This is the best shop around. Multiple cars of ours have been fixed / cleaned here and every time they come back perfect! They even cleaned the inside and outside of my cars each time. They also have really clean rental cars on site, that made my drop off and pick up easy. Thank you to everyone at Ultra Shine, this is the only place that I will allow to fix mine or anyone in my family's car. read more

Response to Heather: I responded to your email with no response at 9:50am so this is the response you sent as opposed to addressing my email directly which I transparently shared in the review. Second, the issue again is service. Your staffs service was the issue which I believe I clearly articulated. I would hate for that to get lost in your response for others as they are making their own decisions about patroning your auto shop. Please note, Yelp is a space for the consumer to share insights not engage in a debate with ownership when their is no accountability or direct addressing of the post. So to be clear, my issue is the service when I arrived and as I was interacting with Mike and I in no way indicated your service was poor. Now your comment stating that I wasn't spoken to "how I would like" implies zero accountability for the customer experience. I would like to have questions answered and be able to discuss the work done on my car as would anyone with the person reviewing it. Your message fails to address that sole issue. Again, best of luck with your philosophy and business approach, as it clearly works for others and not for me. I would just would review, if this is your approach, your Yelp history description where you explain that treating people well is a priority. That must have changed. Original response: I guess the experience depends on who you are and what you're perceived ability to finance you vehicle is by the employees. I am off for parental leave and just in survival mode as one tends to be in the first weeks and was not wearing my executive suite or clothing, so unfortunately no one would not know that I run a small organization. Apparently that determines the service because when I arrived for an estimate, I was excited because this auto shop comes HIGHLY recommended. I was going to spend several thousand dollars to fix a small fender bender and then ask about detailing services. However I will not be engaging with this organization again because I was treated with such indifference that I can't imagine patroning this organization. When I arrived, and was assigned someone to draft the estimate, I approached this staff member, I believe his name was Mike, and asked questions because I had already gotten a quote. He would not look at the other estimate I had and didn't discuss anything with me. I was told that the price will be the same as the other shops and that I should just check my email for his estimate and we can talk then. I left wondering why I came if at places like Waldron Carstar, sat down with me and went point by point and discussed options and advised me as I asked questions BEFORE and AFTER I received their estimate. They treated me like a valued customer and tried to create a work plan that worked for me as a drop in. I went to 3 other shops and got same day estimates. This individuals quote came 12 hours later. Their work is probably great, but their treatment of me as a customer was disappointing given how much work I was intending to pay for. In my opinion, auto service is expensive but the customer service and care shouldn't be optional because that is essentially the only difference from shop to shop since "it's the same price" according to their rep. Fun fact, their quote was the most expensive quote. Go figure lol Update: The response was "I am sorry the estimator did not converse with you the way you would like." Again, customer service appears optional. My response was as follows when the manager referenced their reputation as well: "I actually came because of the reputation, including the fact that I was looking for detailing estimates as well but I never got to that. Because when I approached your staff and asked questions, again I was told that the price will be the same and that I should just check my email. I left wondering why I came if at places like Waldron Carstar, sat down with me and went point by point and discussed options and advised me as I asked questions. They treated me like a valued customer and tried to create a work plan that worked for me as a drop in. I went to 3 other shops and got same day estimates. This one came 12 hours later. But again, this is not meant to be an insult or belabored discussion. Just feedback. I will let you get back to you every day business but just remember, auto service is expensive but the customer service and care shouldn't be optional because that is essentially the only difference from shop to shop since "it's the same price." read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. Not that I chose them - my insurance company had my car taken here after a scrape, but I can say that I'll be coming back again by choice. They assisted with getting a loaner on site and kept me abreast of the progress. Most importantly, my car looked beautiful when done, even shinier and newer, looking than when I first drove it off the dealership lot. Immaculate! Extremely friendly and professional service the whole way through; every person I interacted with was great. read more

Had a minor collision. They were able to fix my car promptly and did a great job. They even detailed it. It looks as good as the day it came out of the showroom! Thanks Ultra Shine for a great job! read more

I contacted Ultrashine Collision after I hit an object in the roadway on the Mass Pike. Before setting an appointment, I reviewed comments about their reputation on Yelp and the Marlborough Neighbors Facebook page. They certainly lived up to their excellent reviews! My repair while less than $500 took just a day (no paint required). They kept me informed and when i picked it up, paid to the penny what was on the estimate. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn they did a complimentary detailing inside and out! Highly recommend them for collision repair. I also learned they have a rental car agency as well and will give them an opportunity to get our business there too. read more

