I came here for repairing the left mirror. They helped request an order. The price is fair. And it cost 3 days for new mirror arrives and they repaired it very soon. I would go here again for anything wrong in my car. Ps. The new mirror is even better than the original one. I think. read more

I took my truck to Eli's after having it sit in the driveway for several months. I asked everyone if they had any idea how to repair it. Driving home from work one night it just stopped in the middle of a busy road. AAA got me home but I couldn"t find someone who wanted to tackle the job as it seemed to be very complicated. Saw reviews online and then stopped into the garage to tell them the issue. The truck was brought to Eli's and they never gave up until they found the issues and fixed them. I was extremely happy with the personnel, their honesty and fairness in pricing. I have my truck back and I am so glad I found this garage. read more

What can i say, i didn't know where to go to get an estimate on my exhaust pipe rusted, and snapped off. I thought I would have to make an appointment and wait until the day to come to get the repair done, but load and behold i got an estimate right away after looking at the damages and Eli gave me the price that i agreed on the repairs. I waited for 1/2 an hour and the repair was done. I couldn't believe it! Very honest and professional! Thank you and will recommend to others! C.J read more

Needed some emergency work and they stepped up without knowing me. Great work at a very reasonable price. They even stayed late to finish. Thank you guys. I'm a definite future customer. read more

Easily the best garage around. The mechanics are honest, they do great work. They only fix what needs to be fixed and they have very fair prices. They don't try to upsell you on work that you do not need done. I've came here a few times for work, most recently for an oil pan gasket leak and an electrical ground issue on a tail light. I was in and out. I will be back soon for an a/c compressor replacement. This shop is honest, reliable, and fair. I highly recommend this shop to all. You're making a mistake bringing your vehicle any where else. This is the only shop I trust and feel confident in to get the job done right. A+ read more

Great and fast service! Super friendly and knowledgeable professionals! Thanks, Nathalie

Today 8/3/2019 ... "That car, you crazy!" That's what one of the mechanics just told me. I went to do the inspection today on my old Mitsubishi, a car that I know has some cosmetics issues only, and I knew the car was going to fail the inspection due to this cosmetics issues, but i need it the two-three months of grace to fix whatever was wrong with the car and return to get a second inspection. But even if they(the mechanic) know the car will fail the inspection their job is to do the inspection regardless of the outcome, is not their job to tell you crazy, in front of others customers and offended me that way just cuz you want the inspection on your old car. Rude and offensive and zero customer service skills. I don't care if the guy has on his reviews, to me he just became part of my worst experience with a mechanic in my whole life. read more

Really fair pricing and they offered to fix another issue my car was having at a cheaper price than the shop I had planned to go to. Friendly and for all the women who hate talking to auto guys- they're not sleazy. I recommended them to my roommates! read more

I started going here under the previous owner when two people at my church independently recommended it to me. I've had bad experiences with several garages that have transitioned owners in the past, but this was NOT ONE OF THOSE CASES! If anything, things have only gotten better. The pricing is still fair, the service is great and most important of all, I NEVER feel like I'm being taken advantage of!!! When I moved out to Worcester, I didn't even bother looking for a new garage, I just kept bringing my car to them. read more

I have used these guys for several repairs in the last couple of years, including some complicated issues. I have found them to be fair and honest and are very thorough. I have an after-market warranty on my car that many shops don't want to deal with because they try to avoid paying. Gary's have been very helpful in getting through the red tape of payments through the coverage. I strongly recommend them. read more

I have been using these guys for 10 years. They were in Saugus before the moved here. I started using them on my ford explorer as soon as the warranty was up. Just had a a problem with the abs and it was not giving off any codes and no light on dash. Gary took the time to dig deep and fix it. I was afraid of what it would cost but was very reasonable. I am thrilled and plan on holding onto this car as long as I can. read more

About a month ago I stumbled upon Gary's Auto. I had been getting quotes for a problem with my front end and Gary's was by far the cheapest, so I figured what the heck. My car was fixed, and it was truely fixed, in less than a day and I spent exactly what the quote said. If you want a great mechanic with good prices and integrity bring your vehicle down to Gary's. read more

The best there is. Always up front and honest. Very friendly. will not do unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend Gary and his workers. I brought my mother's old car to him and he checked it out and told me that it wasn't worth fixing, but that he would get it up to speed to last a little while longer if I wanted him to. I told him yes and then he didn't even charge me that much. I send my kids and friends to him and they all like them too. My husband and I trust Gary to tell us the truth and not fool around with the price. He is a great guy and so are his workers. read more
