No. Was it my own fault? Yes. They were responsive and helpful. It was no more expensive than any other towing companies that I've encountered in the past. In fact, i thought the extra days storage charge was reasonable. Don't hate on the towing company.

Very bad Towing company! Biondi's Tow Service is awful…read more First time they towed my car they damaged my driver's door. They towed my car a second time at the property where I live even though I had the sticker attached on the back window. We have two spots that are for visitors and with a "no parking sign " attached in the wall. I parked there because my normal spot was covered with the snow. I didn't have no other options where to park so I parked in one of the two spots that are for visitors.. even though I had the sticker on, they towed me because the sign no parking. They didn't think twice or think about why I was parked there. It was my first time using one of those spots just because my normal spot was covered with snow That no parking sign is there just for other cars that doesn't belong to the property. They did that just because of money. They tow because they want money.. they don't care if you are a resident. I pay for parking and for rent. They just need the money . They are using their service to take advantage of the residence towing them. Biondi's people instead of helping the residents doing a good service they tow us . This is so unacceptable for someone that is a RESIDENT. I wasn't parked of blocking any emergency parking spot, or taking someone else's spot . Biondi's tow because they need the money only. Mercenary work. Shame on them. Shame shame shame ...

Six months go by the guy finally calls me and tells me the work has been finished. I picked my vehicle up only to find out one year later that he had painted over the rust, but charged me $2,000 regardless. So, thats $2,000 and 6 MONTHS for this guy to paint over two rust spots. The reason I know this is because the paint he used to cover up the rust peeled right off the roof of the vehicle. Pictured below is a baggie filled with the paint that dried up and fell off the roof of my car. They only do things right if you have large amounts of cash or otherwise look to have a large amount of cash i.e. an expensive insurance claim. Piece meal incomplete work at this location. Unless you have a hundred thousand dollar car that insurance is paying a blank check to this guy for repair, that's the only way I see it working out well for anybody else. Good luck.
