Getting a tow is never a good experience, mike picked me up on 24. Took extra care to make sure my motorcycle was secure and even dropped me off at home after dropping off my motorcycle. Overall I hope you don't need a tow but if you do lunch towing was reliable fast and great service. Mike made very light of a stressful situation. Thank you. read more

Lynch's assured me that my tow truck was on the way and never showed up. After waiting a half hour less than a mile from their shop I called for an update and was told that they had had police tow requests come in and that I was effectively on my own. I understand the nature of the business requires them to prioritize police towing, BUT I feel the simple courtesy of a phone call to inform me of the delay would have been the minimal possible courtesy a business could extend. I'm gravely disappointed because Lynch's has a great reputation and was my closest possible vendor for automotive towing. I cannot, however, recommend them after wasting a crucial half hour of my day by failing to notify me, I regard this as CRIMINALLY unprofessional. read more

Lynch's Towing was an absolute LIFE SAVER twice in the past 48 hours. We had FatBoy come out and he was SO attentive to details and explained EVERYTHING to me from start to finish and handled everything with class and knowledge. Highly Recommend this company for all service calls in large or small vehicles! Their price was totally fair considering the 2am tow! read more

Rudest people i've ever done business with, charge ridiculous "State Trooper Rates" $1700 tow for 12 miles then threaten you with storage charges. Stay away at all costs! read more

My grandparents gave away their camper and signed over the title. This towing company towed the camper from the new owner. The new owner refused to pay, so now the towing company is coming after my elderly grandparents who no longer owe the vehicle. Shame on this company for taking advantage of the elderly. read more

Horrible service, strongly don't recommend. Will give you a hard time getting your vehicle out so they can upcharge for keeping the car at their lot. Unless you enjoy having your time wasted and others time wasted who you've asked favors from, do not even bother looking in this business' direction. read more

these guys are great. Heavy truck broke down in kingston Ma. They came right out and towed it to Bellingham for us. Great driver Great experience. Thank you read more

I'm getting real tired of getting my car towed from these people from a place where I live where I have a valid sticker and I'm legally parked also they wrote that it's undrivable which was untrue and I never get any calls twice, they're not going to try to keep my car if someone just does not like me for whatever reasons but it is not happening to others here. I want them to stay the hell away from me and leave me alone. My car was drivable this is the second time in one year since I moved in this place Chatham West it's been towed from whoever is dealing with them here and doing this I'm not legally parked I'm far away and now I'm not even in a visitor spot close to the building where I pay to live and have a legit sticker, and again never was called neither time one blames the property owner they'll blame the towing so nobody ever calls and I was home both times since I've lived here and it has not even been one year yet! Now I'm far away from the building way out of the way where there is plenty of parking empty spots and I want and hope that they just stay the hell away from me.! read more

Reply to business owner's reply: Not only did I provide the driver of your flatbed with my driver's license upon arrival and I was also ready to go back inside to get a utility bill (because he didn't ask for that the first time) to further prove my ownership of my residence, but he and I clearly remembered each other from when he delivered a client's car to my property late last year. He wasn't nice that time, but at least he got the job done. So there was absolutely no reason for the driver to be giving me such a hard time earlier this month. read more

Incredibly fast service. Our truck driver, Ben, was absolutely amazing and very kind. Highly recommend. If we ever need a tow again, it will be from Lynch's. read more

I called for a tow and they quoted me 45 minutes. The driver was there within 25. Fast service and the driver gave me options to take my truck to for the tire repair. AAA quoted me 3-4 hours before their truck could come. Well worth paying for the tow so I didn't have to wait forever read more

We had a flat tire and ended up stuck on 24-S with our brand new baby in the backseat. Chase from Lynch's Towing was so nice and helpful. He went the extra mile for us and we were very grateful! Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone. read more

Worst tow truck company around very unprofessional do not know how to manage a time schedule kept me sitting on the side of the highway for 4 hours with my 1 year old god daughter read more

NEVER do business with this company they are the worst towing company out there!!! Took me awhile to finally put in a review since I Never write bad reviews. They are predatory, using force to get you to move your Equipment out of yard. I called for my client to get some trailers out of their yard that they towed out of an Amazon yard in Stoughton MA (6-7 trailers). Which by the way they were not my property just calling to give information since my clients were out of the country. The man I spoke to was very irate on the phone saying we've already sold most of them! He also said pay me $50,000 this week or I'm taking you to court and F*** you B**CH. This is the Stellar attitude they give you! As I was only calling to help discuss the situation. STAY FAR AWAY AS THEY DISRESPECT WOMAN AND ANYONE THAT WANTS TO NEGOTIATE ANY SITUATIONS. THEY BELIEVE ONLY IN USING FOUL LANGUAGE AND FORCE TO SCARE YOU! read more

I'm 165 miles from my car . However it was all taken care of with 1 phone call . I would definitely suggest them to anyone.