Someone hit my car while it was parked in a lot just days before I was scheduled to trade it in for a newer vehicle. I had already received a trade-in quote - so I was stressed. T and L Auto in Southborough captured the hit on camera and found the driver so I could file with the driver's insurance. Ultra Shine was amazing for the repair. Not only does the car look better than before (but cleaner!), they put up with my pushy need for a timeline. My neighbor even commented on how our wagon was "Much more shiny." I received a trade-in quote post repair that was equal to that before the hit. Heather was personable, respectful, and patient (no matter how many times I called) AND she texted Enterprise to bring me a rental. When my car was ready we simply dropped the rental at Ultra Shine. The process could not have been easier and the results are amazing. I would absolutely use Ultra Shine again. If it is your first visit, drive toward the very back and look for an American Flag. They have multiple garages on site and the "Office" sign initially makes you look toward the wrong door. The office door is under the flag. read more

Very impressed with this business. My car was involved in a fairly significant accident. They had the car towed to them, repaired, and detailed, all within 2 weeks. Could not be happier. read more

After 36 years driving, you get a couple of experiences with body shops. This place broke the mold. First, their communication is incredible, second they listen to you, third they get the job done on time. Finally, they're waiting room is very comfortable. The only negative I can say is that they are conveniently located enterprise Rent-A-Car has higher prices than other locations. Good to have a reliable auto body shop. read more

I would highly recommend Ultra Shine Collision. After someone hit my car, they were able to take it right away so I didn't have to wait. They also finished the car ahead of schedule even with all the major damage the car had. The car looked great and was detailed inside and out. Thank you. read more

I just had my 2014 Toyota detailed here and it looks brand new. Heather provided such great service and I could not be more pleased by the outcome. Ultra Shine Collision makes a stressful situation as easy and seamless as possible. From taking care of all the insurance work to coordinating my rental car. Heather, Sarah and the staff are courteous, professional and always provided me with updates so I always knew where my car stood. I have a 2018 Subaru Outback that was rear-ended and borderline totaled. The auto body team is fantastic, you can't tell that there was any work done to my car at all. The detailing job is out of this world too!! I'm definitely bringing my car back here for ANY auto body needs and detailing work. I highly recommend Ultrashine! read more

I've actually never had such a great experience as I did here. I'm not super knowledgeable when it comes to car issues so I usually feel like a fish out of water when I walk into auto body places but the girl at the front desk ,!Heather immediately greeted me and was so helpful and actually managed to make me even feel at ease! She explained everything in detail so I didn't end up with sticker shock , helped me get set up with a rental , and answered all my questions and made everything go perfectly smooth. My car looks and runs like it did before my fender bender , and they were accommodating when it came to set up the return of the rental and pick up of my car ( after hours). BONUS The car looked better on the outside than when I bought the car and they did an amazing job detailing the inside which just came complimentary with the service. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience. read more

The folks at Ultra Shine are friendly, helpful, and do great work. I Brought my vehicle there for a giant dent in the hood from ice damage. They completed the work early, and my car looks brand new inside and out. They coordinated with the rental car company for me so I didn't have to. I couldn't be happier with the service. I will certainly go back, and am happy to recommend them. read more

Dear Ultra Shine Collision, Thank you so very much for the repairing of my car. If I could give you guys 100 stars I would do it without doubt. Your customer service is exceptional and it goes beyond expectations. First I would like to thank Sarah for helping me and guiding me from the beginning. Sarah got in contact with the car rental and got them to pick me up from the hospital. She made all the calls for me and that meant a lot specially coming from a very vulnerable position as I was at the hospital. Once I got to Ultra Shine, the gentleman, please forgive me I forgot his name :( He walked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable knowing from there that my car would be in great hands. As the days went by one morning I was getting ready for work and realized I did not have my work keys so I headed to Ultra Shine (around 6:30 am) with hope I'd see my car and I'd be able to get my keys. A gentleman (I'm really bad with names) spared 5 minutes of his time to help me find my car and opened it for me so I can get my keys, mind you they open at 7:00am. Finally after a long journey (a bit over a month) I picked up my car today and I could not be more grateful for all their hard job. My car which (i am so sorry) was reaaaaally dirty (my breakfast shake spilled all over in the accident) and other things.... is now like a brand new car. I truly really very much appreciate all of the Ultra Shine Collision members for taking care of all of this! You guys truly rock! read more

