Accurate never ceases to amaze me. I have been going to the shop for quite a few years now. In January I was hit and both my airbags deployed. The tow company that showed up would not tow my car to Accurate. Even though It was late Friday I called Sara and she handled it. They went and retrieved my car from the lot and proceeded to get me immediately into a loaner vehicle. To my surprise they put me in a Mercedes Amg c63 convertible. They handled the insurance and rental and everything quickly and efficiently. I have referred several clients and friends to Accurate and will continue to do so. Currently if you look this business up on the BBB website they're under investigation for insurance fraud. Do not go here. Avoid it at all costs. How this place has this many good reviews is beyond me, they must be fake. The 3 months I waited for my car to be fixed was ABSURD. When I FINALLY got it back I had no inspection sticker and my left blinker wasn't even connected. Also the part they were supposed to fix wasn't even screwed in so the part under the car would flap in the wind while driving. The fact that I had to pay $4000 CASH ONLY BECAUSE "THEY HAVE NO CREDIT CARD MACHINE" PLUS the $1800 from insurance to fix something so incredibly simple shows how much these people take advantage of customers. I had the same exact damage to my husbands car and it cost me $400 to fix, THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP!!!!!! read more

A good friend recommended Adam and Accurate Collision after my car was t-boned at an intersection. The side was pretty banged up. In addition to all the scratches and giant dents, I couldn't open the front passenger side door. Thankfully Adam, Sara, Alexandra, and the rest of the team took great care of me and my car! I called them up same day of the accident and they arranged to pick up my car and drop off a loaner, which went very smoothly. Sara took care of all the insurance information (the other driver was at fault and the claim was filed with the other person's insurance), so I had to do the bare minimum with dealing with the insurance company, which is great. Hands down the best experience getting work done on my car after an accident, or with any car repair shop period. The staff is incredibly kind, and very on point. I had gotten into a small fender bender that ended up being a ton of work for over two weeks - Sara and her team managed all of the back and forth with insurance, secured me in a rental and kept track of cost per day to confirm I wasn't being charged additional $$, and worked to keep me updated throughout the process of my car being worked on. On top of that the staff is extremely kind and accommodating, they worked with my schedule and were very happy to explain everything to me in detail, and they took an extra step to clean my car and made it look brand new for pickup. I honestly have never had such a positive experience working with any body shop/repair spot and felt completely taken care of. Honestly, I'm mad I even have to give one star. I would never go back there and really recommend you don't either. Here's the whole story- I looked at different shops and picked Accurate because Adam said "we'll have the car looking better than new, we'll even take care of scratches and a broken mirror and we'll charge the insurance!" So naturally I was ecstatic at the prospect of taking advantage of insurance claims. As soon as I left the car I should've known. The day I dropped it off I was caught in the middle of an appraiser trying to look at a car they had inside their work area and they absolutely refused him entrance, he left furious and saying it's illegal to deny him access to the vehicle, they would hear from his lawyer. They not only took over TWO MONTHS to fix my car, when I got it back I had to leave it two more times to fix remaining issues from the crash. They charged the insurance company close to $8,000 when my car is only valued at $6,500....by that math they should have declared it a total loss (that would mean no instance scam so I assumed that's why it didn't happen). To top things off- the crash in quesion was to my back bumper and trunk lid, which for a hatchback like mine is a big lid. They told me they replaced the whole trunk lid which would make sense since parts are cheap BUT they didn't. They simply put heavy reinforcement material, straightened out the crash, and repainted. Now the trunk slams down with such force (because of the extra weight) it is impossible to put things in the trunk by myself. I've tried going through the insurance agency so they know they were scammed and definitely overcharged but obviously things like this will go on unresolved. I would rather sell my car at this point than go back to their incompetent team and have them "fix" their stupid mistake- but then again it would probably take another two months and $8000 in insurance charges. read more

Accurate Collision is the place to go for body work and detailing of your car. I recently had a bumper replaced and the paint job matched perfectly (with a complete detail thrown in for free). When the brand new bumper got dinged in a parking lot a week later, they took my car back and patched/painted the bumper again at no charge! These guys are the best. read more

Jeff, Sara and Adam were all great and easy to work with. Adam personally came out to talk to me when I dropped the car off to make sure I had everything I needed. They sent someone to drop off an in-house loaner to use since they told me up front it might take longer than anticipated to fix and Sara kept me up to date with the progress. My vehicle looks better than when I first bought it after they were done with it - you would never know I had an accident. Customer service makes a big difference since many don't offer it nowadays and these guys went above and beyond.
