years ago my older neighbor backed into my car a couple of times, he said he had a guy, but he was sick and hey its a 2010 so what did i care. Didn't bother to fix it, started to realize my headlight were terrible in an unrelated issue and wanted to replace the assemblies. I ordered them and realized that in cars that aren't 1980s ford escorts, it was actually complicated to change them out. I have a handy friend that was going to help me remove the bumper etc until I realized because of the fender damage we wouldn't be able to do it. So I decided to fix the fender etc. Rolled into Malden and apparently they don't do hondas there, but he took a look at it and said to take it up to Stoneham. Super customer service from Jump. I went up to see Al in Stoneham and he gave me an estimate right on the spot. Again no insurance or anything out of pocket. No one wants to get body work done and it's expensive and takes time. Al told me to come in early the next week and that he'd also put in the headlight assemblies for me. 36 hours off the road and it was done, looked great, fairly priced as these things go and was never dicked around once. The three most important things for an auto body shop are to do quality work, have honest pricing, and have an efficient scheduling process. Today's has all of these. I walked in and they looked at the car on the spot and I had an estimate and appointment within hours. The estimate was lower than another shop in the area, but both were pretty close. The work was absolutely flawless and they cleaned the entire car. Folks there were very friendly too. I hope not to have to ever go back, but if bad luck strikes, they will be my first choice. read more

I was rear ended so I was shopping around for a place to repair my vehicle, went to multiple shops to receive estimates but what caught my attention the most was the service I received from Al and Trina. Man, they are great to do business with. When I tell you top of the line customer service. The absolute best. Eric told me if there was anything I didnt like to let him know and they'd take care of it. That's after me legit almost crying cause how great my car looked. They had it all detailed on the inside. Rob, the painter did an immaculate job. If you're not taking you body shop needs here you're doing your car a disservice. This was my first review below: I was in 2 accidents in the same week. Its hard to find a decent and good body shop. This one was recommended to me. Through the process I was notified of all that was being done and Eric kept in touch with me the whole time, ensuring me that the repairs will go well and guaranteeing me the best work. I also spoke to a gentleman named Bob that gave me a follow up on the status of my car. Once the insurance company gave them the go ahead my car was ready within a week. There was a ton of damage. I was rear ended by someone when i was sitting at a red light. We got out of the car and saw no visible damage, but I've been around cars long enough to know that impacts usually result in damage. After dealing with insurance, I went to Todays collision based on recommendations from neighbors and friends. They immediately showed me several spots that could not be seen from the naked eye that were damaged, like misaligned bumpers, etc. Todays collision got the job done quick and perfectly, matching the paint very carefully unlike a previous autobody shop. Absolutely the best possible experience: I arrived early on a Monday and they immediately walked out and gave the vehicle a quick inspection, accurately providing an idea of roughly how much it would cost to repair. 24 hours later I had the insurance company fax them the information, and less than a week later, the vehicle was back. It's flawless; The vehicle was only a year old, and the entire front bumper/hood/etc needed replacement, but it's back to how it should be. They even washed the entire car and vacuumed the inside; you couldn't ask for more. More importantly, they stayed in communication and were great at every step. The owners and the staff have bent over backwards to get our repairs done as quickly and as perfectly as possible, fielding questions from our insurance company and fighting tooth and nail to get it done the right way. The work done on the vehicle was spectacular. The interior/exterior detailing was a very nice added touch. It was like receiving a brand new car all over again. The only knock is that my tire nut I keep on the inside door was missing, but still holding out hope they find it. When I finally got my car back after 3 weeks, when it was projected to be a week and a half the registration was missing. I contacted them multiple times via phone and email with no answers. No big deal, got another registration, but the no answering was a little annoying. I get a letter a month later saying the was further damage to the car and insurance was sending these guys another check. Over a year later I get a call from my insurance that a claim had been made on my car from when it was in the shop. So these guys took my car and got in an accident with it (for which their driver was at fault) then charged my insurance the extra money to fix the damage they did. Super shady and suspicious, especially with my registration going missing and the shop basically ghosting me. Also, the work was subpar, looked like nail polish was used to fill in the minor scratches and no clearcoat was used after. I had to claybar and touch up at home. read more

These guys did a great job fixing the hood and quarter panel on a 2001 BMW 330 (which I would think would be a tough job, given the age of the car and the fact that the hood is one solid curved piece of metal). The paint matching was impeccable, and I've got a pretty neurotic eye for these things, and have been really bothered by poorly done paint matching on a prior car. The paint even looks the same under different kinds of lighting (i.e. sunny, cloudy day, even sodium lamps at night). Anybody who knows how color works knows that's very difficult to do. They even went above and beyond and found a new BMW logo to replace the one that was falling apart on my hood. I took my Prius here after getting sideswiped on the interstate. I chose them because they had great reviews here on Yelp and close locations. This shop had a little bit less of a wait to get in the door. Todays Collision fixed all issues but stood out in a couple ways. Baseline they did a great job repairing or replacing my driver door, quarter panel, fender, and mirror. But they also touched up a few extra areas with chipped paint while they were doing work and even detailed the entire interior of my car! The car came back washed and tires even shining. The second thing they did was replace my driver side mirror to OEM original after the first 2 aftermarket parts fluttered at interstate speeds like I had a Skrillex live show in backseat. Thanks to Kevin K. for facilitating this part of repair. I really don't think the Insurance company's recommended shops would have shown as much care for car or customer. Insurance companies will try to direct you to their partner shops that will treat THEM the best. You should take your car to the shop that will treat YOU the best. In case of any issues down the road, it will be the shop that will have to stand behind the work that's done. Not the Insurance company, despite their claims that I'm on my own if they have any issues down the road when using a shop of my own choice. read more

Wonderful experience! After my car was rear ended in April, Mark and Autocraft were recommended to me. I drove there for an appraisal and I left with a rental car. Mark took care of all the paperwork with the insurance companies, provided a rental car - newer than my own car. In less than 2 weeks, my car was ready. He actually sent me away bc that was the thing that saved me money. My issue was a warranty repair that a previous body shop needed to stand behind. These guys are pretty amazing. Was devastated last Friday when I swiped a pole at a downtown Boston garage. Called Mark the next day after having read some yelp reviews, got an estimate on Saturday, brought it in on Tuesday, and just picked it up! The finished product is perfect and the experience was effortless. They took care of everything with the insurance company, and they even gave me a rent-a-car which was a Honda Accord very similar to the one I dropped off.
