But this poor excuse for a business is milking it and in the process leaving an elderly (86) woman anxious, frustrated and without transportation. It's TAKING ADVANTAGE of the elderly and that's a CRIME. They must have a contract with the city of Avon because it's their police dept that called for the tow after her accident. The desk help is a miserable human. Just a nasty personality. I don't know who pees in her cornflakes every morning but as the face of the business- she's awful. Next stop is the better business bureau and the Avon police dept - they will get a full report on their shady business practices. Avoid this place like the plague !