Came here after a little fender bender. The damage was very superficial I wasn't even sure I wanted to get it fixed, but more so wanted to check that everything else was in good working order. After my insurance kicked in, the shop did the repair right away. I did not appreciate this as I would have liked a call first letting me know. The damage ending up being only superficial , if I was given the chance I would have opted to not get it done at all. But by the time I called them the repair was already finished. After dealing with insurance not covering it and having it done without confirming with me first I was very annoyed. Nice they have the Enterprise Car rental place inside it too. They even detailed the car inside as well which was unexpected. But definitely would have appreciated a call before repairs were done, that's my biggest gripe. The service is fast here but because of the no call not sure I'd come back. read more

I recently had Ultrashine perform an exterior and interior detail job on my Subaru. I left a list of 2 items to check/repair that I would gladly pay for. Since 2001, I have had them detail all of my cars and do repairs when others have struck my vehicles. I cannot say enough positive comments for this company. They not only fixed the two issues but only charged me for one which required a second appointment. During the detail task they also buff out minor scratches here and there. Everyone from the people inside who process you in and answer the phone to the workers who do the physical tasks are polite, good listeners, and very helpful. Ultrashine does exceptional work and leaves your vehicle looking brand new. I highly recommend this company for any collision repairs and detail work. You will be very pleased with the results. read more

I had a FANTASTIC experience at Ultra Shine. It's almost to the point where I hope my car gets hit again so I can go back...almost. Spoiler alert: you may just want to go experience their service without knowing the details in advance, because being surprised by the awesomeness was half the fun. Now for the details: My experience began with a phone call with Sarah. She walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable with everything. When I arrived at the shop, she had a rental car waiting for me...already warmed up and ready to go despite the cold weather. Sarah also connected me with one of the repair experts, who walked out to my car to review the damage with me and explain the repairs that would be necessary. During the week, Sarah called me to update me on progress, and was very responsive. When I returned, Mary greeted me with a smile, and reminded me not to leave my EZ-Pass in the car (which I totally would have done). She assured me that if I found anything amiss with the car over the next few days, or even the next few months, that I should just give a call and it will be taken care of. Despite the fact that insurance was paying for everything, the cost of the repair came in at a lower level than had been estimated to me by two other repair shops I checked out before I called Ultra Shine. I walked out to my car, and to my surprise, it had been not only fixed but cleaned, detailed, and coated. My car literally hasn't been this clean since the day I bought it. Inside was a hand-written thank you note and little mint candies. As a small business owner myself, I know the importance of sharing stories about top-notch service so that other customers can experience it. If your car gets in a collision, don't even think about going somewhere else. Ultra Shine is where it's at. read more

Ultrashine Collision was recommended by my auto insurance company (commerce) as one of their preferred body shops after I had a collision last month. I'll be honest, I chose them from a handful of body shops simply because their name seemed a little goofy and made me smile. Though my car was drivable, they arranged for pickup of my vehicle within 24 hours, saving me the headache finding my way back home. While I didnt have rental on my policy they offered me a discounted rate which I declined in lieu of borrowing a friends vehicle. Within a week, the claim , for over $5k in damages, had been approved by the insurance co. and parts were ordered. In just over 3 weeks my car was back in my driveway and looking better than it has in years. Katie at the front desk was in touch with me throughout that time keeping me updated on their progress. The repairs took only 2 days longer than expected. My car was immaculate inside and out when it was returned. I drive an '05 with high mileage and the new blends seemlessly with the old, the car was detailed inside and out, and when I called a couple of days after picking it up with a few remaining problems, they scheduled a time for me to bring the car back at my leisure, rented a car for me and by the end of the day had fixed everything, including 2 items which were not related to the accident, at no charge. I am no stranger to body shops and this is BY FAR the best customer service and work I have ever experienced. They were professional, responsive, and the quality of thier work far surpasses any collision center i have been to in the past! I highly recommend!!! read more

Since I had such a good experience last time, it's no surprise that I'm back. This place is truly as good as it gets. The staff I worked with this time was Sarah and she was very helpful. She kept me updated while my car was in the shop. My pick-up / drop-off was easy both before and after the car was done. The collision location on my car looks completely spotless. You would NEVER know. And they detailed my car like wow (last time my car was still fairly new, this time my car has had a few years and grime, so the difference is enormous). There is just so much attention to detail. They take their jobs very seriously and do it right. I live far away now and have a ton of new choices of where to go. But when Ultra Shine is the standard for me, I'm afraid of going anywhere else! read more

