I have had my vehicle worked on twice now by the guys at Modern Collision and after $15,000+ worth of work done, I have nothing but great things to say. I did not have rental coverage on my insurance policy so the guys took that into account by making sure most of the parts had arrived before taking my vehicle in. They also arranged for a rental car at low cost right there at the shop. I could not have gotten a better deal from any of the big name rental companies. They've done fantastic work; both times the vehicle looks brand new when I drive it out of the shop. To my surprise they even detailed the inside at no cost - it looked amazing! I originally found this shop when randomly searching a list of nearby shops provided by my insurance company - what a lucky choice! These guys are absolutely fabulous. Our Rav4 of ~ less then 2 years had recently accumulated a few scratches and a small dent on the rear bump. Its the first time we ever had to take a car to the auto body shop and we shopped around at 6 auto body shops in the area including the dealership in our local area. I contacted this shop when my 2001 Subaru Forester was involved in an accident in July, 2011. Modern Collision was on my insurance carrier's recommended list, and after doing a bit of online research, I decided to give them a try. I had a very positive experience with this shop. They worked with my insurance company to handle payments and additional inspections, they work with the rental car place in town so I got a loaner right away, they kept me up to date with the progress on the repairs, and they detailed my car for free before I picked it up. I was referred to Modern Collision by my nephew. I made arrangements with Alex to drop off my vehicle the day after Memorial Day 2022.
