It was stated "every major mechanical system has been inspected and found to be in good working order" Upon driving found out the sunroof was not functioning and the passenger window was faulty. Doug (The main car salesmen) told me that would be fixed by them. Not only was the sunroof not functioning, it would leak when raining. Took it to the Mercedes dealership and they said it would cost at least $3,995 to fix. Adrianno seemed to try his best to fix the situation but would not give me a full refund of the car since it was falsely advertised and falsely promised to be fixed by Doug. Apparently Adrianno wasn't aware of the issue of the car and didn't know that his staff was making false promises. Took the L in the long run and settled for $600 cash, a replacement sunroof so the leaking stopped but the sunroof still wouldn't open and "free" installation of better struts and suspension (that I purchased) since it was riding rough. The passenger window was worked on twice and is still faulty currently. In conclusion gave two stars instead of one because Adrianno seemed to make an effort to clear up my issue. The whole process took about 2-3 months and a lot of driving to and from their shop. Good luck and ask for Doug!

melted wiring at starter on honda crosstour.

this is a bad dealership. They offer a Warranty, and if you need to use it, they will bait and switch on you - only good for engine or transmission. Paid top asking dollar for the car I wanted. Wound up paying 1500.00 more to a local mechanic that found a bad Alternator, Starter with melted wiring, and a bad CV axle, plus changing fouled automatic trans. fluid. I took the car back to dealership first to have them diagnose the electrical draw, vibration on acceleration. After 5 days, I was told it was ready. When we picked it up, the remote fobs, interior lighting, radio and clock were not working. I left the car with 1/2 tank of gas, it was near empty. There was a large boot mark on the white upholstery. The salesman lied to my face, saying it was the ground wire, and they did not experience the vibration. I opened the engine hood and found a 10amp fuse lying there. Replaced the fuse, and all items worked again. What kind of mechanic shop does that to a customer? a very Bad one! Buyer beware - these guys are not in the business of helping the customer - just selling what they can for top dollar. Their repair shop is a sham. Do NOT do Business with them. Even if they have the car you think you really want. You will regret doing business with them. I certainly do. I ought to have looked at the other reviews of this business first.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The owner is rude and doesn't have time to simply talk to the customers about the cars. Very unprofessional.

I dropped my car off for an inspection sticker and four new tire sensors on Wednesday 08/27/2025. Only found out today, Tuesday 09/02/2025, that they need to order and receive the sensors first and that they haven't done the inspection sticker yet. So my car was just sitting there in their lot for more than a few days, without them notifying me of anything like that. They finally did the sticker today after having my car for 3 entire business days before the long weekend. So I paid for a week long pending inspection sticker and frustrated, I brought my car to a tire shop elsewhere and had my car back in an hour and a half (and with a better price). This is the last time I'll be irritated leaving Randolph auto, and I suggest you might want to consider many other auto shops that are honest and that'll treat you like a paying customer. I'll use this review to also plug Town Fair Tire in Quincy as they took me without an appointment, and got me what I wanted in 1.5 hours, compared to almost a week at Randolph auto.

I looked on Yelp for a decant mechanic with good reviews and AXP Braintree has 5 stars with great reviews, and I live right down the street from them. I know that AXP Braintree has been through 3-4 owners in the last decade, but the reviews were newer. I called AXP Braintree and spoke to Stephanie to see if they could look at my car that day and fix it. She said that I could bring my car in, inwhich I did. When I got there, Stephanie asked me about my car and the problems it has, plus if there is other problems that need addressing. I told her that my car is a Kia 2009 and that I was not planning on putting too much more money into my car, that I only want to fix my brake line. My brake pedals were on the floor, it was unsafe to drive my car. Stephanie continued to tell me that AXP policy is to charge a $75.00 diagnostic charge just to look at my car. I tried to explain that the rear brake line that needs to be fixed is under my car gushing brake fluid and is easy to see, that I do not need a diagnostic for my old car. Stephanie replied that the charge is set for all customers and if I agree to get the work done from the quote today at Axp after the diagnostic then that charge would disappear. I still left my car there to get looked at, even though I had a bad feeling. I waited all day for a call to see what the price would be for a brake line. I received the text that afternoon from Stephanie, I was shocked due to the quote, for both rear brake lines parts and labor $836.19, but if the calipers needed to be done, then the cost would end up being $1275.85. And of course AXP would end up stating that I would need atleast one caliper done, but if one is caliper is needed then they would just do both at the same time. I called my regular mechanic and asked if that price was OK, because it seemed high for me. He said, that the 2 rear brake lines should be around four to five hundred dollars installed. I called Stephanie and told her that I was picking up my suv and bringing it elsewhere, she told me that I still need to pay the $75.00 diagnostic fee. I was close to saying forget it and just pay AXP to fix my suv. But thanks, I didn't the next day I went to another mechanic that was referred to me and I paid $400.00 for my rear brake lines and no calipers, my car drives great. AXP Braintree is a SCAM, either they pay for those reviews or they're friends and family. Nobody mentioned a diagnostic fee in any of the reviews. I usually do not use a mechanic that charges a diagnostic fee to fix a car, because that usually means they charge too much for their services, AXP Braintree is a Scam, I would not recommend them.

Now let's just talk about the place itself for a bit. You may have noticed earlier I said the place was nice and clean. Most service places smell like Gad motor oil and look even worse.
