Body repairs look great, the team finished ahead of the scheduled time, and they cleaned the interior which looks amazing! Text updates with status gave transparency to timeline which I really liked too, very highly recommend this shop! read more

Thank you guys for fixing my Mom's Toyota Red Van, that thing was so beat up but it looks brand new again! They even vacuum the inside and finished it a week before promised. My mom dings the car every year, so you'll see us again. LOL. Highly recommend for excellent service. P.S. Katherine was very nice helping us dealing with the insurance company. read more

Everyone at Auto Body Clinic on High Street in Reading MA were OUTSTANDING! It is very rare to have knowledgeable AND personable associates in any organization let alone car repair in my experience. Not only did they explain every aspect of the procedures including car rental and insurance protocols but they updated me frequently and finished my car way in advance of the anticipated date. When I picked up my car it was polished, shiny and looking brand new! I was amazed every step of the way and highly recommend Auto Body Clinic read more

I have had 2 accidents in the last year ''not my Fault". both times auto body clinic had performed the repair flawlessly, the 1st accident the entire left side of my black Colorado had to be repainted and it was done perfectly, the 2nd visit the bumper "Painted Black " was also repainted and replaced flawlessly My understanding black is a difficult color to work with, Auto Body Clinic was able to get the job done better than I expected keeping me updated by text on the progress with completion dates, My interactions with the office staff have been friendly Karren took care of all my questions and Breanne the manager was very friendly and professional I don't usually write reviews but I was impressed with both my visits . read more

I know first hand why Auto Body Clinic has so many great Yelp reviews. I brought my 2024 Ascent here and had a great experience. My front driver's corner had been backed into and I was concerned about matching my pearl white paint. Communication was terrific, I received updates by text every few days. When I picked up my car it was absolutely perfect, I can't say enough about how happy I am with the repairs. I was completely insured, so I didn't have any out-of-pocket, and the quality of my repair is worth every dime the insurance company paid! I will be recommending them to everyone I know needing bodywork. read more

Good experience.Workmanship and communication were spot on.Will use in the future.

I've come here several times now (unlucky I know) and I have been pleased with their service every time! I formerly own an acura rsx which was involved in an accident. The car itself had some aftermarket work done to it and they were able to install and order the correct aftermarket pieces without any issues. All insurance claim work were handled by them and my insurance Company. My mother has been involved in a few accidents as well. She brought her car to another body shop (lower end) when she had the front of her car nearly destroyed (not totaled). They were able to turn her car around within the week and the car looked brand new! Recently I was doing some DIY on my own car (Lexus), and one of the exterior door handles had a part that snapped which prevented it from working. To make matters worse, the child safety lock was triggered so the door could not open from the inside either. With the help of some personal research, I was able to buy some used parts that would be used to replace the handle entirely. The guys had to essentially cut off my old door handle, use a tool that fit inside the little hole to unlock the door itself and then re-assemble the door while using my part I ordered. Job was done within 4 hours which was more than reasonable and they even did a quick exterior wash! I am not sure the severity of other people's job requests or incidents, but for me, I ordered my own parts first and knew exactly what needed to be done ahead of time. I just did not have the tools and or confidence/experience to do it properly so I essentially paid only for labor. They are a very honest business and I have been happy with their service every time and this recent encounter with my door handles solidified our long term business relationship! I will keep them in mind as I either 1) brake something during my DIY's or even 2) consider them help me with various projects if they are willing/able to do so. Thank you Jim and team! read more

Excellent workmanship! Took our car that had been hit. Could not tell where the repair was. As good as new again.

This is the 2nd time i've had to bring my vehicle to them spread years apart. The repairs were nothing less than perfect. They communicated very well and gave me updates so i knew how long to expect. Received the car back 1 day early and see that the car had been detailed inside and out even though i only had minor rear bumper damage. Car looks brand new. I will continue to bring my cars here when in need. Thanks! read more

PROS: I brought in my Volvo S40 twice to this place. First time I needed a front-skirt reglued. They did a fantastic job and the price you just can't beat. The manager (bold fella whos name I can't remember) was very pleasant, professional, gave me a quote and a time frame and everything was executed to his word. The only thing is that they forgot to scrape off some of the old glue. I didn't want to return to get this done BUT I did make a second appointment to have my trunk rust spot removed / painted over. When I returned, they touched up that job at no extra charge. I was happy with the service, speed, and quality of work. Second time I came back to get a rust spot removed and repainted on my trunk. Once again I was met with a great estimate price, two day time window and they did not dissapoint. The end product looked FANTASTIC! They also removed some of the excess glue on my front skirt at no charge. Because I was tight on time to pick it up, their flat-bed truck driver brought my car back. The only issue was that when he was unloading the car, the front skirt got scraped a little (under it). Its invisible to the eye unless you lie down under the car, BUT I saw it happen and I was rather surprised that he didn't do anything about it. Bottom line is this... You get EXCELLENT service. They do an EXCELLENT job and they know their work very well. Their pricing is more then reasonable and their work is done fast. In my first visit, scraping off some of the old glue should have been done, but for whatever reason it was still there and the drop off was an optional thing they offered and didn't have to. I will definitely return and use them again. They are good and honest working team and they charge VERY fair rates. Glad to have met them. A- read more

