I dropped my car off for an inspection sticker and four new tire sensors on Wednesday 08/27/2025. Only found out today, Tuesday 09/02/2025, that they need to order and receive the sensors first and that they haven't done the inspection sticker yet. So my car was just sitting there in their lot for more than a few days, without them notifying me of anything like that. They finally did the sticker today after having my car for 3 entire business days before the long weekend. So I paid for a week long pending inspection sticker and frustrated, I brought my car to a tire shop elsewhere and had my car back in an hour and a half (and with a better price). This is the last time I'll be irritated leaving Randolph auto, and I suggest you might want to consider many other auto shops that are honest and that'll treat you like a paying customer. I'll use this review to also plug Town Fair Tire in Quincy as they took me without an appointment, and got me what I wanted in 1.5 hours, compared to almost a week at Randolph auto.

I had been looking for quite some time for a Mercedes with specific options like the one I found at Rockland Auto Brokers, but I just couldn't find it and the ones that I had looked at were overpriced and had high mileage. I was pleasantly surprised when I drove from NH to their showroom in Randolph. In the Showroom, they had 15-20 pristine high end vehicles, Mercedes, BMW, Bentley, Hummer and Corvettes. I was greeted by salesman Doug who was extremely professional and worked closely with me throughout the acquisition process. There was no pressure during the sale and Doug was very informative, answering all of my questions and worked with me to get the best deal on the car. Doug explained that they had recently received the car that I was looking to buy and that he wanted to make the car whole before it left their showroom. Doug was very honest and fair during the buying process. We looked over the vehicle together and I noticed the car brake pads were worn, plus, one of the lower rocker panels had a small crack in it. Doug didn't hesitate and stepped up right away letting me know that they will replace all of the pads and rotors, all four tires (tires were in pretty good shape) do an oil change, plus, fix the cracked rocker panel. I went to buy this car on a Friday an and by the following Friday Rockland had my car ready for me with all of the repairs completed. The car looks and runs like new. My experience with Rockland was very positive. Doug kept in touch with me during the entire time, calling and texting me letting me know about the process and repairs that were getting done. So if you are looking for a high end nice looking vehicle at a great price I would highly recommended considering checking out Rockland Auto Brokers in Randolph, Ma. Paul P.

Avoid this dealership - Deceptive "Bait and Switch"…read more I contacted this dealer regarding a truck listed at $11,995. I spoke with the sales team, agreed on the price, and authorized a credit pull to begin the financing process. I repeatedly offered a deposit, which they refused to take while assuring me the truck was held for me. Spoke with Doug everyday and Andre ran credit After waiting four days for their bank to respond, they notified me I was approved--but then immediately hiked the price to $14,995, claiming the original price was a "mistake." They refused to honor the agreed-upon price even though they had already run my credit for the lower amount. I have screenshots showing the truck was even marked as "SOLD" at the $11,995 price point before they changed it. Unprofessional and dishonest. I took my business elsewhere and bought a truck from a dealer that honors their word.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Their work is unreliable and overpriced. They are not…read moregood with diagnostics. The technicians at this shop are not trained properly. They only know the basics such has changing brakes and changing oil. My story: I brought my car in because one of my rear back tire was smoking, Jimmy (manager) made me pay for parts that didn't need to be replaced. Then, after replacing those parts and paying for labor, the car still had same issue. After 3-4 times of wasting my time by going to the shop because he couldn't figure out the issue. He found out that the issue was in the emergency brake. He then unplugged the emergency brakes, which is a 10min work, to temporarily fix the issue. Now I have a non working emergency brake and over $500 spent that could've went to fixing my E brake in the first place.
