If you need body or collision repair--especially for a Tesla--take it to Today's Collision in Malden and ask for Matt Everson. Finding a certified shop you can actually trust with an EV is tough, but they are fully Tesla-Authorized (verified directly on Tesla's network), and their standard of work proves why. Matt provided exceptional customer service from start to finish, keeping communication clear, professional, and transparent throughout the entire repair. A few major highlights from the experience: 1. Seamless Rental Coordination: Their partnership with the local Enterprise branch made logistics painless. They handled coordinating both drop-off and pickup right on site, saving a huge amount of time. 2. Flawless Finish: When I picked up my pearl white Model X, the repair was factory-perfect. To top it off, they gave the vehicle a full new-car detail before handing over the keys--it looked showroom-ready. 3. Peace of Mind: All work is backed by their warranty, which speaks to their confidence in their craftsmanship. Excellent service, expert technicians, and a frictionless process from drop-off to pickup. Highly recommended! read more

I can't thank Robbie and his father enough for the incredible work and customer service. I felt supported throughout every step of the process. This was my first time ever in an accident. I was rear-ended, and they were quick to fix it with OEM parts as a Tesla Certified repair center. I'm really happy with all the work they've done. Robbie and his father were very kind and supportive of all my anxiety throughout this process. They were more than patient enough to sit through and explain the appraisal process with me. They explained that any additional supplements for extra work would be provided under the direction-to-pay form I signed with them. They helped reassure me of any doubts regarding out-of-pocket expenses. Thank you all again for making this migraine disappear. Today's Collision Malden is the first place I would recommend to any of my friends or family members to trust with their car. read more

It's important to take your Tesla to a place that specializes in this vehicle. My damage was minor but they treated me with care and the repairs were perfect. They event pointed out some stuff that the Tesla dealer had done wrong at the time of servicing the car! Highly recommend. read more

Today's collision did an amazing job repairing my X3. Carlos did a great job preparing my estimate and facilitating my repairs. I was delighted to pick up car- fixed and detailed to perfection! My car repair was fast and even ready for pickup a day early. Exceeded my expectations. read more

They were outstanding! Constant communication and updates! Extremely professional and my car looks brand new!

I was pretty nervous bringing the Tesla Model 3 in. A family member used it and had a little run in with a cement pillar in a parking garage that wasn't pretty. She was only going a few miles an hour and it was still over 7k damage. At Today's Collision they can do the estimate and order the parts immediately. I brought the car in a week later. Very easy to work with. They sent an estimate with all parts. I periodically got updates from Tesla about the status of my parts shipping. I met Bobby who is great, and personable. I mostly worked with Matt, and really everyone really is an expert and great to work with. I feel odd saying this because everyone said this in the reviews when I read them before I used them. But it really is true. During Covid, they are careful to have the hand sanitizer everywhere, to have signs, and there was only 1 guy during each of my visits that I saw without a mask on. The place is pretty impressive. They know what they are doing. After they had my car for a week, I emailed them for an update. Matt emailed back about what had been done, what is left to do and a few pictures of my car without doors on it. Not what I expected. They overdelivered every step of the way which was great. I trusted them completely with the car and would highly recommend them. Good people, high quality work. They will be around for a long time. Especially if you have a tesla, I'd go here. No question. read more

I can't say enough good things about Today's Collision. When my 700 series BMW was rear-ended and sustained significant damage I was referred to them by a friend. I dealt with Bobby (the owner) and Carlos primarily. Friendly, professional, and keep you informed every step of the way, as does everyone who works there. Emails and detailed voice messages/phone updates every step of the way. But the final product ! Incredible. These people are true artists. My car looks better than the day I bought it. If you ever need repair, Today's is the only place to go. My friend who referred me said he'd drive 2 hours if he had to for them to work on his cars, and I can't agree more. Outstanding service, superior craftsmanship...it's all there. Thank you Bobby and Carlos and the entire Today's Collision team! Happy Thanksgiving! read more

These guys are excellent. I scratched my brand new M3 on a concrete post and the dealership that I trust recommended them. Bobby, the owner, is great -- a very honest guy and pleasant to deal with. It took exactly as long as he said it would to fix my car and the final bill ended up even a little smaller than what I was originally quoted. The car looks even better than when it came off the boat from Germany. I'd highly recommend them. read more