Thank you Auto Body Clinic (ABC) for making a difficult situation, pleasant and painless! ABC took care of everything, they worked with my insurance company, they did the auto body and mechanical work. They constantly kept me in the loop via texts on what the status of the repair was and how it was progressing. They were pleasant and professional and always available. I cant say enough about how nice they were to deal with...they were fast too, just a little over a week to take care of my repair and it came out great!!! Thanks very much! I will highly recommend ABC to anyone who needs Auto Body work! read more

I've been here twice, and I should have learned the first time. Please do not bring your high end car here. Your insurance company may try to steer you here, but resist. The front of my car is all chipped only 6 months after (this is exactly what happened the first time) They will go the cheapest way possible for instance putting in regular green coolant when I specifically made them aware that my car required factory approved coolant. Then they lied about it. I refused the car and made them flush it out and add the correct coolant as the incorrect coolant would ruin my new cooling system. Also, as the work was done in the spring, I guess they felt that they didn't have to recharge the AC. My insurance was billed for it, but it was not done. I had a new condensor, which would require my system be recharged. I had to pay my mechanic to do it, and there were no leaks found. The people here are very nice, but nice doesn't fix your high end car correctly. read more

I brought my car here after I had hit something and needed some dents to be fixed. Reading Auto Body Clinic was fantastic. They fixed my car in a VERY timely manner, even quicker than the estimate. They arranged for the rental company to pick me up, and I was able to drop and leave the rental at the Auto Body when my car was done. People were friendly. Service was amazing. They even cleaned the inside of the car for me! They also handled the insurance. I didn't have to do anything. I'd have given them a 5, but I don't love that they don't work weekends, because sometimes it's harder to drop the car off during the week. They do have an 8 am start time, which is great...but there are no late hours either. All in all, I loved this place, and would get my car repaired here again. Highly reommended. read more

Over priced. They try to gouge. Don't go here. They tried to charge $2,000 to repair a scratch.

Great body shop communication was excellent and the car looked like showroom condition when I picked it up It was hit in the rear and they cleaned the whole car and went over everything that was done and gave a receipt showing everything I would highly recommend this shop Great workmanship and honest caring people Michele read more

The car that I had work done on by Auto Body Clinic was a lease, and I recently turned that car in. The independent inspector that did my turn-in inspection must have seen the carfax and saw I was in an accident. He asked who did my auto body work because they did a really beautiful job. Needless to say, almost a year later and I am still happy and impressed with ABC's work. read more

We just picked up our suv from this shop and everything worked out very well. From them working with the insurance company, coordinating with the car rental company and providing text updates daily as to progress and targeted delivery dates, our experience was outstanding. read more

Cannot say enough about how good my experience was: the staff was courteous, helpful and professional. The work was superb and my car was immaculate when returned. While I hope that I won't have to use them again, I would absolutely return to get repairs done. read more

The guy was kind of condescending and gave me an estimate MUCH higher than the other places I took it too. Both reading sq auto body and Rawson's 1st class in Wakefield had MUCH lower estimates and were much more professional and helpful (Reading sq more small town mechanic feel, Rawson's more professional feel and slightly more expensive, I would recommend either one far over this one) read more

someone backed into me and their insurance company recommended the auto body clinic in beverly, who couldn't even get my car in for over a month, then the one in peabody, which is closed for renovations, and finally the store in reading, which is nearly an hour away from where i live. they told me that it would take a week and that they were very busy, then called me 2 days later to say that my car was ready. that was great, except it was a friday and i had plans. they offered to leave the keys under the visor overnight, while parked outside of their building so i could get it saturday, but i didn't want my 2-year old vehicle unlocked with the keys in it overnight so i canceled my plans and got it on the friday. when i looked at it in the light the next day i noticed that the spare tire cover was cracked and had a couple of weird dents in it. i called and they said that they thought it came in that way, but they didn't have any notes on it. i took some pictures and emailed them to them and they emailed the intake picture back to me, but i couldn't tell anything from it. they offered to put a new one on for $150 - their cost - but i really don't want to drive an hour each way to have that done. the repair is ok, but the trim piece on the door isn't that great. they oversprayed the undercoating and as my vehicle is white, it shows under the door frame. they do detail the car, but it stank of what they used to clean it when i picked it up and the seats were still damp. i should have taken the vehicle to IRA Collision, which does a superior job. read more

I was recently rear-ended and my insurance company recommended I take my car to the Auto Body Clinic. I called on a Thursday, had an appointment to drop off on Monday morning and had the car ready for pickup by Wednesday afternoon. They replaced the impact bar and rear bumper. I was impressed with their quick turnaround. Everyone I interacted with there was responsive, courteous and professional. While I'm not a car expert, the work looked good. They had even taken the additional step of cleaning the interior and exterior. Overall, I was very satisfied with the Auto Body Clinic. read more
