Lia handled all my paperwork and was so helpful and accommodating dealing with the insurance companies and appraiser. The head auto body specialist Gabriel inspected my vehicle and was very transparent and thorough with his estimate of my vehicle repairs. I also decided to have additional work done on my vehicle to address small rust marks and typical wear and tear on on my bumpers, mirrors, side skirts and color-matched side door molding trim. Last week I brought my 2018 Nissan Rouge to get a dent a the rear fender fixed. I met with Jefferson who is such an awesome and professional man. He was very kind and reasonable for estimating the repair cost as well the duration of the repair. Yesterday I got a message from Jefferson that the car is ready to be picked up. WOW the repair is amazing to the point I can not recognize which side the dent was on. The can was like new. We had our clutch suddenly fail on a manual transmission that we brought here in December 2017. The mechanic was nice, but several times mentioned that we burned out the clutch with a heavy foot, and every time I corrected him. Told us it would need a new transmission and clutch. He charged us $2400. We drove the car for a month, and the passenger ball joint randomly popped out when we were in Rhode Island. I can't say it is related, but I know they pulled apart the front of the car (maybe the cross-member and control arms?), which cost us $1200 (on a car we bought in spring 2017). Come spring 2018 and the transmission is failing and popping out of gear. Brought back and they adjusted the clutch for free, said it should fix it. The problem was never driver-error. It popped out within 5 minutes of leaving the parking lot. We brought it to a transmission specialist who looked at the service bill and said that even though it is itemized as the transmission being repaired, he said that not only could he see no sign that the transmission was repaired, and there were no parts on the bill. He said that was an enormous amount of money for what was shown on the receipt. He said it would need a new transmission (which we thought we already had but didn't). Unfortunately we ended up having to sell the car. We paid $11000, put $2400+$1200 into it in under a year and sold it for $8000. Really sad. I don't expect this shop to know everything, but the receipt says he fixed the transmission, but I don't think he did. read more

I had an excellent experience at Canton Auto Body with Marcelo and his team. I had read decent reviews about this business, and visited them once a couple years ago for their opinion about rust around the windshield on my previous 2005 car (they said until it leaks, don't do anything-- you're asking for more trouble than it's worth, which seemed like honest advice). So recently when my new 2018 car was randomly keyed on almost every panel (terrible), I spoke to a receptionist at Canton Auto Body. She explained that the damage would definitely exceed my deductible, explained the process of filing a claim then working with their business (she also informed me of the nearest location for me to get the car appraised by my insurance company), and told me that they offer a courtesy vehicle for only $25/day including fees (a lot cheaper than daily rates at car rentals). After my talk with her, I filed a claim with my insurance and had it appraised. They asked me if I had a place in mind to bring it to get fixed. When I told the person Canton Auto Body, he reacted well and said "That's great, we're familiar with them, and we work really well with them." I called Canton Auto Body and scheduled everything easily. They worked really hard to make sure I would have use of the courtesy car on days I needed to get to work (they even rented a car for me for a few days from Enterprise but didn't charge me more than the promised $25 per day). Additional work was needed above what the insurance claims adjuster estimated, but again since the two companies "work well together" it was no problem and handled easily. On the day that the car was completed, Marcelo stayed a bit late for me to be able to pick it up after work (the car's paint job looked perfect and was cleaned inside and out) and we had a good talk-- he's a very warm person. After he closed up and left, I realized there was a minor issue with my automatic locks (something was deprogrammed when they removed and reinstalled the door handles, which is required when removing the door panel to work on fixing the scratches). On my next day off they brought it to the dealer and had it fixed in a few hours, and even dropped the car off at my house. So although this is a well-deserved lengthy review, in short-- the (traumatic) experience of having my new car badly keyed was made better by their wonderful customer service and quality work. I highly recommend them and would go there again for work. read more

I've had my car repaired at Canton Auto Body twice in the past year. The first repair was paid out of pocket and the second through insurance. In both cases, the repairs were done beautifully without delay. Grace in the office provided me with updates, everything was explained fully and she helped me deal with the insurance appraiser, rental car company and insurance adjusters.
