In every case the quality of their work is outstanding! Their service is spectacular! Both Julio and Stanley have a great rapport with their customers and completely handle the claim with the insurance company, rentals, etc. They are delightful...and always put the customer first...and that, in itself, is refreshing. Their shop is very clean and organized. Their prices are competitive, for sure. She took her car in for an oil change, they did extra work on the car she didn't approve and tried to charge her $250!!!!! Are you kidding me?? The owners son who did the work also said the "credit card machine is broken" and it was cash only. She refused to pay - the owner got involved, admitted they should've checked with her before doing the extra work, and then still charged her $150. They charged her card, so the whole broken card machine was bullshit obviously. When she still objected to $150 for an oil change, the owner started screaming at her. They called her a "STUPID CUNT" TO HER FACE. Complete verbal abuse!! A police report was filed against them for verbal assault. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCUMBAGS YOUR BUISNESS. They scam customers, do work that's not approved, and are incredibly rude and verbally abusive if you don't just give into their scam. Reading other reviews, this is not the first time this sort of situation has happened either. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!

He said that Advanced Automotive's work was superb, and that Advanced Automotive was one of the few auto body shops in the Boston area, that he can safely refer his customers to, and know that Advanced will turn out great work. My trusted friend was right, Advanced Automotive did a fabulous job on our car, and Isaias, Donald, Manuela, and staff were a pleasure to work with. Sometimes businesses with high Yelp ratings disappoint, leading one to hypothesize that they must've paid some "reputation management" outfit to inflate their numbers through the use of shill reviews by AI-generated sock-puppet accounts. (Yelp tries to combat that but there's only so much they can do given today's scale of shady internet shenanigans.) Well this is one place that totally does deserve all its glowing feedback! This place turns out to be an owner-operated business, and I dealt directly with the owner who was a both very knowledgeable and relatable young man, I'm guessing in his mid 30s tops. The other two employees I interacted with were similarly very pleasant and helpful folks...none of the gruff or sullen vibes you often encounter from service workers in this region. When I told them that I would be going out of town in a few days, they expedited the work so that my car would be ready just in time---and most impressively, they kept me updated on its status (via both text messaging and email) nearly every day until I came back to pick it up! Not only was the work done flawlessly making the car look brand new, but they even gave it a free car wash AND full interior detailing! (It had been covered in road salt/grime from a recent snowstorm and I had not vacuumed the inside for almost a year, lol---so they got their money's worth from whatever car wash place they must've taken it to, lol.)
