Darek was great to work with. I like working with businesses that operate in such a transparent and professional manner; constantly communicating very clearly on progress, staying on task, staying professional, and finishing on schedule. To top it all, doing beautiful work guaranteed in a lifetime warranty. read more

This is a legit business. Communication was great, and repairs were done perfectly. I highly recommend.

Having to deal with a damaged car is a hassle. I want to thank Darek and Imperial Auto for doing a great job repairing the vehicle. They were courteous and straight shooters. They got the job done on exactly the time quoted, and worked with me on the price. Ultimately they did a really nice job on the car. Highly recommend. read more

I have to give Imperial auto five stars as I just got my car back today and it is FANTASTIC! My 2015 Rav4 was hit in a Roche Brothers parking lot and whomever left the damage, also left the scene. I was pretty taken aback by the situation and asked my insurance about local auto shops. They gave me a list and as I "yelp'd", I found Imperial Auto. It was a little difficult to find someone to speak to at first, but once we got the ball rolling everything was fast and smooth, it was worth it! As I walked in, it was clean, professional, and everyone was really helpful. The job was done well, done FAST, and it was a really awesome experience. They were so good and so helpful, my husband is bringing his car to fix his windshield. Highly recommended, definitely go to Imperial Auto for all of your body shop needs! read more

Imperial Auto - Sorry about lighting - car before and after! PERFECT! - Body Shops Near Me - Wilmington, Massachusetts

Highly recommended! I found Imperial through my Allstate claim process, and I was very impressed. They handled everything with my claim and all I had to do is pay my deductible. The car was ready when promised, and looked great! My 2018 RAV4 needed a new front bumper, and Darek explained the radar sensor on the bumper needed to be calibrated by a third-party. He had the bumper replacement, calibration, and paint job all done on time. Imperial Auto is now my go-to for any autobody repair needs. read more

Top-Notch! Everything - the shop, the guys, the owner! Imperial Auto has gone above and beyond in every aspect in terms of getting my car fixed! (I got rear ended!). Darek knew I didn't have a rental car, so he came in on his day off so I could pick up my car. When I got in the car it had been detailed both inside and out! Completely unexcepted! They did such a suberb job! We will always go to imperial auto should we need anymore work done!! read more

Imperial Auto did a fantastic job on my 2012 Toyota Camry. Darek did a great job of responding to my calls, and got me into his shop at my earliest convenience. I gave Darek all my paperwork from my insurance and he handled the rest. All i had to do was sign some liability waivers and wait for my car. I got my car back very fast. When i got my car, it looked brand new. Imperial Auto did a great job on the damage and also did a wonderful job Detailing my car. Cleaning the inside and waxing the outside, making it look brand new off the Lot. I highly recommend Imperial Auto for their outstanding services and friendly customer experience. read more

Darek and the guys at Imperial did an outstanding job with my 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer. I was in quite a jam late on a Sunday night an hour from home. My car was towed to another shop, and in the morning my Liberty Mutual told me about Imperial and how they are recommended through my insurance. After already paying for a tow, Darek worked with me and at no cost got my car from the other shop and started quick work on it. I am so happy with the level of care and concern they had for me and my vehicle. They worked with me on price without lowering the quality of work at all. Honestly, no one likes to be stuck in these kind of predicaments, but I highly recommend Imperial Auto to anyone who finds themselves in need of repair!! read more

Yelp Reviews were dead on! Darek and his team did a great job. I recently had my Honda Civic repaired at Imperial Auto Body and could not be happier with the experience and the result. Darek was great at keeping me informed through the process and was a pleasure to work with - nothing was ever a problem! He worked with my insurance company to ensure my car was returned to me as good as new. (He had to get 2 supplements for work not in the original estimate) Imperial arranged for a rental car to be dropped off, and even did a complimentary detailing. I would highly recommend Imperial - worth a drive if you don't live in the area. Thank you Darek and Team. read more

Gave this place a chance after hearing great things about it. From the moment I first called them, til the moment I picked my repaired car, I was astonished ! Hands down, the best body shop I've ever dealt with. Darek, who runs Imperial Auto, is great - explains the process, communicates very well and is pleasant to deal with. Picked up my car in fantastic shape in about 2 weeks time. Highly recommend ! Thank you, Imperial Auto !! VK read more

Thank you for doing such an amazing job on my 2013 Honda! Really happy and thankful for such service.

Was rear-ended and Imperial was recommended by the tow company. Imperial did a great job fixing my car. Darek provided updates and kept me informed throughout the repair process. When I picked up my car it looked good as new. I would most definitely recommend. read more

They did a good job, they kept in touch and the damage fixed correctly and everything handled with the insurance company. Everything seems straight, they even cleaned the car which it needed badly! The only strange thing was they screwed with my overhead racks removing a tie down for the padding and loosening the system and not re-tightening I recommend them though. read more

Dropped my 2012 tundra off to get repaired after being rear-ended. Everyone at Imperial was super friendly and very accommodating with planning and helping with the rental. After picking up my truck days ahead of schedule they did a great job! Highly recommend Imperial auto read more

I was recently involved in an accident involving a side swipe of my new Subaru Legacy only 2 months old. Went thru my insurance and Imperial Auto was on the list of Preferred repair clinics. I have to be honest as I was hesitant not going thru my dealer though once talking to Darek I felt comfortable on having him doing the work. I met him on a Friday and review the damage and made arrangements to drop off my car on a Tuesday the following week. I picked up my car that Friday to have my car look like the day I picked it up at the dealer. My car was repaired like nothing ever happened and to have the car shining and clean in and out. Bottom line * This is the best body shop in all aspects by far! The quality of their work is unmatchable, and their customer service makes you feel very important. Derek is the nicest person and professional I have ever met. I highly recommend Imperial Auto. read more

