No sooner did they get what they asked for - they changed their demands and said they needed more- refusing to release the vehicle. Even the insurance company was stunned at the obvious attempt to extract extra fees by creating unnecessary paperwork. And not from lack of contact. They were contacted every day from the day the car was towed there. I have no problem with a company trying to be compensated for their work provided. But this poor excuse for a business is milking it and in the process leaving an elderly (86) woman anxious, frustrated and without transportation. It's TAKING ADVANTAGE of the elderly and that's a CRIME. They must have a contract with the city of Avon because it's their police dept that called for the tow after her accident. The desk help is a miserable human. Just a nasty personality. I don't know who pees in her cornflakes every morning but as the face of the business- she's awful. Next stop is the better business bureau and the Avon police dept - they will get a full report on their shady business practices. Avoid this place like the plague !

ANOTHER 20 minutes later, still no truck (and it's not getting any warmer outside, where I'm waiting since it's dark by now, and I don't want the driver to miss seeing where my car is). I call AGAIN, and for the third time, I'm advised the driver will be here "as soon as he can." MORE THAN AN HOUR after the first call, the driver finally shows up. To HIS credit, he worked like a champ for about 1/2 hour trying to extricate my key from inside the car (he had no "slim jim" on his truck, because "one of the other drivers must have taken it"). Unfortunately he was unsuccessful (but polite and friendly, and very apologetic that he wasn't able to rescue the key), and I ended up taking an Uber home and picking up the car later in the weekend. If I ever need towing again, this will most definitely NOT be the towing company I call! PS - despite the name "J B's Towing" on Yelp, they answer the phone "Express Towing" -- but there's nothing express about it....
