My Husband and I decided to check out the inventory at Apex Auto on a whim. We had been shopping for a new vehicle, and were pretty unimpressed with most of the other local used car dealerships we had visited, so our expectations were very low when we arrived at Apex. Upon exiting our vehicle, and approaching the entrance to the dealership, we were immediately greeted with a warm and welcoming 'hello' from Joe the sales manager who met us outside. We knew at this moment that our experience at here was going to be unlike any other we had before and Joe continued to impress us from that moment. Aside from being friendly and easy to relate to, he is very knowledgable about the inventory and was always upfront and honest with us about any questions we had about pricing. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful endeavor, but Joe was cool, calm and collected during our entire visit and that put us at ease. Most sales people can be pushy at times, but Joe was a true professional and never once made us feel uncomfortable. He made it known that he was there to help us through the entire process. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue, and even checked in with me a few days later to make sure all was well and to assure me that if I needed anything else, he was there to help. I never expected to have such a positive car buying experience, but Joe dispelled all stereotypes about car salespeople that I had and made my experience at Apex Auto Center a memorable one for a good reason! I had a large tree limb fall on my trunk and spoiler. I should state up front that this was not an insurance claim, so I did not want to spend a ton of money on it. Before going to Apex, I had an estimate done at another body shop where I was told both the trunk and spoiler would need to be replaced. I wasn't sure about that, so I used Yelp to request additional estimates. Ronie, the shop owner, got back to me almost immediately. I sent him pictures of the damage and he responded with an estimate and a date and time to bring my car in. I live in the Nashua area, so this was a huge time saver for me. I was also impressed with how quickly Ronie would get back to me when I'd send a follow up message. Apex is not the only company using Yelp to communicate with their customers, book appointments, etc., but, in this particular case, they were easily the fastest. In fact, I should add that by the time two of the other shops responded to my initial message, Apex had finished repairing my car! The price Ronie gave me was the price I paid (1/3 of original estimate) and the car was finished a day ahead of schedule. What's most important is the guys at Apex do incredible work. The car looks fantastic. When I picked up my car, one of the guys quickly fixed an unrelated issue with one of my brake lights and gave me a bottle of touch up paint as well. Nice! I have been an employee of Colonial Chrysler for 15 years. Having known the owners of APEX Auto Body, Ron and Ron Jr. from doing our dealer work for years, there was no question when my car was backed into who I wanted to fix it. Unfortunately the insurance company of the person who hit me didn't feel the same. After multiple appraisals, phone calls back and forth for 2 weeks and very little help from my insurance company Ron Jr. picked up my car and told me he would call me. In one hour he called and told me to meet him in the morning at his shop. He took me to Enterprise, for my reserved rental car and handled the rest. Three days later he brought my car back to me at work "showroom new". It was also completely cleaned and detailed. I was searching around Marlborough to find an auto body repair shop that would work on restoring the bumper on 5 series BMW. I went online and found APEX auto. I read all the reviews which were excellent and decided to give them a shot. when I arrived I met the owner who was very polite and he gave me an estimate right away. To be honest, I expected the estimate to be inflated due to my car being a newer BMW but the estimate was very reasonable. It also should be stated that this was not an insurance claim. I made arrangements to have the car dropped off the following week. I expected to not have my car back for at least a week and was pleasantly surprised when I was called back a day later with APEX stating it was ready! I recently visited a couple shops to see who would be able to do the work in a short amount of time after an accident. Upon waking in without an appointment Apex Auto Center immediately took a look at my car and arranged to take my car in that Monday on the spot saying they would do everything possible to have my car done by when I asked. They also arranged getting me into a rental. They handled everything seamlessly with my insurance company and made the whole process as easy as possible. Everyone was very friendly with great customer service as well! When my car was ready it was spotless inside and out looking brand new again! The dealership that services my car recommended Apex Auto after an erosion spot showed up on my hood (bird poop?). The dealership was unable to get it out. I pulled into Apex Auto without an appointment looking for a quote for the job. Right on the spot the owner and his team started to work on it saying they'd rather get it out before charging me for a whole new paint job. After 10 minutes they were successful and then didn't even charge me! Then they washed my car! They were incredibly gracious, generous and professional. Hopefully I don't need body work anytime soon, but I'd go back to Apex Auto in a second and highly recommend it! read more

My BMW 325 had several rust spots around the rear wheel wells and along the driver's door sill. They inspected it and gave me a quote in less than 15 minutes. The work included cutting out and replacing metal where the rust was particularly far along. They were able to schedule the job quickly, finished on time and on budget. Not only did the repairs look great, they returned the car washed and cleaned, inside and out. These folks exceeded my expectations.
