In order to re-gain coverage on my car my insurer required an inspection and the closest agent they recommended was Auto Depot. I drove over there one day and walked up into the office. It turns out that the business was officially closed while they did inventory (and I think some staff were on vacation). Despite that, when they found out I needed an insurance inspection they grabbed the paperwork and a camera and took care of me. I was pleasently surprised that they did this while "closed" since I don't think inspections for insurance companies are a big money maker. A few months later (and after dumping the vespa on a street one day thanks to a wet manhole cover) I brought the scooter to them to see if they could repair a couple of dents and a lot of paint scratches. After taking some gentle ribbing about owing a scooter (I think some of the staff are serious motorcycle heads) they gave me a price estimate and told me it may take a few days of work since they'd have to custom match and mix the paint. At that point one of the owners offered to give me a ride back to Roslindale Village where I could easily walk or grab a bus back home to my house. They were unable to get official Vespa paint so they used some sort of optical scan gun to read the colors and generate the info they needed to have a shop mix up a custom batch. The end result was fantastic - except for some scratches on some chrome bits that I don't care about they fixed all the dents and matched the scooter paint *exactly* when repairing the body scratches. The final price was exactly what they had estimated as well - no surprises. So in summary: * They opened the shop just to perform an insurance inspection on my car * An owner drove me to Rozzie Village after I dropped off my scooter * They mixed custom paint when fixing the scooter and did great bodywork * The paint/bodywork estimate was exactly what I ended up paying Obviously this is just my $.02 but they've earned my loyalty and I'll be bringing the car back there some time to get some body panel scratches fixed. -chris

I called Auto Depot as soon as I got to town and they were able to get me right in. The service was incredible. Friendly, upfront staff. Not only fixed my car through the insurance claim but also a handful of other things, like an oil change and brakes. They're an all-service shop, which is really helpful. They were also able to somehow get my deductible lowered, which was really awesome and unexpected. My only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that I had also asked them to check my wipers and they forgot but that's really not a big deal. I'll call them and take it back in at some point, but really not a big deal. Overall, I think I've found my new favorite body shop. I would highly recommend them.

Hired this company to remove and repair some rust from the roof of my excursion. There was not much…read morerust, it was two coffee cup sized spots of surface rust middle of the roof so i drop it off... Six months go by the guy finally calls me and tells me the work has been finished. I picked my vehicle up only to find out one year later that he had painted over the rust, but charged me $2,000 regardless. So, thats $2,000 and 6 MONTHS for this guy to paint over two rust spots. The reason I know this is because the paint he used to cover up the rust peeled right off the roof of the vehicle. Pictured below is a baggie filled with the paint that dried up and fell off the roof of my car. They only do things right if you have large amounts of cash or otherwise look to have a large amount of cash i.e. an expensive insurance claim. Piece meal incomplete work at this location. Unless you have a hundred thousand dollar car that insurance is paying a blank check to this guy for repair, that's the only way I see it working out well for anybody else. Good luck. An initial estimate was completed which was then sent to our insurance company and once authorization was provided we then booked our vehicle to head into Lund in just a few days. The shop had us sign a payment authorization so the insurance company could pay Lund directly which made things nice and easy. Once a bit of additional damage was found, Lund called the insurance company and squared away the supplemental damages and kept us posted each step of the way. Though we didn't need a rental vehicle, Lund did have the ability to set us up with a rental which is a nice additional customer service to provide. The work was completed timely and professionally and the end product looked as good as new. Definitely would recommend Lund Collision in the event you ever need some auto body work done on your vehicle!

I took my car to Lund for large tree branch that fell on my new car. It took 6 weeks to get my car…read moreback. They never called me to update me on my car once. I had to call for every update. I was initially told the parts would arrive on 3/20, then later found out the parts arrived on 3/31. Then in mid April found out that one of the parts had to be reordered because it came in damaged. One of the roof moldings damaged were on back order, but was never told so, they just place the old scratched one back on. I had to initiate all contact with them...never received one phone call to let me know about the delays and issues. My roof rack and cargo basket were supposed to be replaced (included in the estimate from Geico), but they never were. I was told when I picked up my car that I had to call Geico to arrange reimbursement even though I was told initially by the manager that it would be replaced. I was assured that a scratch in the side rear paneling would be repaired, but it wasn't and was given a BS excuse by Tyler that there was a sensor in the panel and the entire panel would have to be replaced. Regardless of what was involved, I wanted it fixed and was told on 3 separate occasions that it would be. When re-evaluated by another body shop, I was told that the panel could be removed, sanded and repainted and that the sensor was in the corner, not side panel. Additionally, there was still a dent with scratch on the top of my hatch door that wasn't repaired, some of the black trim and windows of the car were painted with car paint or and the clear coat was over sprayed because there is residue stuck all around the car, windows and trim. Im not sure what they did with the driver side door because the paint appears to be textured and not smooth like the rest of the car. The VIN number on the windshield wasn't put back correctly. Wiper arms replaced but weren't aligned so the wipers run off the windshield when on and the washer fluid nozzle was damaged but not replaced. Lastly, there is a piece of trim missing from the rear driver side wheel well. Probably discarded when they couldn't figure out where it went. I don't like writing bad reviews, but the work they did on my new car was careless. I would not recommend Lund. Find another body shop. I will be dropping off my car to a new body shop this week to fix all the errors made by Lund. So, I will be without my car again for who knows how long.

However, they wanted to charge over $1700 to do work that was not needed and unrelated to the trouble code by the diagnostic tool. I said I was going to talk to my husband because we would like to sell the car soon, and we would like to fix what was needed only. He said, because it took him some time to look at the problems (including the ones that were never a problem according to the tool and that we didn't ask) he charged over $300 to run the diagnostics and to clean something. He didn't fix anything. He could have been honest and given the price to do just the work that was needed according to the car diagnostic tool, even though his labor was still pretty expensive. I took it to my trustworthy automotive and he charged 3 times LESS of what Wagner was charging (INCLUDING labor). Sorry, Wagner! We wanted to continue being your customer, but you lost a customer and gained a bad review instead. :(