I just got my car back today and trust me, This is the best auto body shop ever. I scrapped my Mercedes G63 roof in prudential center because the low height clearance, and I was anxious on where to go. After asking around, multiple people including managers from Mercedes Benz of Boston recommended me to come here. When first inspecting my car, Carlos was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining all the repairing option relative to price. He also asked his colleagues to discuss what is the best option to restore my vehicle into that brand new factory look. In the end, we decided buffing out the scratches would be sufficient. The whole repair took about 3 hours, and see for yourself the result in the pictures attached. The roof looks brand new and I could not be happier about the result. All the scratch and discoloration was repaired perfectly. I was worried that the repair is going to cost an arm and a leg, but it was very reasonable. I strongly recommend today's collision for any body work done. They are transparent, informative, and very professional. read more

The place to go to get your Tesla fixed. Trues the reviews. Trust the videos. Trust the team. I may just be in love with the service they give (Shout out to Bobby and Cheyenne who helped me through the process), but I think the car looked better than when I picked it up from Tesla. The car looked mint after their work and runs perfectly. I trusted the yelp reviews and YouTube videos on Todays collision and moved my device from New York and had it done in Boston. Was it worth the drive. Absolutely. They are terrific. Thank you, Bobby and the team for a fabulous job. read more

Bobby is the best and by far the most honest person I have met in this industry. He didn't try to do any shortcuts when it came to his estimates and he took thorough care investigating the paint damage. I'd highly recommend this collision company to everyone. I'm new to the area and another collision company wrote up a long list of items and things that needed to be repaired. With Bobby, he didn't just throw a list together. He came out and took an honest assessment and took action immediately without charging me a single penny. They're about 12 miles away from me, but I'd still go to them even if they were 50 miles away. If you have a specialty vehicle like a Tesla, they're the ones to go to. I have never seen so many Teslas being worked on at a single location. read more

Couldn't be happier with Today's Collision. My Tesla Model X had damage to its right rear quarter panel, which was first quoted by another body shop for $20k. I couldn't believe how overpriced that was, so I found the only Tesla certified body shop in the Boston area, Today's Collision, and Bobby took a look at the damage, and said it would take 5-6 MONTHS to get the part from Tesla (since they are made to order) and it would be expensive. Instead, he suggested, he could try to pull the dent out, melt it to form, sand, and repaint. Although it took longer than quoted, two weeks later, it was fixed! Bobby and his team worked their magic, and it looks amazing! It's not perfect, but it cost 1/8 of the original quoted cost. He even matched the color almost exact to the factory color (which is hard to do with Teslas). It looks perfect to me, but HE said it's not 100% exact. His honesty is much appreciated, especially among people in this industry. Bobby even removed my pinstripes, which was harder than he expected, and just "rounded it up". If you have a Tesla, and even if you don't, go to Today's Collision. Hopefully I'll never have to come back, though! read more

Bobby and his team fixed my Tesla Model X THREE!!! times (I'm not a bad driver I promise 2.5 of those times we're NOT my fault! Lol) Punctual, honest, professional, immaculate.. what can I say they are truly the best. Besides being ultra nice and accommodating- you can feel the good energy in this place! Today's Collision was by far the best auto repair experience that I have ever had. On assessment day they spend an hour to get my Tesla in driving condition. They did such good work in one hour that you can't even tell the car was damaged from a distance. Throughout the actual repair period, their communication on repair status was detailed and timely. The final pick-up was at the low end of the 2-3 week estimate. My Tesla Model Y was returned like new! Moreover, the reception area was like a new car showroom and each person that I met was friendly and helpful. Every aspect of the work and experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Today's Collision without any reservations. Thank you Matt, Bobby, and Robbie! Best, James Lam read more

Terrible customer service and communication. Spend 400$ for a tow to bring the car to Malden, and the vehicle was not inspected. Guys not working with convertible cars, lol read more

They were great and made sure my vehicle came out perfect. Super helpful and always stayed in contact.