Nope! I'd hook my vehicle to a lame mule before I'd call these fellas. Rude is an understatement. Im sure all they deal with all day is misery and it shows. If you have a choice I'm sure the others are awful too. read more

I should have thought of them first, but seeing as I broke down 3 miles from work, I called someone more local to that service area. The tow guy (aka Mr. Helpful) was not excited about the distance from Raynham to Whitman, and told me if I "could find someone else, please do". Oh, and he also wanted CASH but who the hell carries $180 on them at any given whim? I then remembered Lynch's and called the dispatcher who was very nice. Yes, they would take a credit card, and they were $30 less than "Mr. Helpful". The towing service had other routes they were busy on, so I was told it might be up to 2 hours before they could arrive. I got a ride to work and let them know my husband was going to be with the car waiting for the tow truck. They arrived well within the time window, and towed the vehicle to its destination. No headaches. Yes, the next time I am just keeping Lynchs on speed dial. When I called for a copy of the bill to submit to my insurance for reinbursement, I had the copy via email within seconds of the request. Great customer service (and I should know, I work a customer service job). read more

Terrible business. Called at 252 pm to schedule a tow and I was told it would arrive within an hour. Hour and 45 minutes later I call for an update and they hadn't even added it to the schedule. They are incompitent read more

They were friendly and helpful with getting my car towed. I reached out to Lynch's towing when Triple A informed me at 12 am that they didn't have any technicians available until after 8 am. I called Lynch's towing, and they informed me they were backed up, and it would take about an hour before the tow truck arrived. About 25 minutes later, the tow truck arrived to service the car. he was awesome. He loaded my suv on his flat bed, and that was that!. It was a great service that put me at ease on a stressful night. I'm extremely thankful to them. read more

I needed a last minute tow & was helped very quickly. From the dispatcher to the driver. I also had to ride with a driver & he could not have been more professional, very respectful and great to deal with under crap circumstances. Much appreciated! read more

Horrible! From The moment the old man, I'm assuming the owner, hopped out of his truck he was nothing but beyond rude & miserable. After being told to shhh about 4 times, I was able to get a word in & tell him about himself. He would not even let the situation be explained.Nor was he helpful in any way shape or form. Once we figure out what we needed to do and what piece of paperwork we told them.We will be back the following day or the day after. Therefore, we went back today and lo. And the old man took my vehicle and moved it all the way to Milford, where I went to that establishment and was told it had already been classified as totaled or salvaged. Mind you, my vehicle was not in an accident of any kind. It was simply stolen. So not only was this situation. Not my fault at all but I was made to feel like I was a criminal and I was incompetent. Now I have no vehicle and have to come up with a way to buy a new one. It can no longer be registered or anything. a perfectly good vehicle. Needless to say I feel this was done on purpose as retaliation for telling the old man what an ass he really is. read more

Thanks to Derek for his professionalism and rescuing me! He made a bad situation not so bad haha. Thanks Derek!

I was driving on the highway and the tow truck driver was flying down the breakdown lane and when he came close to the two cars in the breakdown lane proceeded to just start to move into my lane without a blinker. I then proceeded to move into the lane next to me because he almost hit me and as he drove by me, he flipped me. He then proceeded to not stop for the two cars in the breakdown lane and continue to fly down the breakdown lane. Obviously this driver is less than professional and could have risked the life of many people. I would not recommend a company that employs such inconsiderate people. read more

I hate to say this but I brought my vehicle in for a sticker and after I left I noticed scrape marks down the side of it. It looks like they may have tried to make them less noticeable with some polishing compound because they left that on the side of the vehicle too. It looks like they scraped it maybe getting too close to tow truck or piece of equipment. I wish they just let me know and maybe apologized opposed to say nothing. read more

