Any professional and reputable business that received a car cleaned wouldn't send it back dirty. I called the Autobody shop to bring it to their attention and give them a chance to make things right and the girl that answered the phone couldn't care less. She put me on hold a few times and said sorry for the inconvenience. She didn't deny they sanded with my door open and didn't put plastic down and I said how could you give a car back looking like that when it wasn't sent to you that way. She didn't care and said someone would call me back. It's been 15 days no one called. I didn't think they would. Don't trust them with your car!

The shop has such a buttoned up process for intake, arranging rentals, dealing with the insurance company, etc. It's the easiest and most comfortable experience. Everyone is kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. You get regular updates as to the status of your car throughout the entire process without having to ask. And even better is that it's women owned and run. I definitely recommend and while I hope I don't have any more need for body work, I will definitely return if I do.

I requested an estimate online, received a quote via email, and made an appointment with Peggy to repair my car. After they started working on my car, they requested a second review by my insurance company and an appraiser came to their shop. It is nice that they offer a shuttle service (thanks Don!), so I didn't need to take UBER or taxi to get back home or come back to pick up my car after the repairs were completed. All repairs were completed quickly and I only had to pay my $500 deductible. The back of my car now looks like new again.

The staff there was very helpful and professional, but they told me their first opening would be in two weeks. I still made the appointment, as the damage was minimal and I could drive the car. The weekend before my appointment, I was driving out to a canine sports event in Western Mass when a turkey ran in front of my car. I couldn't avoid hitting it, and now I had damage to the front end as well. :-( Dawn at Precision was wonderful helping me sort out the second insurance claim, and arranging to have an adjuster come out to see the new damage right away. Thanks to her assistance, they were able to fix all the damage during the week they had previously scheduled for my car. I brought it in on Monday, and it was ready on Friday afternoon--as promised. And it looks like new--inside and out. Really! I have four dogs and this is my dogvan--loaded with crates and lots of other canine paraphernalia. I was scrambling to pick a place to have it repaired. I found that this shop was a preferred place of repair. Called to schedule rental coverage and to bring my car. However, the rental place that booked me the day I was supposed to drop it off said they had no rentals. Was absolutely gutted. However, Morgan from Auto Park jumped in, found me another place for a rental and saved the day. In addition, the owner of the shop was amazing and truly honest about every aspect of the repairs. Even during two Noreasters, they were able to repair it in a timely manner regardless. They are great people who care about their customers. Kudos!!!!!

Multiple attempts to inquire why is this happening , Dave states over the phone that he does not have any end date for the car to be finished, even admitted that has been taking advantage of the whole situation by working on other projects and not caring about finishing this one! I found out from my insurance agents that he did the same thing to another customer and kept the car for 6 months without finishing the work! Arrogant, non professional, con and scam artist ! A branch fell on the windshield and hood. But they listed EVERY single scratch that weren't there when car left our house, from front bumper and lights to wheel and rear bumper. They convinced the insurance company to call the car totaled. My neighbors were witnesses to the branch fall and we all thought that we were incredibly lucky that it was only the hood and windshield. I understand that glass needs to be cleaned out, but see the photos for yourself. They made up damages that couldn't possibly have happened from this branch. Someone is selling parts or fixing up minor damage to resell. Justin and Keith were extremely disrespectful to us. Justin actually refused to show us the car the day that we showed up to review the damages. They are hiding something. It's not right. The next letter I am writing is to the BBB.