So I just moved here, from CA and while driving my mom had an accident. Being limited to the knowledge about this area, we felt lost. Ultrashine, well let me tell you, these people really know how to get the job done. For instance, the car we had our accident in was our main vehicle, so we were left stranded after the accident. The owner of the shop dropped our car to our house after the repairs, the owner! Also, added some candies and a thank you note for choosing Ultra Shine as our shop. We've never experienced such exceptional service, when someone went so above and beyond their job, making sure that the little things were there, that's something exceptional. Hence, I recommend this place. read more

Ultra Shine knocks customer service 'out of the park'! From the moment I spoke to them about scheduling my initial visit all the way through picking up my repaired vehicle, the experience was exceptional. They communicate with you every step of the way. You are NEVER in the dark - and always aware of what to expect. Rental was easy with an Enterprise office right there. And to pick up my car not only repaired to perfection, but also detailed inside and out - all I have to say is WOW. Heather and the team are terrific. It goes without saying...if you are looking for the ultimate automotive collision repair service experience, call Ultra Shine! read more

I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Pro Shine's service! Everyone I spoke with was polite, informative and very professional. A rental car was ready for me when I arrived to drop off my truck for repairs. I was told I may not get the exact replacement vehicle..but there it was! I received constant updates while repairs were ongoing and when I picked up my truck..it was detailed! Oh...not just detailed...they left candy and a hand written thank you note on my console!! Who does that?? Amazing! I will recommend this buisness to anyone. My step son had work done here about ten years ago and was just as impressed. This buisness takes care of their customers and cares about the quality of their work. Thank you! read more

They damage your car and then tell you to go elsewhere to have it fixed. Avoid this scam body shop at all costs! Update to response: My anger is completely warranted. I took it to a dealership and low and behold, there was some air that magically got into my brake lines that wasn't there before I brought it to you. If you're going lie about me requesting additional services for free of charge, that's not accurate at all. I know my vehicle and believe it or not, know the basics of an automobile. There was air in my brake lines and my vehicle was barely drivable. Your "team of mechanics", I use the term very very loosely, claimed that they couldn't see anything wrong with them because no code appeared when my vehicle was scanned. I was also told that I should've said that my brakes were highly sensitive when I brought it back to the shop. I'm sorry, I didn't realize highly sensitive and properly functioning are the same thing to you. If that's the quality of employee's you have at your it's only a matter of time before this place gets shut down. read more

Ultra Shine Collision is next level in customer satisfaction. I had my SUV brought in to get the front bumper replaced, and it exceeded my expectations. Brought my 2015 Ford F-150 in for some light bodywork and a new taillight. From the second I went in the first day everyone was very friendly, made the decision very easy to go with them. Couple days later dropped my truck off they set up the rental car for me it was waiting for me when I got there. Truck took two days to be fixed, which I thought was really fast. They did an awesome job fixing the damage, and the car was cleaned spotless inside and out. I was very happy about that. Overall a great experience from beginning to end. They showed great customer service for even such a small job like this one. I recommend ultra shine collision to anyone looking to have bodywork done to there car read more

Avoid if possible. Ultrashine is a "good hands" repair shop through the Allstate Insurance network. I was compelled to have this auto body shop repair my vehicle after an accident. Today, the car was deemed a total loss, 40 days after Ultrashine took possession of the vehicle. Over that 40 days, they demanded that Allstate send out not one, not two, not three, but FOUR insurance adjusters until they finally deemed the vehicle a total loss. It was clear from the onset that Ultrashine did not have any intention of doing this repair work and that they dug their heels in until my insurance company relented. I did not feel that I was dealt with in a straight forward manner and I am left with more questions than answers as to their motives. Perhaps they do excellent work as the other reviews state. When they aren't contracted by insurance companies, they may be fantastic. That said, if you have Allstate or another insurance company directing you to them, I would highly recommend seeking a different shop to handle the work. read more

These guys are great! Work turned out perfect, customer service and communication was perfect. And their price was $300 less than the next lowest bid. A colleague of mine recommended me this place, so I recently took my car to repair from hail damage storm a couple of months ago. The car had dents all over (mostly minor dents) and Ultra Shine did a great job at removing all dents using Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technology. It took them only a couple of days to fix it. When I picked up my car I was impressed by two things: 1) The car was fully detailed (they even left mints in the cup holder) 2) Professionalism of the appraiser. My car was wet from a morning rain and when I got there and I mentioned that I wasn't able to see if there were any dents left because of the water drops. The appraiser went inside, got a chamois and dried all my car so I can check the final work. I would definitively recommend this place read more