I chose Imperial Auto because of the stellar reviews and there is a reason the average is 5 starts. Derek took care of my car and it looks absolutely flawless. Not only is the work top quality, Derek was honest, professional, timely and easy to work with. If I ever have another repair, I'm going straight back here!! read more

My insurance company recommended this auto body which made me choose them after getting into an accident with my Chrysler 300. After only a couple days I regretted choosing them. They do not return calls, don't follow schedule or dates they tell you, and are generally rude over the phone and in person. Not to mention lazy. Liberty Mutual reached out to them multiple times to discuss the price they were given to fix my car and the refused to even attempt it. My car sat in the lot for weeks. After deeming my car "totaled" for the second time when it was clearly not, I called them to ask if they could take the plates off for when I come to clean the car out of my personal belongings. I arrived and the plates were not off. They made me sit and wait for a half hour, making me late for work, just to perform a simple 1 minute task. I asked them to remove the grill I purchased myself after the fact, they said "maybe." Liberty Mutual said they would not tow to salvage the car until the grill was removed. I bought this car on my own at the age of 17, it meant so much to me and I was going to put the grill on my new car or at least save it as a memory, but instead Imperial Auto towed it themselves and removed it without consulting myself of my insurance company. This company is unprofessional and impossible to work with, especially their worker Derek. Do not go to them for work on your car, plenty of other viable options in the area. read more

I was first in need of an auto body shop in my area after wanting to replace my bumpers with a more aggressive look (2013 F30 BMW 328i Xdrive). Went to several places to get quotes but wanted to use a local shop instead of one "insisting on going through my insurance provider". There was no damage to my vehicle, only swapping parts and paint, making me assume other places only wanted to rip off my insurance company. Imperial auto is located down the street from my apartment so i decided to drop by one night after work to see where they were located. To my surprise, the shop doors were open and everyone was working and seemingly having fun despite being after hours. I went back the next to say hi and get a quote. Sure enough these were extremely friendly guys who gave honest and accurate quotes. They easily understood what i wanted to do my car (they recently done the same thing for one of their relatives. We set up a time to drop off my vehicle, and even offered a loaner (I did not need it as i was heading on a trip for a week). Car was ready upon return and looked FANTASTIC! paint job matched perfectly and was exactly how i imagined it. These guys truly are the best and i will continue to use them over anyone else. If i could describe the Imperial Auto crew i would say they remind of the crews from Fast & Furious. People who seriously like their cars, their jobs, and their customers. I highly recommend stopping by for any of cars needs, you will not regret it. read more

Imperial Auto was brought in to fix my brand new 2014 Nissan Rouge when I was rear-ended on Route 93. I cannot say enough about the job that Darek did on the car. From my sight, I thought it was only just the bumper was out of place. When he took it off, noticed additional damage, which Liberty Mutual confirmed needed repair. Darek kept me informed about the status of the car, and when it would be ready. The day before, he called to let me know it was ready on Tuesday, and mid morning - he called again to tell me it was ready. When I got there, the car looked brand new. With the wonderful winter road salt, my car was a little dirty when I dropped it off. He had everything looking fresh and clean. It even looks like they cleaned the interior for me! I highly recommend Imperial Auto for any work you need done. He's fair, upfront, and realistic. Darek will even had a little sweet waiting in your car for you when you pick it up. I hope we won't have to use an auto body shop in the future - but if we do, it will be straight to Darek and Imperial Auto! read more

Can't say enough about the crew at Imperial. They repaired a broken bumper at very reasonable cost, and even washed the car inside and out afterward! Everyone was very friendly and professional - I highly recommend them for any auto body repair needs. read more

Well, I needed to find a body shop after my landlord plowed more than the driveway, with two basic criteria: close to home and good overall reviews. Imperial fit the bill on both counts, so I gave them a call. Courteous and professional, repairs were done as estimated in a timely manner, with great attention to detail. I will recommend them to anyone needing body work! read more

My insurance company provided us a Auto Body Shop to repair our 2015 Honda Civic. I did some research on the Auto Body Shop they provided and the reviews and results was not good. I then research other Auto Body Shops within my area and the one that interested me was Imperial Auto LLC, Wilmington, MA due to their reviews and 5 star ratings. I called the shop, spoke to Darek and informed him of my situation. He was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and outstanding in every way. The overall process was stress free. My insurance appraised the damages of the car and I showed Darek the total cost/estimate of the damages. Later, Darek informed me the estimated damages were changed due to the actual repairs being conducted to the car. He was working closely with my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) making sure all went well. The paper work and billing was all taken care of and we just had to wait until Darek gave us a call when the car was completed. It took them only two weeks to complete the repairs and it went by really quick. The overall repairs was outstanding and superb. It was like seeing a brand new car. I checked the area where the damage was and the end results were amazing. I couldn't see any imperfections, it was flawless, and the feel of receiving a brand new car but even better. My wife and I thank Darek and his crew for the amazing hard work and services they had provided to make the Honda Civic look new again. The overall process from start to finish is flawless, stress free, and with great satisfaction guarantee; including the rental from Enterprise. Bottom line is, Darek was very helpful, professional, courteous, kept us in the loop at all times, and the end results were outstanding. Above and beyond five stars to Derek, his crew, and his shop. I would absolutely return and highly recommend to others Imperial Auto LLC for their outstanding services and professional work they provide. This is the shop to be. Derek, you're a Rock Star and thank you for all you do and to your crew as well. read more