A few weeks ago when my wife went to go pick up the kids from school, our garage door glitched and opened 6 inches short of fully open. She didn't notice this and backed the roof rack into the bottom of the garage door. This created two tiny dents in the top frame of the car, and two large cracks in the roof glass of our Tesla Model Y. I took the car to Todays to get it looked at. Matt Everson was extremely professional, friendly, and chill to talk to. He did an evaluation of the work to be done, had another guy on the team double check some of the metal work involved, and gave me an estimate soon after. The estimate, unsurprisingly, was higher than my deductible, so I then contacted my insurance, USAA. Matt ordered the parts and let me know when to bring the car in. He gave several updates over the course of the project, handled working with the insurance company directly, and in the end my out of pocket expense was exactly my deductible. When the car was ready, he even offered to come pick me up at my house and bring me back to the collision shop to pick it up. The car looked brand new when finished. They even polished up the wheels and did a free tire rotation for me. read more

Once again, I brought my car for repair by 'Today's collision' in malden. It was relatively minor damage on the the rear bumper but I wanted to repair. I damaged my practically new car and was super nervous to turn her over to strangers 100 miles from home. The team at Today's Collision supported me throughout the process. I had a rental car waiting for me at drop off. I have 100% confidence in Today's Collision. I drove away feeling 100% satisfied! read more

I never thought that I could feel as strongly as I do about an auto repair shop, but I do - this place is FANTASTIC! I was able to work with Bobby Cobb and he helped put together a repair package that put my car back in working order, safe, and at a price my poor wallet could handle. Everyone I interacted with at the shop (namely Bobby) was so kind, helpful, and transparent with the work that needed to be done. As someone who knows very little about cars, I felt completely reassured about the whole process and couldn't be more grateful. On top of it all, they finished a day ahead of schedule *and* cleaned my car! Today's Collision will be getting all of my car-related business, from any future body repairs to windshield replacements to oil changes. Thanks so much!!! read more

Wow! Great customer service from genuine people!!! (lengthy review ahead) Just as a background. My car was involved in an accident in July. I was sitting in my parked car when a drunk driver (with no shoes on, yes NO shoes) reversed (His Ford explorer) full speed into the front of my truck (ML 350) while trying to exit his parking space. He then stopped, pulled up and reversed back into me a second time! Crazy, I know. So my car had the visible damage to the front grille. I was more concerned about internal damages and expressed this to the Collision Center that my lawyer recommended. They assured me they would take of my car...blah blah blah. An entire month later, my car was still at their shop and not complete. It took for me to keep calling them, my claims, adjuster,& my lawyer for them to expedite the process. That's a story for a later time. So I get my car back, and now its making noises that sound a bit different from prior to me dropping my car off. I was not pleased with the previous collision center, their work or their customer service so I reached out to Mercedes Benz of Boston to see what collision centers they recommend. I called their initial location in Braintree who pretty much refused to look at my car from the conversation I had with them. I let them know that I wanted a second opinion from a center that was more familiar with MB and let them know that my insurance company was aware and willing to pay for whatever damages they would find associated with my accident. The lady on the phone gave me the complete run around and ended the conversation by telling me to take my care to MB of Boston ( who had just given me their number). Ugh. I called Mercedes Back again and got a different sales person (Patrick, great guy!) who recommended this place. Today's Collision Center in Malden. I looked them up on yelp and saw great reviews ! I decided to give them a call. I spoke to someone (forgot his name, so sorry) & from the start of our convo I just felt the instant difference in customer service on the phone. I explained my situation and he was very kind, he told me that they would take a look at my car, just to bring my prior adjustments from GEICO with me when I came. I went there this morning before work and was greeted right away! They came out and looked at my car and scheduled for the Mechanic take it on a test drive to listen to my concerns. While i waited I was offered, water. coffee and great AC (LOL). When the Mechanic came back, he put my car on the lift and discovered exactly what my problem was. The previous Collision center didn't latch in the pieces on top of my front wheels when they reassembled it!! I believe that he said those pieces are there to collect water/fluid (don't quote me on that, but something of that nature) & that they didn't latch the pieces in. He fixed it for me and then even took me with him for a test drive to reassure that the sound was gone. It was! He even gave me great advice about my car and upcoming repairs (brake pads after the winter, fun, lol) which i really, really appreciated. They did all of this at no charge ! I was so taken back by that! As a female, I know that repairs shops tend to take advantage of us (some not all) so it was very nice to have a place do the complete opposite. I offered to Tip him at the end but he wasn't allowed to accept ;( Instead, I am witting this lengthy review, which I never do (LOL) because I am just so grateful with how i was handled and I feel so much more confident driving Faith ( my car) now that I know the suspensions and everything look good, and that my problem was fixed. Thank you Guys soooo much! You have def gained a new Customer and I will be certain to spread the word about your generosity, honesty & Quality work !! read more

