When I contacted PJ's I spoke to Danh who was friendly and responded courteously to all my questions. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and confident that it would perform well since PJ's Automotive is also a maintenance shop. I came from over an hour away to check out the car. I was relieved to see that the photos represented the quality of the vehicle accurately. I also appreciated that their facility was clean and well maintained. As soon as I finished the test drive I was sold on the car. I went to the RMV down the street and picked up my plates. PJ's was able to recommend a local station to perform the inspection and I drove it home that day. The vehicle has been running smoothly and I am very happy that I bought it. Spoke with Doug everyday and Andre ran credit After waiting four days for their bank to respond, they notified me I was approved--but then immediately hiked the price to $14,995, claiming the original price was a "mistake." They refused to honor the agreed-upon price even though they had already run my credit for the lower amount. I have screenshots showing the truck was even marked as "SOLD" at the $11,995 price point before they changed it. Unprofessional and dishonest.
