty on the inside. It appeared as if they sanded with the door open and didn't put plastic down. My car was cleaned the day before it went in for work so it's even more frustrating. Another issue my car had an intense paint smell on the inside for about three days that was unbearable. Any professional and reputable business that received a car cleaned wouldn't send it back dirty. I called the Autobody shop to bring it to their attention and give them a chance to make things right and the girl that answered the phone couldn't care less. She put me on hold a few times and said sorry for the inconvenience. She didn't deny they sanded with my door open and didn't put plastic down and I said how could you give a car back looking like that when it wasn't sent to you that way. She didn't care and said someone would call me back. It's been 15 days no one called. I didn't think they would. Don't trust them with your car!

Great way to loose business and recommendation from a prior customer. On a good note: W and W is a good body shop. Clean, modern and high quality. Customer contact over the phone needs cut the Wusta attitude.

They also have really clean rental cars on site, that made my drop off and pick up easy. Thank you to everyone at Ultra Shine, this is the only place that I will allow to fix mine or anyone in my family's car.

Second, the issue again is service. Your staffs service was the issue which I believe I clearly articulated. I would hate for that to get lost in your response for others as they are making their own decisions about patroning your auto shop. Please note, Yelp is a space for the consumer to share insights not engage in a debate with ownership when their is no accountability or direct addressing of the post. So to be clear, my issue is the service when I arrived and as I was interacting with Mike and I in no way indicated your service was poor. Now your comment stating that I wasn't spoken to "how I would like" implies zero accountability for the customer experience. I would like to have questions answered and be able to discuss the work done on my car as would anyone with the person reviewing it. Your message fails to address that sole issue. Again, best of luck with your philosophy and business approach, as it clearly works for others and not for me. I would just would review, if this is your approach, your Yelp history description where you explain that treating people well is a priority. That must have changed. Original response: I guess the experience depends on who you are and what you're perceived ability to finance you vehicle is by the employees. I am off for parental leave and just in survival mode as one tends to be in the first weeks and was not wearing my executive suite or clothing, so unfortunately no one would not know that I run a small organization. Apparently that determines the service because when I arrived for an estimate, I was excited because this auto shop comes HIGHLY recommended. I was going to spend several thousand dollars to fix a small fender bender and then ask about detailing services. However I will not be engaging with this organization again because I was treated with such indifference that I can't imagine patroning this organization. When I arrived, and was assigned someone to draft the estimate, I approached this staff member, I believe his name was Mike, and asked questions because I had already gotten a quote. He would not look at the other estimate I had and didn't discuss anything with me. I was told that the price will be the same as the other shops and that I should just check my email for his estimate and we can talk then. I left wondering why I came if at places like Waldron Carstar, sat down with me and went point by point and discussed options and advised me as I asked questions BEFORE and AFTER I received their estimate. They treated me like a valued customer and tried to create a work plan that worked for me as a drop in. I went to 3 other shops and got same day estimates. This individuals quote came 12 hours later. Their work is probably great, but their treatment of me as a customer was disappointing given how much work I was intending to pay for. In my opinion, auto service is expensive but the customer service and care shouldn't be optional because that is essentially the only difference from shop to shop since "it's the same price" according to their rep. Fun fact, their quote was the most expensive quote. Go figure lol Update: The response was "I am sorry the estimator did not converse with you the way you would like." Again, customer service appears optional. My response was as follows when the manager referenced their reputation as well: "I actually came because of the reputation, including the fact that I was looking for detailing estimates as well but I never got to that. Because when I approached your staff and asked questions, again I was told that the price will be the same and that I should just check my email. I cannot say enough great things about this shop. But I will try my best to express it…read more I got into an accident in the end of January of this year. I was scrambling to pick a place to have it repaired. I found that this shop was a preferred place of repair. Called to schedule rental coverage and to bring my car. However, the rental place that booked me the day I was supposed to drop it off said they had no rentals. Was absolutely gutted. However, Morgan from Auto Park jumped in, found me another place for a rental and saved the day. In addition, the owner of the shop was amazing and truly honest about every aspect of the repairs. Even during two Noreasters, they were able to repair it in a timely manner regardless. They are great people who care about their customers. Kudos!!!!!

The owner, Andrew, inspected a car I am thinking of purchasing sight-unseen--something I felt apprehensive about until I got his report. He clearly did a thorough check and gave me the confidence I needed to feel great about the deal. Discovering a seasoned, honest mechanic is a real find for those like myself who must rely completely on their word. I only wish they would open a location nearer to me in the Western suburbs so I could service my car with this garage.

Something very shady is going on at this place. Stay FAR AWAY from this place. I'm thinking chop…read moreshop. Anyone else get minor damage outrageously listed to insurance company as "totaled"?! A branch fell on the windshield and hood. But they listed EVERY single scratch that weren't there when car left our house, from front bumper and lights to wheel and rear bumper. They convinced the insurance company to call the car totaled. My neighbors were witnesses to the branch fall and we all thought that we were incredibly lucky that it was only the hood and windshield. I understand that glass needs to be cleaned out, but see the photos for yourself. They made up damages that couldn't possibly have happened from this branch. Someone is selling parts or fixing up minor damage to resell. Justin and Keith were extremely disrespectful to us. Justin actually refused to show us the car the day that we showed up to review the damages. They are hiding something. It's not right. The next letter I am writing is to the BBB.

My car always comes back super clean, even in better condition than when I drop it off. I appreciate the walk through at the beginning and the amount of work you all put in to fixing the car up completely and perfectly is amazing. I never worry when I drop my car off. You all work fast but do fantastic work, and the convenience of a rental car is super helpful! The consistent communication on how the car repairs are going is helpful. I think I have worked with just about every member and everyone is super professional, kind, and friendly! I will never not bring my car here!