I called lynches I needed a TNC Inspection, the guy said we're open and to come on by. I walked inane six guys that work there were sitting around doing nothing I asked for the inspection the guy ( I guess the boss) said "we're all on lunch come back at one"...seriously! that's the way you do business, that's the way you treat your customers! I understand you need lunch but you need to take care of your customers as well I will never go back there for anything Well John when go into a place that provides a service you expect to get that service not a bunch of guys sitting around doing nothing but I guess you don't need the business! And In the future maybe you should stagger your employees lunch hours so you don't have that problem again so not to inconvenience your customers around YOUR lunch time! read more

Not being familiar with the Brockton area, I was, needless to say, quite frantic when my less than new car died on Route 24. Being alone & on a busy dark highway , I was glad I had my cell phone to Google towing companies. Fortunately Lynch's was close by & within 15 min I had the nicest driver come & save the day! He quickly reassured me that I was going to be safe & that he could make the repair right there on the spot! He made me laugh & at the same time was so professional. Just want to say Thanks again to Lynch's for being such a professional & prompt company! read more

Was stuck on Rt 24, called Lynch's towing & spoke to a young lady whom was very helpful and professional. She had a truck out to tow me within 20 min. The driver was very helpful & I felt very at ease with his professionalism. The speed & efficiency with which the entire encounter happened, helped me forget that I was dealing with a broken down car! But, even that wasn't a problem because Lynch's has a service facility & they were able to make the repair that day! Can't say enough about the excellent customer service & about the whole crew all the way around! read more

BE AWARE OF EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They have no customer skills what so ever and they threaten you from the minute you talk to them. They want ONLY cash that is a red flag right there. They treat you like a criminal and as a female dealing with them they are very threatening and rude. Do yourself a favor stay far away from them they are sharks!!! read more

Unpleasant customer service experience. They totally take advantage of the fact that customers have no choice but to deal with them, which still doesn't give them the right to have an unpleasant attitude towards patrons. You're a business at the end of the day and should treat hardworking people, whether they made the microscopic mistake of getting towed, with respect. read more

I never do this but just have to share my review of my experience with Lynches tow service today. My brother is currently being treated for serious medical issues at a hospital and unfortunately his car was towed by his apartment complex when they were doing construction and he never knew since notices were sent after he was admitted. My family discovered the cost had accrued to over $1K already and we wanted to help get his car out right away since we don't know when he will be released from the hospital and we don't want him to have to deal with this huge bill when he gets out. When I explained the situation to the man at Lynches I was told there is no negotian on the price as they have a business to run and they will need to collect the full amount owed and every day will keep increasing by $35- this was unfortunate but we completely understood. My family got the money together to get his car out so he wouldn't keep accruing fees while in the hospital. My mom and I arrived today with all the money, a note from my brother authorizing us to pick up for him, we had his license and car keys and provided our license and info as well showing we were his family . They tossed the note back at us saying how they are supposed to believe this was really my brother who wrote this. We called my brother and got him on phone - they refused to talk with him and said how are we supposed to believe that's him. They just would not accept our money and give us the car- and then said they needed to speak with the hospital directly to confirm. At first, the hospital said they couldn't release info due to privacy laws but eventually they agreed to confirm my brother was a patient. The man at Lynches was unbelievably rude to the nurse saying how are they supposed to believe the hospital is who they say they are and hung up on them. A new man then came out and started yelling at us saying he now needs a written letter from hospital and a phone call will not work. I said that's not right b/c we were just told phone call would work and now they are going back on what they just said. He then threatened me and said if we continued to push the issue he would just be keeping the car all together and not releasing to anyone at all. I left at that point and my mom was finally able to convince the hospital to fax a letter which they finally accepted along with all the money and gave us the car. This company fought us so hard to keep the car because they wanted to continue charging the storage fee and making money off my brother which is just disgusting. Things have been difficult as it is with my brothers medical issues but being treated like garbage by this company was just unnecessary and cruel. I would not recommend anyone do business with a company that treats people like this. read more

Honestly they are wonderful people, truly nice to their customers and willing to help their customers with removing their cars when its towed. My car was towed because it was not registered with housing management of where I lived. Of course 2am my car was towed while I was asleep in the resident permit parking. First thing I did that morning was to get my car off back. Denise (Awesome receptionist) was the first person in the office when I walked in, she is very nice, pleasant and looked presentable to approach to with questions and concerns. I'm telling you this because I was not entirely prepared as far as paperwork going to that office. As a result of her excellent customer service skills, and seeing the working environment. I walked out as a happy and satisfied customer. Thank you Denise and her employees :) read more
