Fantastic place. Very responsive and they really try to keep costs down if you have no insurance. After our 20 year old car hit a deer the hood was bent and wouldn't open. We got an estimate of $1,500 at one shop. When I went to Mike's he had me buy a hood for$150 from a junkyard. Then they put it on and didn't charge me. I needed to do that so I could take it to our mechanic to get inspected. The mechanic at Forrest knew Mike and clearly really liked him, described him as a really honest guy. The lady behind the desk is just plain rude. My car took way to long and the taillights on the inside were never painted. When I got it back it was filthy with dust. I feel that they don't care about their customers because they get paid from the I surancr companies. I would not recommend. read more

Excellent work, great follow up. They fixed our 2012 VW golf that was t-boned, destroying the passenger rear side. The car looks as good as new, the work was done on time, communication was excellent. About 8 months after the repairs, we had a minor problem where the cover over the passenger side b-post popped loose when the temps dropped below zero. Called Mike's and they had us come over that afternoon, replaced all the clips and made sure it was seated properly. It wasn;t anything big, they could have just popped the cover back in place, but they took the extra step to replace clips, which was the right thing to do. We will be using Mike's for all our work in the future. read more
