It is a bit confusing on where the entrance is to drive through depending on which side of the street you are on. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable but be prepared to wait even if you have an appointment scheduled. The benefit is that while you wait they have cable tv in the waiting area with a decent amount of seating and there are many stores within walking distance to help the time go by. The prices are reasonable as well!

I would be misquoted over the phone (I'd get one price, then when I called to schedule work, suddenly the price would jump up); the "we did the work, but turns out we didn't" debacle was the last straw for me. Here, I know that what I'm quoted is what I'm going to pay. What I appreciate the most is how my bills are itemized. They will shop around for the best price. They will write out exactly what will be used for my job, and the price associated with it, before I bring my car in. If a big job is going to be done (like finding out yesterday I need all of my brakes replaced), I am shown exactly what's wrong on my car, and what needs to be done. Quote by me: "I have no idea what I'm looking at right now, but it looks bad." I put a lot of trust into what they recommend, because I know it's an honest recommendation for work that will keep my car running smoothly. Another thing I love is how quickly I'm in and out. If I'm getting an oil change, I can drive up and I'm in and out in no time. Yesterday, I hit a nasty pothole which blew out my tire and scratched my rim. I was told to bring my car down (got it there at 11AM), and it was ready for me to pick up first thing this morning. I know I can expect the same when I bring my car back to get my brakes fixed; the service will be prompt, and affordable. I have to say, this is a place I can see myself going to for a long time. I know my business is appreciated (and saw that in a lovely card sent out by the family to me late last year thanking me for my patronage!), I know that I am not being nickel and dimed, and I know I can expect consistent and quality service to my "baby" (my car).
