I dropped my car off for an inspection sticker and four new tire sensors on Wednesday 08/27/2025. Only found out today, Tuesday 09/02/2025, that they need to order and receive the sensors first and that they haven't done the inspection sticker yet. So my car was just sitting there in their lot for more than a few days, without them notifying me of anything like that. They finally did the sticker today after having my car for 3 entire business days before the long weekend. So I paid for a week long pending inspection sticker and frustrated, I brought my car to a tire shop elsewhere and had my car back in an hour and a half (and with a better price). This is the last time I'll be irritated leaving Randolph auto, and I suggest you might want to consider many other auto shops that are honest and that'll treat you like a paying customer. I'll use this review to also plug Town Fair Tire in Quincy as they took me without an appointment, and got me what I wanted in 1.5 hours, compared to almost a week at Randolph auto.

When I went in to the dealership, I knew what the problem was, and was able to be very succinct about what needed to be done, and that solved it. The moldings were not put back on properly there was a huge gap and they tried to use glue. Lost all my clip that was on the moldings and they used sheetrock screws to drill in the molding under he wheel my rear bumper was missing two screws so it was rattling when I hit a bump. Where the fender meets the doors. The moldings does not look good they told me nothing they can do because the clips don't always fit back. I had received a six page report from the dealership with a list of items that were categorized as needs immediate attention, could be done, and can wait. The quote was $6,000 something. I showed Matt the quote and he said a lot of the things listed were exaggerated and really did not need attention. He replaced a $40 part and charged me $75. My car is running great.

Avoid this dealership - Deceptive "Bait and Switch"…read more I contacted this dealer regarding a truck listed at $11,995. I spoke with the sales team, agreed on the price, and authorized a credit pull to begin the financing process. I repeatedly offered a deposit, which they refused to take while assuring me the truck was held for me. Spoke with Doug everyday and Andre ran credit After waiting four days for their bank to respond, they notified me I was approved--but then immediately hiked the price to $14,995, claiming the original price was a "mistake." They refused to honor the agreed-upon price even though they had already run my credit for the lower amount. I have screenshots showing the truck was even marked as "SOLD" at the $11,995 price point before they changed it. Unprofessional and dishonest. I took my business elsewhere and bought a truck from a dealer that honors their word.

He said he was fixing it and that the light is no longer on. I had the car shipped to Long Island and when I received the car, the light was on. I also noticed that the driver side seat did not adjust and needed a new motor. When I called Doug, he said he would get back to me, which he didn't. I sent him a copy of the repair bill, and he again has not gotten back to me. In addition, I ran a CarFax on the vehicle and it showed that the odometer had been turned back, which he denied having knowledge of. I would not trust this dealership and wish I never found them on CarGurus!