Received my 2018 Tesla Model 3 back from the pros at Todays Collision in Malden on 10-29-2019. Owner Bobby Cobb was engaged from the initial review of damages until car returned to me. WOW, these folks are really on top of their game and the level of skills and dedication was really good to see! They are one of several certified Tesla body shops in the Boston area and have been involved in the repairs of Teslas for several years, so they know what they are doing from those experiences. Recommend them highly from this Tesla owner! On another note, it appears that Tesla has started providing the parts needed for the cars in a much more fast and efficient manner which is good from a repair time point of view. read more

Had I minor collision and contacted Today's to set up a day to drop off. I have been to today's many times over the years and have never had a bad experience and this one was no different. Top notch. My rental was already there waiting, I was met at the front desk by the owner Bobby, who immediately made sure I was taken care of and to say hello. Matt, who has been my contact in the past made sure to come out and say hello. During the time my car was being worked on, I was routinely contacted by Carlos at each phase of the repair, including wanting to fix an area that wasn't clear to be part of the original accident. No cost to me. The car was detailed ( normal practice) and looked brand new. Paint matched perfectly. My car needed rear brakes, and i had planned to make another appointment with War automotive, which is co-owned by Bobby and Will. I decided to contact War to make an appointment and told them my car was across the street being fixed. Anthony works the front desk at war and is also a top notch association with Today's told me he could work with them to have the car dropped off and repaired that day. New car all detailed and new brakes and not one visit for me to either place. That's Customer service! read more

I used this company, on a recommendation, for my mercedes after a car accident. Right from the start these people went above and beyond expectations. They came and took it on a flat bed. I was in contact with one of the owners Bobby who answered all of my questions and relayed everything along the way. When I picked my car up, everything was explained to me and even Bobby came out to meet me and told me to contact him if there were any problems. My car was absolutely pristine, every nook and cranny was cleaned to within an inch of its life. I was very impressed with the service. I cant recommend them high enough! read more

We'd had a repair after an accident last fall. The team was courteous and the repair was flawless. This spring we started having difficulty closing the hood of our vehicle and we were uncertain whether it was related to the accident or not. We brought it to Today's Collision where they reviewed the past claim, checked the car and determined it was unlikely caused by our accident. Nonetheless, their team took the vehicle, made adjustments to make sure the hood closed properly and refused to take payment for their time. Matt & Carlos went above and beyond expectations -- best team ever. read more

I damaged my almost new Tesla Model 3 and as I looked for auto body shops I found out that only few places are authorized to repair Tesla cars. Today's Collision is an authorized center. Security alert! Be advised of a theft at this shop. I recently had my car repaired @ Today's Collision in Malden. While my car was entrusted to them, several items were stolen from it: gift cards from the glove box amounting to a substantial amount of money, cell phone charger & numerous other smaller items. There was no attempt on the part of management, Bobby, to empathize, investigate or compensate me for the losses. Bobby, instead, denied that it could have happened. However, it did happen. This business had a serious security breach for which they take no responsibility. I will file a theft report with the Malden police. read more

Left multiple unanswered requests to get a call back from Matt and then the manager. I wouldnt recommend this unresponsive business.

I have been using Today's Collision for about 7 years now. I am very fussy about my cars and the quality of paint work must be factory like or better. I simply can not tell when Today's has refinished a panel or fixed a small fender bender. Now with two daughters who have good driving skills but serious moments of stock car racing needs or enounters with wildlife that are on a suicide mission.......well there is only one place to call or the man to call and that is Bobby Cobb at Today's. He's such a professional and never laughs at our "incidents, stories, excuses or lies." It's all about making the customer and this fussy guy happy. I have owned all sorts of vehicles for many years now.....some the very sporty and exotic to a Ford 350 with a scratched tail gate. I would never think of going anywhere else or even attempt to consider negotiating with the insurance companies! Let Bobby do it. So if you have a family of bumper car enthusiasts with a love for the cell phone, curbs, the car in front of them or a freakin' deer in Concord than you need Bobby at Today's. read more
